A very nice hotel tucked away in the middle of Clervaux. Difficult to find the entrance to the car park underneath the property, and the short walk outside to the rooms could be a problem, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. The spa area is wonderful.

Security entered room while asleep

The security/receptionists let themselves into my room while i was asleep on 2 consecutive nights. The first was for a noise complaint (i was asleep with no TV on) the second was for smoking which i wasnt. I travelled here for work from the UK and was up at 6am in the morning. It was clear someone was smoking and making noise in a room on the corridor but I was told by the \"head of security\", who let himself into my room when i was asleep, that he was allowed to do so as he suspected it was me by mistake.

Other than that the facilities and rooms were nice and the other staff were lovely.

WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic.

We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc.

We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast).

Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great too and loved the fact the windows opened half or full to balcony ( safe for the kids)

Also loved the parking free on site and also that the hotel were quick to lend us an iron.

The coffee machine in our room didn’t seem to work but again didn’t bother us as we got it at breakfast anyways.

Only thing I’d say is to get rid of the play area in the dining hall for kids - the parents just use it as an excuse to leave their kids in there to make a huge load of noise whilst they sit right round the corner not bothering to watch them.

Buolding work carried out in areas of hotel. A room opposite mine noisy as construction work being carried out. Had to request change of room. Fire alarm kept on going off 3vey evening and the again 02:19, 03:10 and 04:10 Monday and Tuesday night
So bad had to check out early .

At checking was not welcomed, was rather put down by the person at the reception. I understand I was early for checkin, coming from the USA you do not really have a choice. The way that lady spoke to me was very unprofessional.The hotel did not even show any accommodations to help me or to take my luggage as I had to wait 4 hours to get a room. Restaurant food was ok but one night we had steak we where 3 at a table and all our streaks where over cooked. Again we complained but no excuse was presented or anything and this was after we waited 45 minutes fro our food.

The hotel is easy to access, there is an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. The general parts of the hotel are fine.
The rooms are clean but need renovation (old style decoration). I heard that renovations are ongoing in the executive rooms so they will probably get to the standard rooms afterwards.
The outdoor pool is \"heated\" but it actually isn't heated. I asked several times and the staff said that they can't do anything about it since it's the weekend and the responsible person is not there (which I found strange given that weekends are very busy times, especially for the pool!).
The biggest disappointment in this hotel is the staff. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. We sat at the restaurant terrasse for 15 minutes before someone brought us the menu but did not bother to clean the table. Then we spent at least another 20 minutes calling for them. At one point one of the waitresses said \"I am coming\" and did not show up for the next 15 minutes. At one point, I had personally go into the restaurant and make remarks to the waiter to get him to come and finally clean the table and take our order. Overall, the staff are polite but very unprofessional (the issue with the outdoor pool and the unpleasant experience in the restaurant).

The front desk, bar, restaurant and spa were amazing, impressive, and beautiful. We booked the ecomomy rooms and they were definitely in the portion of the hotel not renovated yet. Fridge was barely cold, coffee maker required you to hold button down to heat water. No fans. No AC. Slept with windows open and we ended up getting eaten alive by bugs! It was so hot and stuffy! Beds had horribly small pillows.
Shower was excellent. Huge parking lot. Shopping center across the street. Easy train rids into Brussels.

Really good hotel, well priced, modern with a quality feel. Room was well equipped, clean and nicely presented. Chocolates in room on arrival and a small soft drinks collection in the minibar is included in room price which was a nice touch. The bar area was very nice, as well as the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was very well presented and offered many options including freshly made omelettes etc. in the price. Breakfast is worth the charge 17.50euro pp. Would recommend for both business and personal stays. Would have been nice to try the spa facilities if had more time.

Service let it down

The hotel is under going renovation but they have built a nice enough temporary restaurant bar area. Some of the bar staff were excellent, but reception staff and morning breakfast staff were sub-standard.

The breakfast items were not all out at the time I took breakfast (7pm when it had been open since 6.30am), with the fruit only appearing later. In the room, my safe didn't work and after reporting it on four separate occasions, it remained broken and I gave up asking. One morning there was no water at all in the hotel which meant no running water, no flushing of toilets (after the first flush had emptied the cistern, no coffee at breakfast. This was probably due to the renovation and these things happen. However it is the way the hotel deals with these unfortunate occurences which matters and this was not handled particularly well. I do sympathise with the front line reception staff, but the management of other hotels would have ensured a communication e.g. note under the doors apologising for the inconvenience and offering some form of compensation. This hotel remained silent.

This is the second time I have stayed here on business and after this experience it will be the last. They let themselves down and they will lose custom because of it.

The hotel was under construction, so the restaurant was in a bit of. a temporary shape (tent setup which was really hot during the day, which prevented us from using).

Aside from that, the staff was extremely accomodating, and very helpful, which made our trip and stay extremely enjoyable!

The hotel has a welcoming, casual and relaxed feel with large communal bar/reception area. I stayed in building 1 room 113. Spacious room, well appointed, good accessories, good wifi, nice outside terrace and small outside pool. TV only worked for some channels.

Restaurant is large with a varied menu and a really nice outside eating area but it's quite expensive, the service is poor (slow, inattentive, manager disinterested and doesn't speak English) and the food average at best. There is a Pizza Hut opposite which is good, quick and the staff pleasant.

It is a great place to stay for, beause we have friends close by but also close to Brussels for fun. However on weekends the hotel is very busy with other late functions with smokers standing in the front of the door way. At 3 am they are very loud. The best rooms overlook this.

Outside of the hotel, looks like a standard concrete block type of mid-range hotel.

