A lovely oldie world feeling to this hotel but with all the modern living requirements. Bed comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom very modern with a walk in shower. Staff friendly and it’s located near enough for the attractions but in a quiet area with restaurants and bars nearby.

Hotel in good location, spacious room, a little bit old style but pleasant; clean; reception & bar staff very helpful; the only suggestion to the Management - not enough number of staff during breakfast; only two people, tables left dirty far too long, food not refilled, no clean glasses or cutlery, that was very disappointing. In relation to food selection, same could be improved, no fresh veggies. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel was wonderful, centrally located and walking distance from the city’s main attractions. The room was comfortably spacious and clean. The best thing about this hotel was by far the staff and service. I woke up sick to my stomach one day and upon a ginger ale request, which they didn’t have, the breakfast bar staff made me a lemon and ginger hot tea. We had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was varied and filling. The best part was how accommodating and friendly the staff at the front desk were; particularly the night manager, who was so very kind and helpful when my husband left his cellphone in an uber.

Time for refubishing...

Hotel must have been a nice 4* hotel before. Now there are stains on all cushions in the breakfast area, and cigarette burned marks and/or stains on bed cover and carpet. Poor internet speed, TV not working. On the positive side, still has some charm, and is well located. But time for a major refurbishing....

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to restaurants (Rue Jordan) and about two blocks from tram stop. We were upgraded to a suite and so of course the room was quite large and fully appointed. The decor of the hotel is really lovely. Free wi-fi; good breakfast (love the croissants). Staff was very helpful.

Perfect location, very nice hotel

Location was perfect. Hotel is very nice. However, we received a small room with a very small bathroom (room 210) because we were redeeming 3 nights. I asked if we could have a bigger bathroom and we’re given room 211 that had a bigger bathroom with a tub. Having free breakfast was a plus.

Older continental style hotel located in the \"Rodeo Drive\" area (Central Commercial District) of Brussels. Great location, top notch service, comfortable rooms; all good value. Decent breakfast. Easy access to transportation including limo service to the airport upon request. Walk to the city center to see the sights or take a tram. The Manos is now my go to hotel in Brussels.

A Decent hotel

It is a decent Hotel in a safe neighborhood. It has a lot of food and shopping options nearby. It is a bit far from the main touristy area of Grand Place and museums which are about a 25 minute walk from the Hotel. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is nothing to write home about with a number of things running out well before close time. Most of the staff in the breakfast room don't speak or understand English, so for me communicating with them was a problem. The room size was okay by European standards which are quite small as compared to rooms elsewhere in the world. Overall i would recommend this hotel

Very clean, good location and had a certain style. The dated Louis 16th look was good but some of the furniture was genuinely dated. Staff generally extremely helpful albeit a little pompous.Breakfast quite good, although I prefer my coffee and food in general to be hotter than it was.Quite good quality and ample choice.

A little disappointed...

Our first trip to our room in the lift resulted in the lift getting stuck between floors, the staff member who opened the doors offered no help for myself or husband to negotiate the 2 foot step up...not an easy task when you are not so young! No concern shown by management and no apology. The room was small, we found the air con by accident as it was hidden behind the TV. Breakfast was not the best and we drew in the dust on the teapots! Would not go back.

My go to place in Bruxelles

I come through Brussels regularly and will only stay here. Discovered this place through Expedia and trusted the reviews. Lovely old world feeling, super clean rooms some with balconies all amenities. Most important though excellent staff knowledgeable and caring. Perfect location for shopping and tourism.

Amazing staff!

As nice as the hotel itself was (and it is a very nice hotel), the staff was what really stood out to me. They were always smiling, spoke excellent English, and were genuinely concerned about my stay with them. When we had a little trouble figuring out the air conditioning unit, they looked into it at once to make sure it was functioning. They looked up information for us about Brussels when we had a question, and the evening shift woman actually mentioned that she was sad that she would not see us off in the morning since she would be gone by then. They are the best front-desk staff I have ever seen, and it made the stay special.

Really nice hotel. Fairly small and friendly. Reception staff speak excellent English, which is just as well since my French is abysmal, unfortunately at breakfast the language barrier did show a little.
There is a good variety of choice for the included breakfast, bearing in mind the size of the hotel, though if things get used up, dont expect them to be replenished. It pays to have an early breakfast!
The Louis XVI styling of the hotel is amazing and the rooms are not only a good size but well fitted out.
Regard service, there was a problem with the built in hair dryer which I mentioned to reception as we went for breakfast and when we returned to our room there was a knock at the door and a standard hair dryer was supplied.
All in all a very good hotel in a good location close to bars, cafes and restaurants.

I stayed in room 501 and it was quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was 3 tram stops away plus a 10 minute walk away from most of the sites. There were lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. I would recommend if you don't mind commuting to sight see.

