Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable room, great bar area open in the evening. Don’t be put off thinking it’s a little out of the centre, it’s really close to a metro stop that is on all 4 lines with good access to both the central and midi stations.

Great hotel close to metro

Really nice hotel, in close proximity to the Metro. I picked for the shuttle but ended up using the metro instead. The hotel has a garage but street parking is free until 9am. I set an alarm went down at 9am and paid 4.50€ for street parking until 12pm.

Hotel was well located between EU and tourist areas. Room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of daylight.
Service was really good with a super attentive bar, breakfast, and reception staff.

Only thing I'd say to improve is the insufficient number of tables in the breakfast area. The lobby is large and perhaps more space could be given over to restaurant seating.

Very clean and modern designed hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. No issues finding parking in the garage located under the hotel at €30 per night during my stay. Location is very quiet on weekends due to being in a governmental/diplomatic area but is bustling during the week. Many options available at the bar including some finger foods. Did not purchase the breakfast or use the restaurant during this visit.

The room was very spacious and affordable. The placing of the desk in the room was awkward but not that big of a bother as it was easy to move. The parking was very easy and cheap as well. The hotel was walking distant to everything and in a quiet area. We did have one dirty towel in our room with a streak in it but we just didn't use it. Overall 4/5 stars.

Exceptionally comfortable rooms

This is a lovely hotel, in my view. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and stylish. I didn'thave dinner here but my breakfast was well cooked and the variety of pastries is extensive. I thought the waffle maker and accompanying sauces was a nice attention to detail.
Surrounding area is nice and you are only 8 minutes walk from the Park Brussels if you like to run or stretch your legs.

Faecal stains on toilet seat

I checked into the hotel at 11pm after a long day of work, and just as I entered my room, was confronted with a toilet seat that had dried faecal stains on it in multiple places. While the reception staff got working on getting me another room, other Working for an international org has me traveling for work across the world, but I'd never experienced anything like this.

Property felt very modern and was very comfortable. Apart from the first rude receptionist who couldn’t be bothered to listen, the rest of the staff were amazing and very very helpful.
A lovely place fairly central and a great overall experience .
Tip - go for the king sized bed. Absolutely massive !

This was the only American hotel we chose during our European excursion. It was what we expected and nothing out of the ordinary…yes I’m American. My shower flooded into the room but they cleaned it for us. Other than that no surprises.

If you want to be close to Brussels cultural centre but not too close, this property is the right choice. Very easy also to reach other parts of the Centre by foot or by subway.
I also recommend taking their breakfast buffet which is one of the best ones I had in years.

Good hotel and I know I will be back.

Housekeeping did not do up the room on a single day... and I came back to the same room I left in the morning :(
But I think it was miscommunication in that they try not to disturb you as much as possible and its worth using google translate to - French, Flemish, and even Portuguese. I think the hotel should have English/ French classes for the staff as optional to get them motivated. Santos and Nixon of great help along with the rest of House keeping (so many names but really all of them). Breakfast is just right with Hassan making you feel so welcome it makes your day go well.
I had been to Brussels to see the place and see the Formula 1 race at Spa Franco Champs. Great Seafood in Brussels and lovely sights - Grand Place. The Hotel is near it all and close to the main stations - Eurostar and also the local underground trains to go around the city. A very multicultural city.
The Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and while you do get the distant sound of a club it is mainly on a Saturday night and if you have the windows closed it is very faint.
Reception is well managed by Anna, Florine, Connor and Annabel/ Arrabella. So many names not mentioned who go a long way to make things happen. They also have a very good business centre for conferences and the facilities or well managed.
They will be even better once they open up full capacity and restrictions are lifted. They were very helpful with testing centres and directions and general information.
Hope to be back soon.

Modern, business oriented at Arts-Loi

Modern hotel just steps from Arts-Loi metro stop, excellent service and friendly staff. Nice room with mini fridge, coffee maker, strong WiFi, etc. Stayed for a week on business at the beginning of the August vacation period. Lots of EU and other office buildings around, not a tourist area but easy access on the Metro. Good COVID hygiene and responsible staff. Definitely would stay there again.
