Situated in a convenient location to many sites of interest.
Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting.
I would highly recommend The Hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their time here in Brussels.

Everything about the property was excellent — clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, with a great atmosphere and attentive service. The only small detail worth noting is that there was no hair balsam/conditioner provided. Other than that, the stay was truly perfect.

Très satisfaite de ce séjour, l’hôtel est magnifique . Il est très bien situé avec une station de métro à 150 mètre et plusieurs bus . Il y a également énormément de boutiques pour faire du shopping . Il ya quelque restos dans le coin. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable. La vue était magnifique . La salle de sport ouverte 24/24 est un vrai plus , et la vue est sublime ce qui motive à s’entraîner . Gros coup de cœur pour le spa ( hamam, sauna, spa, douche ) c’est grand , propre et les salles de relaxation sont très confortable et les vues dans chaque espace est sublime ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ( seul petit bémol la chaleur des plats cuisinés j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un un micro-onde pour réchauffer les plats). Le personnel est adorable et à l’écouter, on a été très bien accueilli .

This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options.

The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience

We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay

The hotel had good amenities- the spa was nice, unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed and it is a very noisy part of the city. Between other people walking past talking and the street noise it’s pretty much impossible to stay here without earplugs.

The bed where I was was far from perfect.
Everywhere, the impression that The Hotel is cutting costs (except those of our stays of course)!!! Unpleasant.
You have nevertheless been saved, once again by the outstanding kindness and quality of your PEOPLE at the check in (given your system's failure), the cleaning team, the restaurant service etc...
You remain my favourite in town but watch the downhill trend..

The place was clean, staff was very nice, the spa made the hotel- that part was amazing and well worth the trip (if you like spas) and it’s complimentary. We did have some issues - I booked a facial and the lady was a message therapist, not a professional esthetician. They did fix the issue. She would have been a fantastic message therapist, but make sure you double confirm your treatment. We had an issue with the shower leaking (had to use serval towels each morning to clean it up), we didn’t tell the hotel, but we told the cleaning lady so she didn’t think we were crazy people and using all of their towels. The lights went out mid- day one day on our floor (it lasted a few hours and we had to wait to get ready (not their fault, but sucked). The keys stopped working a few times and we had to go down to get new keys (little frustrating). They had to move us because we stayed in a room initially right under the gym- people started working out super early and slammed weights down, (not just once or twice) continuously. I do have to say that even with all of these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this hotel. I would suggest a little more attention in the lounge area-people had to wait sometimes for wine and food. The only had a few wine glasses and people had to use a not so good alternative for wine.

During our stay, we came back one evening to an iman screaming in Arabic to a group of 20-39 people in the lobby. The scene was unreal and the hotel staff were not taking any action to remove those people making us feel unsafe and weird out being suddenly in the middle of a screaming match that sounded like a prayer or something

Terrible service for a hotel of this standard. Everything seems to be arranged to make it easier for the hotel instead of the customer. The room facilities were basic with no storage except for one small cupboard. The coffee pods (3) were not replaced for the second night nor was the cream. The charging points seemed not to work and none of our devices charged overnight. Plug in sink didn’t work, the toilet kept running and the TV just said “loading” so we gave up after 20 mins. We were very disappointed and will chose a different hotel next time.

Superb location and quiet rooms

Very well located hotel with underground oarking. Rooms are nicely decorated, have blackout blinds and are soundproofed so it is very quiet. The pillow was a bit lumpy and hair conditioner would have been useful in the shower. 2 tiny portions of coffee cream are not enoigh for the 4 pods of excellent coffee in the room. The breakfast catered for all tastes but was poorly lit, more evening bar than morning breakfast lighting. A fruit selection would have been nice.

Le personnel était à notre service, mais stressé par une clientèle trop exigeante et des managers toxiques et trop exigeants, ce qui dénaturait les échanges avec eux lorsque j'en ai eu, mais ils ont toujours été le plus serviables possible, surtout lorsqu'ils étaient nouveaux. Les clients israéliens n'arrêtaient pas de parler de la guerre et des palestiniens de tous les noms, ce qui n'a pas amélioré la tranquilité de notre séjour. If all you care about is location, then stay here. If you’re remotely interested in getting any customer service, then avoid at all costs. This hotel has tried to eliminate any and all human interaction in an effort to save a buck. They don’t even want to interact with you at check in. And god forbid you have a question because there’s no one to speak to. They pretend to have a WhatsApp phone number to text with but there’s no one there to answer. It’s an AI bot and when you repeatedly ask to speak to a person, it’ll tell you someone will be with you shortly. I had a question about room service, which wasn’t working and they didn’t respond to me for TWELVE hours. When I complained they said they don’t have anyone working there on the weekends, yet they don’t tell their guests this important information. When I complained, it was very clear they didn’t care even the slightest. Terrible service, which is such a shame for a hotel in such a great area and with great views. Never again.
