• The hotel staff are friendly and eager to assist.

Cons:
• The shower curtain had mold, but it was promptly replaced upon request. However, the curtain was not wide enough for the rod, causing some water spillage during showers.

For the price, this hotel was great. Excellent proximity to train, bus station, & shopping. Walkable to many places to eat. Hotel is dated but clean within all common areas. Our rooms had a lot of dust buildup in vents, window sills and heavy smoke smell but was decent. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Location wise, this hotel is great. Close to a train station, lots of food nearby, some fun bars and stores as well. The hotel is definitely more dated looking. The room itself was ok but very dim even with all the lights on. The shower has very poor water pressure and the temperature was very inconsistent, going from burning hot to very cold quickly. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were lacking, didn’t foam, and smelled slightly off. The bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep in. We requested extra pillows and blankets. The blanket we received smelled like a chemical-y maple syrup so I wasn’t able to use it. Throughout the night we heard a lot of noise that sounded like a washing machine or dryer banging against the wall. If it’s for a night, maybe I’d stay here if I had something to do in the immediate area. But otherwise I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

皆さん書かれているとおり、老朽化してはいますが、普段同程度のコストで利用しているビジネスホテルと比べればグレードも良く快適でした。も少しアメニティが充実しているといいな、と思います。
立地のことをマイナスに書かれている方もいますが、横浜で育った者から言わせていただくと、桜木町駅を境にして、みなとみらいとは反対側の野毛の入口に位置しており、横浜の下町エリアで古くからある町なのでディープではありますが、決して治安は“そんなに悪くない”です。女性1人でも歩けますので安心して下さい。

My booking was quite last minutes of the day, however, the front stuff accepted us kindly and quickly. The room was kind of huge, if you know Japanese ordinary standard double room, size of the room at this hotel was much wide and space! I like we were able to use our room freely, stressless.

The staff were very polite & held our luggage until check in with no problems. The room was bigger than most Japanese rooms & so was the bathroom. Only downside was there was no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag. Hotel is located in a great area for restaurants, entertainment & sites.

I found the hotel to be in walkable distance to all the locations I wanted to visit. The only negative point was that the check-in information on the app was misleading. I assumed that I could check-in at any time on the date of the booking as there was a '24 hour check-in' message. However, I wasn't able to check-in until late afternoon. They did kindly keep my bags until I was able to check-in.

The room was a good size especially for Japan. The staff at reception were very good and friendly. They didn’t go straight into English and allowed me to use my Japanese - I really appreciated that.
Location was good as it is only a short walk to the Harbour and close to Sakuragicho train station. Plus lots of places to eat very close by.
Breakfast had good selection of both Japanese and Western options.

Stayed in a Premium Double Room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious for Japanese hotel and very clean. The only thing was that I had a hard time sleeping because of the constant car noises from the adjacent street throughout the night.

Worth the money!

Great stay for the money... hard to beat location in this price range; however breakfast isn’t much to write home about and we could never get the AC to actually make room cool even after speaking with reception.

Having said that - the staff was extremely kind and accommodating ( even allowed me to use laundry facility after hours!)

Great affordable urban escape in Yokohama

This is an older hotel, but that's one of the best parts since the rooms are larger than most Japanese urban hotels. The location was wonderful if you wanted to explore Yokohama. It is near Minatomirai and near some cool jazz kissaten. Many restaurants in the area and a nice walk to Sakuragicho Station (with underground passages if cold or rainy). The breakfast was very good and featured a nice view of the area. Service was excellent and the breakfast was perfect (except for the breads). Nice option of Wafu (Japanese) or Western foods. The spa was nice too.

従業員のグチがすごい。
隣の部屋の清掃に入っててドアが開いたままだったが、「台車はムリ、もうムリだってば！何だよ、ムリって言ってるじゃん！ったく何なんだよー！」みたいなグチが大声で廊下に響いてました。
そちらの事情は分からないけど、お客様に聞こえる場所、聞こえる声であれはない。

充電器を忘れて、借りに行った時の対応は良かったです。当日に朝食の予約もすぐ出来て助かりました。確認して予約したはずなのですが、禁煙を抑えてたはずなのに喫煙で、いっぱいだから変更できないと言われてしまったので残念でした。部屋もかなりタバコ臭く、少し寒いと思ったのでエアコンをつけてみたのですが、匂いに敏感だったので無理でした。
空気清浄機とスプレーをかなり巻いてもちょっと辛かったです。

お風呂の排水がイマイチでした。
それ以外は特に問題はなく立地として目的と合致しており、ありがたいです。
昨年に引き続き、県民共済みらいホールでのクリスマスコンサート本番日の２日間の宿泊です（昨年に初日２部屋、2日目トリプルルーム）
おそらく来年も同じような時期にあると思います。
それまでに排水問題が解決していると嬉しいです。

ホテルに入るとお風呂が髪の毛だらけ。あまりに気持ち悪くて大浴場に行こうとするが既にやっておらず…
サウナがあるから泊まったが、サウナや大浴場の営業時間がサラリーマン向きではないし、都度金を払うシステムも不満。
朝食ビュッフェも毎日同じだし、美味しくもないため二度と泊まらない。

○部屋の照明は暗すぎると感じました。
照明を増やして明るさを調整できるように
した方が良いと思いました。
○空調の温度調節が難しいです。更新すべき

駅や飲屋街から大変近いので便利でした

部屋に関しては、清潔感に欠けました。

内装が剥がれたまま、埃がたまっている、浴室のカビが落とされていない、トイレも蓄積した汚れが残っている

など、気になってしまいました。
アクセスが良いので予約は問題なく入るかと思いますが、その点が改善されていくとさらに良いかなと思います。