Traditional Belgian hotel with attentive service

One night stay for business. Twee old fashioned hotel room was small but for one night adequate. Had a problem trying to get temperature of the room down heating was high as outside was cold. TV only englsh channels news. Week before stayed in Thon Bristol Stephanie nearby and had access to BBC -2 and ITV.big tv. Of course only important to those who like me stay in the room. Breakfast adequate lovely tea served in a pot. Several places to eat nearby. Quick travel from Midi Eurostar to hotel and easy though I did know where the hotel was. Overall comfortable friendly stay, no problems encountered.

Manos Stephanie is a great little hotel, its rooms are tidy and some have balconies. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good internet. Gym and sauna facilities are in a sister location a block away. Hotel is about a 30 min walk or 15 min taxi ride to the EU Parliament / Commission.

The Manos is in a good location. There are rumbling noises, which may be the trams or maybe something else. I found it not very clean. In particular the toilet had not been flushed. You would expect staff to make sure the toilet was flushed. Breakfast was average. Fruit salad was barely edible. The scrambled eggs were dried out. I certainly wouldn't pay the inflated price they are asking at this place.

This was more of an old fashioned hotel, but very charming, large clean rooms, great service, great food, great internet and wonderful staff! I was able to walk to Louzia plaza, a great shopping area with more great food and easy transportation access as well as look out over the city.

Great little gem

Booked this hotel very last minute having no knowledge about Brussels. This turned out to be fantastically located right next to famous shopping Louise Avenue with heaps of shops and good restaurants. This is a lovely family owned hotel, one of a few. Although small rooms were nice and breakfast was fantastic, lots of freshly made bread, pastries & fruit etc.
They have a hotel about 200m from this one which has a great restaurant and small gym.
Wifi worked well and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and book again.
About 20min walk to central station through old part of town, lovely stroll.

DISSAPOINTED - NOT VERY FRIENDLY FRONT DESK

Not very friendly and helpful at all front desk personnel - A/C didn't work so we reported it and went for a strolled. Came back 3 hours later and nothing had being done about it. We had to move late that night because it was just too hot. Although we had payed for an upgraded room, we got a standard room. The hotel defenetly needs some upgrading when it comes to the bed and pillows. The location is not as closed to the Old Town as expected.

A lovely hotel, location is pretty decent we had a car and had no trouble with parking. Hotel provided services are limited, ie only room service and breakfast. Staff were mostly very helpful. Breakfast wasn't great, pretty basic but acceptable for the rate.

Charming hotel with perfect location.

The Manos Stephanie is a lovely hotel perfectly located next to the main high-end shopping of Avenue Louise, within walking distance of the boho Ixelles (approx 20 minutes), and also within walking distance (approx 20 minutes) of the Grand Place. The rooms are charming, and the hotel staff is always eager to assist. Overall excellent value for money with Belgian charm. And the breakfast is excellent.

Great Upmarket Hotel

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was of a very high quality and all you could ask for with both cooked and cold cuts inc. smoked salmon avaliable. The room was a decent size and clean as well as being quiet at night. Its located in a good neighbourhood but it is about a 15-20min walk from the city centre. We liked this as we could explore the city on foot and its definately a good idea to bring good walking shoes. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast area nice and a nice selection cereal, bacon, eggs, sausage,toast, and continental choice, waiter in breakfast very helpful
If I had to pick a hole in anything the carpet in bedroom could either have a good steam clean or a new carpet this is a very small thing.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and best of all we had to sinks no argument who's using sink first.
Great stay very happy.

Had really pleasant stay at the Manos Stephanie, the hotel was exactly what we wanted. Not in the busy city centre but near enough to be in easy reach of everything that we wanted to visit.
The staff were helpful and freindly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Lovley romantic hotel with very friendly staff. A couple of little things annoyed us: the cleaners twice cleaned our room when we left the \"do not disturb\" sign on the door.
There was also one morning when we arrived for breakfast an hour before it was due to finish and the buffet was very low on food, only for is to be told \"that is all we have left\".

Would still recommend to a friend as staff are very friendly and hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated.

The hotel was a good price and close enough to the locations that I was going such that I could walk everywhere. The bed could have been more comfortable but the Internet was a good speed and the room was fairly big for Europe. I would stay there again though wish it was closer to public transport as it can be a long taxi ride from the airport in rush hour to get there.

The hotel staff were very helpful - on arrival at the hotel, one of the staff followed me to buy a box of chocolate for my friend's birthday. It was rather kind of them.

The hotel is very well located, very closed to Loise Metro station and to general nice shopping places, restaurants, etc.

The decoration is old style on purpose of course, it`s Ok. The restaurant for having breakfast I found it very nice.

They could do a much better job on matress and pillows.
