Room was great. Complementary welcome drinks in the morning was nice. The walk to most of the action was about 20 minutes but it was close to the European History Museum. Overall great property.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the large city park. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room size; when the trundle bed was pulled out, it blocked access to the bathroom. Although there was space in the kitchen/dining room, the bedroom itself was hard to navigate. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping is done only for stays longer than 8 days. This includes the waste bin of the kitchenette. Before one has to pay extra. Large towels have to be picked up at reception.

I was assigned a basement room. There was a huge burn mark on the rug in my room. The shower ran out of hot water half way through.

The hotel is just fine and the breakfast is excellent. But…Almost all eating places in the area are not open for dinner. They cater to lunch crowd. But there is a sushi place on Luxembourg that is very good which is open.

I was taking a 15-minute shower in my hotel room after an 8h flight, and suddenly, the water turned cold. I had soap and shampoo all over me and called the front desk. They told me I most likely have exceeded the \"hot water limit\" my room had, and will not get hot water until at least an hour later and there is nothing that she could do. I almost wanted to scream -- what am I supposed to do with all the soap and shampoo all over me???
I kept trying, and trying, and the hot water never came back in the next 10 min. I had to be creative: I used a kettle to boil hot water and used a cup to rinse off the soap on me.
Needless to say, it was absolutely the worst experience one could have after a long flight. Still can't believe this could happen in Brussels, at a hotel I paid $200 /night for.

Great place to stay! We had a spacious room with a small kitchen & clean bathroom and it was a good location, only 15-20min walk to the main city centre. The staff were super friendly and I loved that there was a 24hr mini market available downstairs in case you were hungry! It was International Women's Day when we stayed here and they had a lovely setup with snacks & a chocolate fountain for all the guests to enjoy! I would gladly stay here again 😊

It was a great experience for my 3 friends and I. The only thing is there’s not enough hot water and so I had to take a cold shower after a long day of traveling. That wasn’t fun. I also understand why they do it, but thermostat can’t go higher than 22 degree Celsius so coming from a cold shower, it was a bit uncomfortable for a few hours until I was further into sleep. Otherwise, it’s a good place. It has free filtered water (which is a plus if you don’t want to keep buying it out), near to the park and Grand Place, close to public transport and staff was friendly.

Dated property. Room was in need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty floors. Trash was left in room. Shower did not drain properly and was not gixed after request. Mattress was terrible and sheets didn't fit enough to cover pad on top of mattress.

I stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Europe between June 19 and 25, 2022 (6 nights in a studio room). It is one of SHABBIEST hotels I have stayed in at that price range (approx €140 per night), and I've stayed at plenty of hotels in my life so far.
The positive: the staff offerred a room change at check-in when I expressed my disappointment at the room I was given. I ended up seeing 3 rooms, and they were all in a similarly dismal state. They tried.
The negatives:
1) condition of the rooms: dirty and chipped walls. Urgent need of a paint job;
2) Small rooms and washrooms, with very little natural light;
3) the two hand towels in the washroom were stained. All the rowels were small and threadbare
4) no amenities in the washroom (eg: no tissues), aside from squeeze soap bottles that ran out of soap. Only two rolls of toiltpet paper for the whole week;
4) the carpet did not look or smell very fresh. Needs replacing.
5) no cleaning service or even trash removal for the six days I was there, \"because it's an apart-hotel\" - you're supposed to bring down your own trash-;
6) construction going on in the entire block the hotel is on - one demolition project, and new building works - lots of noise in the rooms, front and back.
7) charmless rooms, cheaply furnished.
The hotel's approach seems to be to squeeze as much as they can from customers and offer as little as possible.
Advice: avoid at all costs. Previous reviews are mostly pre-pandemic and outdated.

Chose the hotel due to its location during a business visit to the Brussels' European Quarter. The hotel room was simple but functional. Nothing was exceptional, but everything worked. Wifi was fast enough for video calls on VPN; there was enough electric outlets. The room showed quite some signs of wear and tear (incl walls and the bathroom). Water in the shower was lukewarm at best.
My only complaint is about how lax the staff was with regard to the COVID regulations. Despite abundance of hand gel and lots of posters, the staff caught two guests without valid covid certificates only when they were leaving (witnessed the whole situation). Did not fill me with lots of trust.

