Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed.

One thing to note, is that there wasn't a great deal of choice at breakfast, but it was more than adequate and everything was very nice.
If you want a big range of choices at breakfast, you'll be disappointed. But if you are not fussed about having a range of options you'll be happy as there is enough good food to fill you up!

The rooms are very small. No where to place a large suitcase except on the bed if you want to open it.

Again I’ve booked accommodation in an industrial area! But the hotel is nice and clean, friendly bilingual staff.
Good parking.
Nothing around it food wise (or anything) so you have to go into La Louvière.
I would use it again though

Easy access and exit by the nearby motorway...
Located in what looks like a business park..
I was very surprised with the quality of this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews..
Personally for me as a solo traveller I just need cheap and cheerful accommodation for the evening...
Well this is certainly cheap... but it's a newly refurbished hotel with clean and fresh rooms with all the facilities you need..
Even has a gym I noticed going to my room
Room was ensuite.. TV.. comfortable bed.. and a small table and chair along with a clothes and shoe rack..
Reception staff friendly and welcoming..
Breakfast..was one of the best I have had from any hotel in this range..
Continental and hot bacon and eggs was available along with a selection of juices and coffee..

A very comfortable one night stay

Enjoyable overnight stay. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and happy to let us practice our French language, although they spoke excellent English. Rooms were bright and clean, well equipped bathroom - possibly a little small for anyone with manoeuvring problems. All in all a good experience

It was ok if you need to be in that area. Nothing around for walking, but can drive to La Louviere or Nivelles. The mini-apartment was ok, just window did not close perfectly (ground floor) and mini-safe had dead batteries, which got us somewhat worried (seems like a safe area, but anyway). Good breakfast and good parking.

Nice hotel in an all right area

Nice hotel, in an industrial style park so not much directly around, but Mons is about 10-15 drive which isn’t bad. The restaurant behind is good, have Google Translate handy for the menus. Overall a good place and would go back!

This was the second time in this hotel. First time I was pleased with the condition of the room however this time the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for days. I was only there two nights and so did not complain. However I will not go back if I can help it.

Exactly what you need on a Business Trip

This hotel was nice and clean. There wasn't much in the area around the hotel, but it is a nice clean hotel to sleep in. Great for business trips

One night stopover.

Rooms small, clean and adequate, no tea making facility but available in reception area.
Room was at the front facing the motorway but could not be heard with windows closed.
One minute from motorway junction.
Plenty of free parking spaces.
Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice.
Bottled drinks, beers, wine and spirits served in the reception area.
There is a restaurant / bar at the rear of the hotel but this was extremely busy with standing room only, I went into nearby town to eat.

It’ll do, but it’s pretty bare bones. Bad location for traveling unless you have a reason to be there. Very secluded. And don’t get taken by the cabs (they took us for over 200 euros ) and rent your own car at the airport. Parking is free.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay before catching a flight from Brussels Charleroi airport. Not luxurious, but better than basic, with a good breakfast. Rooms are small, but clean. Parking on site, and a good restaurant just down the road.

Description said shower - no shower! Description said Cava in room - no cava in room! Coffee maker in room - no coffee! I thihnk the dexcription and photos need to be more accurate. This hotel is in an industrial area with 24 hour truck movements. Room is basic at best. Had to use the bath as there was no shower and when it emptied there was a lot of residue left behind which was obviously in the wirlpool bath pipes. I bathed in with other peoples hair! Not good! Breakfast OK.

La chambre était très bien, de taille correct ainsi que la salle de bain parfait pour une nuit. J'ai bien noté sur les avis qu'on entendait les voitures car proche de la route et c'est vrai mais ça n'empêche pas de dormir quand on est vraiment fatigué.
Leur point fort un personnel vraiment agréable et très souriant qui fait le maximum pour vous aider. Cela fait très plaisir d'être reçu dans de telles conditions alors un grand merci à tous le personnel que nous avons croisé

Eenvoudige kleine kamer en kleine badkamer. Kleine tv. Geen andere faciliteiten op de kamer.
Ontbijt vanaf 6.00u, voldoende keuze incl. o.a. scrambled eggs en bacon.

Hotel basaal en eenvoudig, maar voldoende voor een losse overnachting voor een doorreis of als je weinig tijd door brengt op de hotelkamer.

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, le petit déjeuner est excellent et la chambre supérieur vraiment belle et propre !
Seul bémol : l’insonorisation. Nous avons été réveillés vers 3h du matin par d’autres résidents de l’hôtel (musique forte, rire, télévision forte). Il s’agit là d’un manque de civisme et l’hôtel n’est pas responsable mais c’est vrai qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et même dans la chambre d’à côté.

Decent for a short stay

Easy to reach hotel and a decent stay. The service was not the best. Although we paid the amount for the room, the staff person during check-in insisted that he doesn't know anything about the payment and that we pay again. He mentioned that it is a type of guarantee. Next morning, we talked to another person and he corrected it. Eventually, things were fixed correctly.