Room was good for the price range and the restaurant food was excellent, as was the selection of beers in the bar.

Looked like it can be a bit of a party hotel with the pool area more reminiscent of Ibiza or Marbella than Belgium, shame the weather wasn't also like those spots.

Quick check in and check out, buffet breakfast good selection of hot and cold, help yourself to coffee. Swimming pool looked good, did not try as we had no time. Sat evening buffet also very good value at 30 Euros inc glass of cava and the actual food was very good. Room was very quiet despite their being parties on both Friday and Sat. Wifi very good in room and free. Reasonable selection of tv channels as well. All in all pretty good.

Nice hotel but, apart from a modern shopping mall, nothing else's around. When we came back from Waterloo on Saturday night, there must have been a big event on as the car park and the road side was completely packed. Having parked, wehad a long way to walk back to he hotel. They should have reserved places for hotel guests.

Worth coming back to stay a little longer!

From Nivelles train station had to wait 30 min for the taxi hotel staff called for me, costs €10. Nice reception, bar and lounge, hotel restaurant menu reasonably priced, room spacious and clean. Except for the location, overall experience enjoyable, staff accomodating, friendly. Suitable for travellers with cars, though, as there are no buses or trams but taxis to get you in and out of the hotel.

Hotel was very good. Rooms and bathroom were modern, airy and very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the property as a whole was very pleasant. The location is close to a highway interchange, just on the outskirts of Nivelles, to the southwest, which makes for super easy access (obviously, this hotel makes a lot of sense if you are touring the country in a car). Yet, it is quiet. Just across the street, there is a sizable shopping mall, with restaurants and a supermarket. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is near highway intersection - perfect if you are traveling around the country by car. There is no highway noise, however. There is a shopping mall across the street, with supermarket and several restaurants. Rooms and bathroom were clean and in excellent repair. Staff was courteous and efficient. Hotel itself was actually nice, with some rooms having balconies. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel in Nivelles

Very attractive hotel in a small town conveniently close to Feluy Industrial Park. The hotel was in fantastic shape and run by courteous, attentive staff. If I had one concern, it was the lack of an air conditioning system that could keep the room as cool as I am used to living back home. It is my understanding that most places in this part of Europe don't have air conditioning. The room in which I stayed had ventilation which appeared to be like a central air conditioning system, but I was still warm at night. The drawback to opening the windows is that even here in Europe there are mosquitoes. In all, it is a great hotel, and I would stay there again. I cannot fault them for what is common practice in Europe. If they made the investment in AC systems, I'd give them a perfect review.

This hotel is one you should not miss out on. We were upgraded to the recently remodeled rooms with balconies and absolutely loved it! They provide a small fridge with a few, free cool drinks. It is a nice and elegant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff for a great price. We took advantage of having our lunch in the hotel restaurant and were grateful for it. The meal was superb and at a great price, too. We were advised to take the downtown train for our day trip into Brussels and we are glad we did. It only took 20 minutes to get into the central train station which was just about 100 meters from Brussels town square. Be ready, you need an appetite and good walking shoes to explore the city.

We stayed here before making a flight home the next morning. It was convenient to the highway and about a 30-45 minute drive to the Brussels airport in morning traffic. The hotel seemed very busy for a Wednesday night with a convention, restaurant traffic, and hotel guests. The room was comfortable with the balacony door open (no air condition), but the restaurant was a little expensive/fancy for our tastes. Overall a good stop-over. Clean and comfortable.

Vi havde booket et familieværelse, og det var virkeligt luksus. Det var delt op i 2, et soveværelse og et børneværelse. Der var TV på begge værelser, og sengene var fantastiske.

Ved ankomst var der gratis sodavand og juice i minibaren og en kaffemaskine på værelset. Der blev fyldt kaffekapsler + sukker og fløde op hver dag.

Der var badekåber og badeslippers på værelset, som vi brugte, når vi gik til poolen og sauna. Der er både indendørs(med bestemte tidspunkter for børn) og udendørs pool

Personalet var helt fantastisk, lige fra da vi ankom til vi tog afsted. Vi blev taget imod af receptionisten Boumediene, som var varm og nærværende. Min datter havde fødselsdag under opholdet, og han hjalp mig med at arrangere kage og sang for min datter på restauranten.

Der ligger et kæmpe shoppingcenter med masser af butikker og restauranter lige ved siden af. Og et legeland 9 min væk i bil, hvor der også er McD ved siden af.

Eneste minus var, at rengøringsdamen kom ind på vores værelse trods vi havde sat \"Please don't disturb\" skiltet på. Så man gik lidt med angst for, om døren blev åbnet lige pludselig. Dette skete dog kun én gang, så måske hun overså skiltet.

Morgenmaden var for dyr for os. Så vi handlede i stedet ind i det nærliggende supermarked og opbevarede pålæg osv i minibaren.

Makeupspejlet på badeværelset var genialt men ærgerligt at det indbyggede lys ikke virkede.. Det kunne jeg virkeligt have brugt.

Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, vi følte os trygge. Anbefales klart!

Sengen var næsten umulig at sove i… alt for blød og ekstrem knirkende og hovedpuderne var ekstremt hårde og meget høje. Vi ringer til receptionen og spurgte om de havde andre hovedpuder, men det havde de ikke. Indendørssvømmepøl og fitnesscentret kostede penge at benytte, stor skuffelse. Da vi spurgte om vi kunne få to ekstra håndklæde så vi kunne benytte den udendørs pool fik vi med nød og næppe lov til at få to ekstra håndklæder
