Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, room met expectations. Lots of amenities in the lobby like 3 blade razors, bath salts and skin care stuff not found at the average hotel. Free coffee in the lobby too.
Only minor negative would be it's a bit complicated to get there from Yokohama station. There's a walkway on the 3rd floor you can take from the department store connected to the station that eventually takes you to the area near the hotel entrance but no signage so you probably wont find that route until you go out for the first time after checking in.

The hotel was very good, a bright clean bathroom, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. What i cannot recommend is the breakfast option. The restaurant staff were fatigued by the number of foreign visitors. When i asked for a condiment, to have it become a subject of derision the staff spoke to one another about was not good. I may choose not to speak japanese but i do understand what is said. This was an attitude prevalent in all working the restaurant, they all could use a good hug.

this location is just around 7 mins walk from the Yokohama JR station. If you have heaps of heavy luggage, there will be a walkway directly connect you to the hotel from the station so you can just push your luggage all the way. It's not in the buisest area so it's quiet enough. Rooms a bit biggerthan the Tokyo tiny ones so you can open your luggage lay flat no problem. Oh and I also love their shampoo and conditioner makes my hair so soft. I stayed for 4 nights. Will defo stay again if I'm in the area.

A bit further from the station than I would have liked but overall it's fine once you figure it out. There is a supermarket underneath which is useful too. Front staff and cleaning staff were helpful and polite. For a solo traveller the room size is adequate, the bed is big and comfortable. I think it's also very clean, the beds being elevated so the floor underneath can be cleaned is a welcome touch, most hotels should adopt this in my opinion.

We would have appreciated more signage from the train station to the hotel. It was quite a confusing and frustrating walk from the train station. It was by accident that the next day we found a pedestrian bridge leading directly to the station.

Convenient location connected to the JR East station, large room for Japan (superior double) and bed was definitely large enough for two tall adults. It was super quiet - could not hear any noise from the street below. It seems to be a new hotel, very clean and modern. Good breakfast as well. It's a bit challenging finding it from the station, as there are so many exits and shops. But once you know where it is, it's a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quite small, but that's probably normal in inner city Japan. The room looked out to other buildings, nothing exciting. We were there for a week and commuted a lot. The hotel is very close to Yokohama station and great shopping complexes.

It's simply 4 star hotel. The hotel is located in the area near Yokohama station, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. The room was very clean. I didn't like to check-in myself on the screen that was at the front even though there were a couple hotel stuff over the counter. They didn't really talk to me.

Although I also been to the one in Akihabara Station I am convinced they all share same style of modern, clean, new, friendly, perfect shower, bed, humidifier-air cleaner, and oh my how convenient by Train Station so no need to travel by car, especial in Tokyo Kanto region!

Clean, convivence of nearby places to eat, although a lot of them closed due to state of emergency. Modern, very deep soaking bath/shower (western style combo), Great Air Conditioner and air purifier. solid bed and comfortable to get solid sleep and rest!
