Located close to the highway and with free parking. The Beersel train station (1.8 km by walking via a small trail in a forest and on the countryside) takes you to heart of Brussels.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

Room was clean, staff were helpful, air con in room was great, especially to warm up as it was quite cold.

Great place to base yourself if going to the football at Anderlecht like I did, 10 mins drive to the shopping centre car park I used.

Staff polite and helpful, not much going on when I was there.

Great overall experience

Affordable. Great customer service. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Brussels airport is very close. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the shop. Restaurants are close by. Very quiet location. I highly recommend this hotel.

someone was banging on doors at 2:00 and tried to get into our room. There was no phone in our room to call the front desk.
The room had not been cleaned properly but they were gracious and moved us to a clean room.

Low value when compared to cost.

Although not a terrible experience, I was expecting more from Best Western. Room was quite small and the single curtain was big enough to cover only one of the two windows. I expect that a second curtain had been installed at some point in the past, but removed and not replaced.
Coffee machine was a nice touch, after I had cleaned out the dirty residue and run through several cycles so the water was no longer running brown.

Bed was comfy although a big dip in the middle where 2 singles were pushed together
Sound proofing was shocking though as i heard voices outside, doors slamming and chairs scraping both mormings starting at 6.52am

Room and bed was comfortable, there was no hot food available in the evenings, there was is a small bar with a reasonable stock of bottled beers, although the wine choice was very limited
The car park private but not secure in front of the hotel.

The room is not as clean as I expect. There is squeezing sound close to my unit at midnight. It sounds very similar to someone entered my room. I tried to talked to the person who entered my room, but I could not fully wake up. I eventually slept 5 hours only with disturbance. The blanket doesn’t seem to be very clean either.

Did not live up to the Best Western brand; had to change rooms initially as there was a foul smell in the bathroom, asked for a non-accessible room as partner is 6 ft 7 and couldn't fit under the shower but was ignored and given a second accessible room. No towels, cigarette burns on the bedding, hair on bathroom floor. No security lock on the bedroom door, paper thin walls on adjoining rooms with strangers so consistently disturbed, and a cat roaming the hotel!

Okay place, okay conditions

Stayed short term in this utilitarian highway stop hotel (next to only a service station) a few times. There’s not very much on offer and I think their additional breakfast is not the best value option.. but it’s clean, predictable and on the modern side of things. Would book again.

Comfortable, quiet, well priced & modern

Stayed here for 9 nights while working around the Brussels area & the location was ideal for work purposes, but not so much for a wonder around in the evening to grab anything to eat.
Being situated on the motorway, you could easily go in either direction without having to mess around driving up to the next junction, but equally by being on a motorway it meant a car journey to go anywhere for food as the menu options at the hotel are limited. There is a shop in the services which sells pastries & sandwiches but after a days work that didn't always cut it.

As a hotel though, it was everything you could ask for & despite being situated next to a motorway you couldn't hear any traffic. The hotel is practically brand new, has good Wifi within the room, a comfortable bed, free parking (which is difficult to find around Brussels), nice shower & toilet facilities & good television with good selection of channels including BBC One & Two.

All the reception staff were polite & spoke English, which was a help as my French/Flemish language skills are barely non existent! The only thing which slightly disappointed me was that there was a laundry bag in the room, and the in room welcome book stated it has a laundry service, but when I asked about it I was told there is no laundry service. This shouldn't put you off the hotel though, as it only really affected me after I went for a run to the castle nearby in Beersel (definitely worth a visit) & fancied washing my running gear!

The staff was prompt and friendly, the downstairs lobby was funky colored and upbeat! The breakfast looked pretty good although we did not have it that day. The room is very clean but it’s so straight forward and to the point that feels very sterile. The bathroom is one stop shopping if you will, the sink, toilet and shower are all one unit. No dividers just one room with it all. I would rather have clean than not clean, so happy there! It was just so straight forward in it’s design it felt a little institutional.. the price was right and because it was an easy stay, we would come again. The room design is just a little odd.

Overnight near Brussels

Stayed overnight on way to Dunkirk. Hotel is on motorway and at peak hours, traffic in the area is heavy. Rooms comfortable and overall reasonable value.
Breakfast okay but nothing to write about. Ours was hampered by a coach party who were like locusts so we had to wait for things to be replaced and there were queues for everything.

Toitlet shower area water was coming out whike you take shower.
Bed was so small even twins bed were bigger and better.

I stayed here for one night on a short trip through Brussels and visiting the brewery 3 Fonteninen which is located just a couple miles away. Very clean and comfortable room with a very friendly staff. Just what I needed for an affordable overnight stay. Do yourself a favor and if you stay in the area, visit the 3 Fonteinen Restaurant.

Big suburban highway hotel with super tiny rooms.

