Rooms are very nice with full beds and kitchens in the apartments. Front staff member was unaccommodating and was difficult. The air conditioning is centrally controlled so every time you want to turn it on or off you need to contact the reception.

A place to avoid ...

Arrivée le dimanche soir vers 20h00, personne à la réception, on récupère sa clef dans un casier. Il n'y a donc personne durant la nuit. Chambre au mobilier plastique cheap. Chauffage par airco qui ronronne alègrement toute la nuit. Pas de minibar. Même pas une bouteille d'eau de bienvenue. Durant toute la semaine de mon séjour la chambre n'a pas été faite. L'unique fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Et le petit déjeuner sort droit d'une usine de fastfood. L'unique travailleur de cet hotel est sympa, il fait ce qu'il peut! Bref ceci est un Formule1 qui a changé de nom et surtout, de prix! A éviter.

Clean and comfortable hotel.

Lovely stay, second time there and no complaints. Not much around but great hotel to go and explore Belgium from,and a good start in the morning with a great breakfast.staff always on hand to help you out.there is one thing you can do is put a English Channel on the tv so we can come back to the room and watch.

Nice modern Hotel

A very nice hotel to stay at, 3 of us stayed there for 1 night and had an apartment style room with 3 separate beds. The hotel was very clean and well looked after and the staff were very friendly and happy to help us find somewhere to eat as the restuarant just next door was closed during our visit. Only downside is that it is not really within walking distance to anywhere as Nivelles is approximately 40mins walk away. Apart from this a very nice, reasonably priced hotel.

The hotel is very new and still has that \"new carpet\" smell in the corridors. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The air-conditioning kept the room cool at night, which helped me sleep soundly. The shower had plenty of hot water with great pressure. My only concern was the floor of the shower was quite slippery when wet -- I placed a hand-towel on the floor every day to avoid slipping. I suggest they apply some roughening treatment to avoid slippage. The room had plenty of power outlets on each side of the bed, and beside the fold-down desk. The free wifi was strong and reliable.
The hotel is is located between Waterloo and Nivelles, well away from any civilization, which is great in terms of quietness, but adds travel expense when it comes to going to work every day and dining at night. The hotel does have a small electric car that can be rented for only €8 for 4 hours, which is cheaper than getting a taxi to a nearby town which could cost up to €25 each way. But since there was only one electric car, and I needed to be away all day for work, I ended up renting a car for the remainder of the week.
There is only one restaurant -- an Italian pizza place -- within walking distance.
Breakfast is supplied, consisting of a hot buffet and lots of cold choices, including fruit, cereals, and baked goods. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in that area.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was included and was quite nice. Evening meals were much more difficult, however. The hotel has a small selection of food - inexpensive, but not up to par with the rest of the experience. Being as the hotel is a little off the beaten path, this made planning for an evening meal away from the hotel a little more challenging. The city of Nivelles is not far away and offers some nice places to eat.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Basic but comfortable room.
Was located in a room overlooking the front entrance and on one of our nights stay was disturbed by a taxi driver smoking and holding a conversation in the early hours. Did not complain or bring to anyone's attention but worth asking for a room at the rear in warmer weather when sleeping with the window open.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

This hotel is mordern and has all the essentials for a comfitable stay. The hotel is close to the motorway network which is good if you are travelling, not so good if you are not planning to travel. Brussels is about 20-30 minutes drive away. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Det viktigste er at rommet og badet er rent og det var det her, deilig seng og dyne. Litt kaldt gulv på badet og i rommet ellers. Aircondition fungerte bare når man hadde kortet i leseren så fikk ikke opp temperaturen når man gikk ut av rommet. Ganske kjølig ute også. Frokosten helt nydelig, mye forskjellig mat å velge i. Kun en restaurant i området, fant ingen flere i gå avstand. LIiten bar i resepsjonen.

Vi boede på et fint familieværelse med en quennsize bed og to enkeltsenge. Dejligt at de to ekstra pladser til børnene ikke var en sovesofa. Værelset var pænt og rent.
Det var nemt at komme til at parkere.
Manden i receptionen virkede ikke glad for sit job.
Morgenmaden var mildest talt kedelig. Brødet var ikke friskt. Æggene var ikke friske. Man får hvad man betaler for, opholdet var billigt, og det var nemt at komme til og fra hotellet på vores tur gennem Europa.

Our hotel room was connected double room. The toilet was in a really small room, the bathroom was more spacious but the hangers to hang the towels were falling from the walls. One of the single beds had some stains on the bed. The nearby Restaurants were closed, but it was possible to order food to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. The cornflakes were stuck in the spending machine, but overall it was a good continental breakfast.

Je m’attendais à une chambre plus spacieuse Nous étions 4 adultes mais que 2 chaises à la table… impossible de tester la cafetière dans la chambre puisque aucune dosettes disponibles. Pas de bouteille d’eau non plus dans le frigo…sinon le petit déjeuner était bon ...le personnel est sympathique.

De receptioniste liet ons ruim een kwartier wachten omdat ze aan de telefoon zat. Ze zag ons gewoon staan. Toen er een hele rij mensen stonden hing ze op. Ze stond ons onbeleefd te woord en verwees naar een kaartje met alle info en stuurde ons naar onze kamer. Zeer slechte service met totaal geen oog voor de klant. Deze dame houdt duidelijk niet van haar werk en reageert het af op haar klanten. Een erg teleurstellende ervaring.

L'appartement que nous avions réservé n'était plus disponible (mais aucun avertissement en amont), a notre arrivée on as donné une suite avec deux chambres double sans même nous expliquer Pourquoi alors que nous avions besoin d'une cuisine pour préparer notre dîner résultats on as du faire chauffer notre repas a l'entrée de l'hôtel dans un micro-ondes et emprunter des couverts pour pouvoir manger bref avec des enfants pas top! Le petit déjeuner nous a était offert en guise d'excuse mais il serait bien d'avertir les clients en avance pour pouvoir anticiper

Séjour d'une nuit en famille (couple + 2 enfants)

La climatisation de la chambre familiale que nous avions réservée est tombée en panne le jour de notre arrivée, alors que la température était élevée en ce mois d'août.
La responsable de l'hôtel nous a téléphoné pour nous prévenir en début d'après-midi et nous a proposé de remplacer la chambre de 4 personnes par 2 chambres de 2. Nous avons néanmoins préféré conserver la chambre de 4 sans climatisation, afin de ne pas laisser les enfants seuls. A notre arrivée dans la soirée, le personnel de l'hôtel avait aéré la chambre et placé plusieurs ventilateurs. On nous a fourni aussi des bouteilles d'eau fraîche.
Au final nous avons passé une bonne nuit et un agréable séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel et en particulier la personne de la réception a très bien géré la situation et a été vraiment très aimable.
Rien à redire sur la propreté de l'établissement.
Petit déjeuner très bien aussi : varié et complet.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel pour son accueil et sa tenue.
