The place is clean, great views from the high floors starting at 23 lobby. Courteous staff. My only thing was breakfast served till 10. They start tearing down at 9:45 and its every man for himself. There really is not a better place to stay. 20 bucks for a cab to and from. Subway station 15 steps from the door and youre right on Tech street.. the highest concentration of modern tech in China..Just stay here!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, close to everything, with the metro station directly downstairs. Even better, the food court is connected to the metro, so you can reach both without ever stepping outside the building. It made getting around and finding meals incredibly convenient.

The front desk staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank‑you to Ms. Du, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also did an exceptional job—Xiaoer, in particular, kept my room spotless and was always attentive and friendly.

I also really appreciated the self‑laundry room on the 31st floor. It was easy to use and saved me from packing too many clothes for the trip.

With its perfect location, great service, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is an easy choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk manager, Ms. Du was incredibly professional and helped us resolve a double-booking issue quickly and smoothly. The housekeeping staff, especially xiaoer 4380 was also outstanding—very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even prepared `extra water and tea for us. The room was clean and we enjoyed a gorgeous view (we stayed at 28th floor).

Hotel room was great. I would like to compliment 2 special staffs from the front desk. Jonathan and Daphne.

When I first arrived after a 4 hours flight, i saw Jonathan who was at the front desk on his mid night shift. I did a request for a room which has bath tub for my kid. With his great customer service attitude he try and manage to secure a room for us. He is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer’s requirements.

Daphne, on the other hand. Assisted me on sending a package out to my vendor on an urgent case.

Great staffs you have and i am coming back to your hotel every trip in Shenzhen.

During my stay, I didn’t include breakfast because there are lots of food chain around the area. It is very convenient to take a ride to the subway. The room is big and clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I return to Shenzhen ( Take Line 2 and exit A). You will see a Starbucks. Go to the 23rd floor of the bldg.

As always, language is a problem initially until a foreign staff member helped out. A evening shift staff member helped me out good to get a sim card nearby.
Breakfast ok ok . Had much better else where. Kept on asking the folks for some splenda or equal not everone is albe to use regular sugar. They bring 6 packets then they are gone leaving the regular white sugar . Just dont get itbwhy not leave the whole box near the coffee machine.
Breakfast could be better. Lots of croissants were stale . Coffee machine does not serve the coffee hot, undrinkable . Rooms were comfortable. Internet worked ok. Not a single english channel on tv and as usual all instructions are in chinese. I will look for a western brand next time ..

Why is this my favourite Shenzhen hotel?

This has to be my favourite hotel in Shenzhen with all its amenities and easy subway access, great staff and services plus walking distance to banks, malls, restaurants etc etc (all within 3-10 minutes walk). The breakfast buffet on the 23rd floor offers a great variety of choices with fresh fruits, salads to hot entrees and egg station, noodles station, bakery section etc etc.

The subway station line 2,8,7) is right in front of the hotel entrance, less than 60 seconds walk. The B1 level also has a strip mall that offers shops and restaurants if you are in a rush!

Within 8 minutes walk to the left of the hotel, you can find a large mall with fantastic array of 5 star culinary restaurants, from dim sum to specialty restaurants, want to try them all!!

Special thanks to Daphne Du who quickly resolved a smoking issue and helped arranged a direct shuttle service to HKG. She even helped to recover a misplaced order from delivery to the wrong room. She demonstrated an exemplary service! Well done!!

The front desk Johnathan was just simply brilliant. The room was very big and they gave me a room on the 35th Floor which was the highest. The technology marketplace is all around the hotel. The hotel is right on top of the Metro Station which made life very simple for me to go around easily to my meetings and the convention center.

Loved my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable… loved the bathroom design with walk-in shower also. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. I paid a few dollars more for breakfast and their breakfast was amazing… well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Shenzhen next time.

We have four nights stay at this wonderful hotel. In front of the hotel is Huaqiang North subway station for line 2 & 7. The hotel is located in the middle of electronic consumer products and repairs centre of Shenzhen. We ordered breakfast from the hotel every day and it came with complimentary afternoon and supper. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel with convenience and close to subway lines.

The staff are all very helpful and courteous. Fully Huang was quick to resolve the issue of smoking from neighbouring room. Well done Fully!!

The midnight snacks are not great but hey it’s free!

The location is amazing. A minute away from 5 coffee/boba shops! Lots of food options and attached to a huge electronic shops.

Housekeeper Mary Zhang (4380) was Fantastic too.
She brought me a Cloth rack for my washed clothing without asking. I Love this services.

Best Place to stay for HQB shopping

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel as it is situated just within HQB itself. I could just buy stuff and bring it to my room and come back down for shopping again. With more food options around the hotel, it is not as \"boring\" anymore at night.

I stayed with my 17 years old son, the Room was big, beds comfortable, everything very clean and nice smell. We arrived and we got a complimentary tea time snack... It was delicious 😋, cake, breads, coffee, tea, etc
. Then a late night snack also was delicious, we loved the soups then. At morning we got the buffet breakfast, so many different options, it was delicious everything. The reception was fast to Check out and very helpful. A russian girl at the reception was so efficient and nice too. It was a great choice and a great experience 🙂🙂🙂

We had a great stay at Huaqiang plaza hotel. We especially wanted to say how great Daphne was in helping us get our family to the train station. One of our family members has a disability and she was especially cognizant of his needs.
The free laundry machines were appreciated but not all machines worked properly.

This hotel is located right on line 2 subway station
Within 1-2,minute walk to electronic centre and buildings where there are multiple selections

The hotel provide us with afternoon tea and after 9 pm with noodles cookies…

The staff are courteous and very helpful
On the day we left the concierge called the taxi for us

Minor inconvenience you have to take the elevator to 23 floor for check in


The food on the 3 floor was excellent and we were introduced to a huge vip room though there are only six of us and we had our own party!


We really enjoyed staying in this hotel as we did not detect smoking and the price is reasonable

Excellent stay

Room is clean and spacious. Daily tea break and night snacks (porridge and noodle) provided were excellent. Location just outside the subway exit and lots of shopping nearby. Hotel also provide laundry area for guests to wash their clothes (washing machines) and hang dry their clothes in the open space laundry area. Strongly recommended.

I like the location and the hotel room. Its convenient with lots of shopping and good food.
What jmpressed me most is the service staff. Ms Hannah assisted in the check in. It was swift and polite. The explicit service is when she asked for my wechat and added me as friend. She would text and ask how was my stay and if i need any help. Appreciate her injtiative and sincerity. Ms Beta assisted in the booking of private car via app. She was patient and even walked us to the lobby lift to see us off. Her smile and helpfulness touched us much. Last but not least, Ms Winnie. She helped us booked a cab to airport and ensure we have the cab info and together with Ms Hannah, brought our luggage into the lift and waved and smiled warmly till the lift door closed. It was such a heartwarming gesture. We feel so blessed to be served by these 3 wonderful staff at the hotel. We definitely would like to return to this hotel soon!

Hotel locates on top of Huaqiang North Metro station of A exit which is quite convenient by public transportation or take a cab. Walking distance to Huaqiang electronic world and shopping malls. Particularly love the welcoming and friendly staff & services as they will proactively assist if I need any help. Room and facilities maintain good and clean, a enjoyable stay overall speaking and definitely will come back again.