We booked this hotel last minute because for those two nights everything else in Brussels was either sold out or ridiculously expensive like 300-400 euros a night for a hotel thats normally 80-120. Anyway we paid almost 100 euros at the best western but were sorely disappointed. Firstly, the rooms are tiny, really tiny for a hotel with all the space being built on a highway in the middle of nowhere, i really don't understand why they were so cheap on the room sizes? Next the beds were horrible, really uncomfortable, and we didnt sleep properly even one night. The bathrooms were again tiny, the room was actually so small that we couldnt even move around and could only stay in bed. There was no mini bar or small fridge in the room where we could keep a youghurt and some water. There was no clean drinking water provided. We booked a superior room and were charged for a superior room but put into a standard room, upon questioning the receptionist we were told thats all rooms - superior or standard are the same size but I dont know why then we were charged 30 euros more per night for a superior room? The guy said only difference between a standard and superior room is that a superior room has a tea / coffee making kettle which he handed to us anyway.

Overall its a terrible hotel, super tiny rooms, no service at all and overpriced for what they offer at such a location in the middle of nowhere. It was a very uncomfortably stay and we would never go back.

Started out bad with the roll away collapsing in the middle of the night. My son slept on the floor. Next morning the staff were totally amazing, apologizing profusely. They offered us another adjoining room and brkfst at no extra charge.They totally accepted responsibility and went out of their way to correct matters. Made our stay in Brussels amazing.

Je nai jamis vu un hotel 3 etoiles comme celui-ci. Literie décevante avec les ressorts a meme la peau, forte odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain et une temperature digne d'un frigo. Sans oublier les portes qui claquent toute la nuit dans le couloir. Bref une nuit blanche...

Dommage car l'accueil est récent....

Best Western France est un gage de qualité. Or en Belgique, ce n'est pas le même cas.
Gros problème d'hygiène dans la salle de bain ou la moisissure est présente sur tous les murs. Lunette des toilettes cassée impossible de ne pas le voir car c'est l'assise qui est scindée en deux.

À notre arrivée 2 rats à notre place de parking près des poubelles, des canapés abandonnés lors de la prise de la carte je demande les petits déjeuner un panneau indique 7,95 je paie 31 euros le lendemain le réceptionniste m’indique que je n’ai payé que deux petits dej de la veille ça fait donc très cher un buffet où il n’y avait rien et la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour !!

Hotel sur aire d'autoroute avec station essence. Panneau Quick oublié, trop loin.
Pas de restauration donc pas pratique quand on est sur un aire d'autoroute. J'ai manger une salade à la station essence.
Dans la salle de bain, pas de tapis de bain, pas de gobelet, ni gel douche, papier toilette en fin de rouleau, etc... capsules de Café encore dans la machine. La chambre très vite faite ou pas du tout.
Les douches les joins très sales, poussières dans les coins des plinthes bien visible, le sols collant. Des traces sur les murs et rideaux.
Rideau trop étroit et décrochés à moitié de la barre.

Le petit déjeuner au vu du bus qui a débarqué, le petit déjeuner était compliqué. Table sale et quand on veut prendre un petit pain, il y en a plus au vu des grosses assiettes qu'ils prenaient. J'ai réussi 2 jours de suite a chopper un petit pain. Sinon on avait rien et je ne prouvais pas tarder puisque je travaille et au vu de la circulation je ne traînais pas.
Chambre vue sur parking avec des bus qui se gare et font aller leurs moteur devant votre fenêtre à 21 h 30.
Le claquement des portes jusqu'à 2
H 00 du matin. Des personnes qui se parlent a distance de la fenêtre au parking devant votre chambres. Pas pratique pour dormir !!! Et parlent bien fort !!! Je suis sur les rotules tellement j'ai peu dormi et mal mangé. Ce n'est pas une qualité best western et trop cher pas un 3 étoiles niveau propreté et service. Je fais beaucoup de best western et là, ce n'est vraiment pas top...

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Autobahnraststätte... dieses war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Das Früuhstücksbuffet war meines Erachtens für 15 euro zu teuer. An frischen Aufschnitt gab es z.b. 3 Sorten: Käse, Salami und eine Art Kassler-Aufschnitt. Die Zimmer waren gross genug, Schimmel im Bad (Fugen). Der Rest des Zimmers war Okay.

J'ai été installé dans un couloir très bruyant (bus entier de touristes) alors qu'il y avait des chambres disponibles ailleurs.
Ils m'ont offert le petit déjeuner pour la gêne occasionnée, mais je ne retenterai plus l'expérience dans cet hôtel

Nul , la propreté n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous aucune intimité car la porte de la salade d’eau ou ce trouve également les toilettes et en verre et ne ce ferme pas , une personne est rentré dans notre chambre en pleine nuit car la réception a oublier de mettre que la chambre était occupée, la réception nous appelle à minuit pour nous demander nos informations personnel aucun professionnalisme