Two minute walk to the metro Trone station. 20 minute walk to Brussels central. Crockeries and utensils in the kitchenette are in good condition. Space in kitchenette is limited but no issues making simple meal of eggs, boiling soup and heating up pastries. Welcome drink every afternoon was a nice touch. All restaurants nearby are closed in the evening and weekends. But you can buy fast food like pizza and wraps at the lobby. For light sleepers, do note that the ambulance or police siren could be heard even on level 6. But, it was not an issue for us. A big THANK YOU to Morgane who is so friendly and warm in her greetings everytime she saw us.

This little hotel is in a very good location between the EU headquarters and city center. Rooms are very clean and quiet, and it’s great having a full kitchen in each unit. I am senior solo traveler who stayed 4 days. The hotel staff is accomodating, kind and helpful. My room included kitchenet, so I was able to prepare basic meal. There was a variety of food at the breakfast buffet and you will not be left hungry. The hotel is 15 min walking distance from Grand Place and a few minutes away from Trône Metro station. I had to pay the additional hotel tax upon my checkin. Excellent wifi connection in the room. Overall I had a great stay and would stay again.

My and my husband's experience here differs greatly from two other people I was traveling with. My room was on ground level, and there was a weird odor outside the window. The heating towel rack in my room was broken. The telephone was also broken, but staff fixed this problem. The bathroom tiles had grime. Overall, I found the room itself a bit dirty and not worth rebooking. However, the kitchen and dining areas were nice, and the location isn't so bad if you don't mind a 15-minute walk to the center.

Very nice and comfy apartment. Also very quiet and very good location, only few minutes walk from Trone Metro station. Brussels town centre only 15 minutes walk away. You have a 24/7 reception service. Wifi woks very well.

Was allotted two towels for a full week for two people. Had to pay 5 Euros to be given two new clean towels. Asked for housekeeping twice, never showed up to clean. The shower drain was clogged and the water would raise to over your ankles. Hotel never fixed the issue.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It is far from the main area you want to see, lots of walking 15 mins to centre place/groute market. That area has cheaper food. You must stop for Belgium fries! And at the little manuquinpee baby there is an amazing waffle place. Don't forget to stop into the chocolate stores and get Belgium chocolate too. It's all about food here! On the way to that area is a nice park to walk through. There is also a supermarket 2 streets over from the hotel, since you can cook in your room as we did. The staff is very nice there and super helpful on what to do while visiting. Our room was not very clean, very dusty, we kept sneezing. We asked our room to be properly cleaned but no one came. On our way to check out we told the day manager what happened and he was not happy that our room stayed dirty so he gave us free breakfast that day :) FYI the bathtub in our room was awesome after a long day of walking. I could lay all the way straight in it! Lol the area is very quiet great for some rest.

Nice but very little happening around it
Very positive about the hotel (serviced apartment) and staff. It's a a very quiet area, we were there over the Easter hols and apart from a Carrefour express and a miniscule Delhaize there was absolutely nothing open. So we had to go to the centre for anything we needed, although this is not far, if you have to do it a couple of times a day as well as the sightseeing it's pretty tiring. I think it's a great place to stay if you're on a working trip, good wifi and no noise.

This was a well-run establishment, near city.
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were extremely polite, efficient and helpful. Area around it is rather anonymous, but it's not far to the centre of Brussels one way and the European Parliament the other way. The room was clean and so was the en-suite bathroom. There was no noise at night from other guests, but the traffic noise woke us in the mornings, as it is near a busy road. Overall, we were very happy with out stay, though.

apart from having to wait 10 mins to have someone come up to redress the lack of electricity in the room when I arrived, everything was great.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was also very friendly, smiling and kind. Whenever I had any questions, they always tried their best to help. The only drawback was water. Whenever one person took a shower, the second one had to wait at least an hour to have warm water. Otherwise everything was fine. Perfect location, really close to metro and shop. Would definitely recommend for short-time stay.

check in was quick..not the room I have requested though..receptionist said it was quiet but it was not as it was beside the street, requested for another one but there wasnt any, no daily cleaning included nobody to get your trash, I can only imagine if you cook and stay there for a week, staff was helpful though, no nearby restaurants or shops, provided only one pillow each, unless you request downstairs, I'm pretty much sure they havent washed it, overall..with some reservations to recommend though

This hotel is a part of Accor Hotel chains. Very clean and well maintained. The building seems new. It's basic, but clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. It's 5 minute walk from European Parliament, 10 minutes to the train station, 15 minutes to Grand Place. Very quiet neighborhood, especially on weekends. I stayed for five nights. Quite happy with my stay. The room could have been arranged better though for maximize convenience and comfort. The desk and table were placed at wrong places. The kitchen is small, but functional. Could use a bit more horizontal space. A mini supermarket is 5 minute walk away. Convenient location. Would stay again.
