We were a group of 12 retired gentlemen staying for the 80th anniversary of the battle for Arnhem and this hotel was ideally situated, apart from the distance away from the Railway Station, this was a problem

Great location for our trip mid way between Ginke. and oosterbeck. 40 mins bike to Arnhem. The place is very clinical not so much comfy. There is no room service and you cannot get any food after 21.00 which was a pity as we had been out cycling/ waling all day. Overall I would use them again

2 nights in the Dutch countryside. Very relaxing and mostly older Dutch couples staying there for the weekend. No air conditioning but we left back deck door open and it cooled nicely overnight. No bugs!

The hotel is quite nice for a family hotel. Nice restaurant and kids have space to run. Play room for small kids, pool for bigger ones and it is open late. Service was spotty...when I had been given the wrong room at check-in, it was quickly remedied. The restaurant let us order food when we arrived after closing and was gracious. The next day at dinner a waitress was inattentive and I had to call her over several times to even get water on an 85 degree day (yes in the ND). Then another waiter came over and chided us quite aggressively for waving over the other waitress who had ignored us. On the location, you can rent bikes and do nearby trails, but it is 30 minutes by car to Hogh Veluwe national park.

Stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel in the middle of a forest with cycle paths direct from the front door.
The reception staff could not have been any more helpful - polite and informative.
The rooms were very spacious - our family room (with a large king size bed and additional sofa bed) even had a separate small kitchen area including a fridge. The bathroom was great with a separate bath and shower, as well as his and her basins.
The pool and sauna were ideal for the children, as were the pleasant seating areas outside.
The corridors are spacious - we spent the evenings playing cards relaxing in leather chairs in the corridor just outside our room whilst our children slept.
There was also free wi-fi throughout the hotel.
The breakfast spread was fantastic (we didn't eat at lunch or dinner in the hotel due to our schedule)
We could not fault anything at all during our two day visit.

This was a very nice place, almost a resort a bit more than an hour away from Amsterdam. We wish we could have stayed there longer. The restaurant was good, the staff were nice and efficient, the rooms and overall facility was clean and up-to-date.

Is one of the best hotels from the area. It is about 11 kn from town, in the middle of nowhere, with no bus station close, so taxi is a must. From the hotel to campus cost me 33 euros. The restaurant close at 10 pm. The staff is not that friendly

Køkkenet lukkede desværre tidligt den dag, da de åbenbart ikke havde travlt. Det betød at vi kun med nød og næppe fik lov til at bestille én ret, så vi i det mindste ikke gik sultne i seng. De bar was gesloten, niet open; 23:00 uur! Dus buiten met klein groepje krat bier genuttigd; waardoor overlast veroorzaakt werd volgens andere bewoners. Had voorkomen kunnen worden als de bar geopend was. Klein beetje schimmel op de voegen van de natte ruimte. Zeeppompje wastafel half van de muur. Wasmeubel stukje verzakt waardoor kitrand niet meer aansloot. Verders een mooie grote kamer met alles erop en eraan (koffie automaat, TV, pantry, ligbad en douche apart, lekker bed, balkon).

ik had een klacht over dat ik van een sr werknemer - balie -kaalhoofd twee keer toeristen belasting moest betalen. via expedia boeking. Hij zij zoek dat maar uit met expedia. Hier was ik niet mee eens. Bij uitchecken pakte een dame- bruin colbertje dit wel positief op / gaf geld terug een bood compensatie 1 nacht extra for free. Dit getuigd van hostmen=ship!! En sluit je dit positief af.!

Hotel is in a great location in the middle of the forest, which is great. However, the building and the rooms are dated and need a serious renovation. Rooms are not clean and don’t smell nice. Pillows had a bad smell and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Linen are too small and rip off from the mattress… used tissue found under the armchair in the room…

We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen. Wel maar handdoeken/ bekers...voor 2 personen. Moesten 20 euro bijleggen voor extra bed, maar die was er niet. Gelukkig heb ik dat teruggekregen bij uitchecken. Spinnenwebben op toilet en op de kamer. Veel vlekken op de vloer en op het bed. Horige kamer, je kon de buren zeer goed horen. Restaurant veel te duur voor wat het maar is. Zoon had Rib Eye besteld voor 34euro, was dun lapje taai vlees, precies een minuut steak. Ontbijt wel OK. Maar we boeken dit hotel geen tweede keer.

Hotel Buunderkamp is een mooi gelegen en prettig hotel aan de Zuidkant van de Veluwe. Wel zijn de kamers enigszins gedateerd en duidelijk aan een opknapbeurt toe. Ook het idee dat het hotel mogelijk door personeelstekort minder service biedt dan voorheen. Zo was de gezellige hotelbar in mijn afgelopen twee bezoeken gesloten. Jammer...het hotel moet oppassen dat het niet verder inlevert. Positief is nog steeds het goede, uitgebreide ontbijt en het fijne zwembad met sauna...

Het hotel is niet goed onderhouden, de kamers zijn vies en regelmatig gaat het brand alarm af, ook s’nachts ook wanneer iemand gaat douchen in een andere kamer. Je moet ook betalen voor extra handdoeken. De inrichting is zeer oud en het hotel stinkt. Ook het zwembad is zeer slecht onderhouden. Zeer slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het hotel is absoluut niet z’n sterren waard.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht, vorbereitet wurde es aber nur für zwei. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer kontrolliert und uns versichert, dass der Fehler beim Hotel liegt und wir am nächsten Tag eine Entschädigung in Form eines Rabattes bekommen würden. Als Entschuldigung brachte der freundliche Mitarbeiter uns eine Flasche Wein und versprach uns die fehlende Bettwäsche zu besorgen. Diese kam nach erneuter Nachfrage um 2.00 Uhr nachts UNBEZOGEN in unserem Zimmer an.
Leider wurden wir am nächsten Tag sehr unfreundlich von der Dame an der Rezeption behandelt, die uns weiß machen wollte, dass der Fehler bei uns läge und das Hotel alles richtig gemacht hätte. Wir wurden abgewimmelt und sollten den Rezeptionsmanager zu späterer Uhrzeit telefonisch kontaktieren. Leider hat dieser Herr uns auch nur abgewimmelt und uns klar gemacht, dass wir keine Entschädigung bekommen würden.
Solch eine Dreistigkeit haben ich zuvor noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.
