Wonderful staff, lovely property and rooms (garden side is very quiet), and perfect location for exploring Brussels. Can walk to tours and sights from hotel and the Wolf Food Hall next door is fantastic. Breakfast is ample and worth it at least one day. Lounge room with coffee tea and water or access to bar is a comfortable spot to work, chat, read or plan your day. I’ll be back!

Overall the Hotel Fleur de Ville was a very nice place to stay in Brussels in the City Center. It was an easy walk to the Grand Place and the Christmas Markets. The luxury shopping area on Bd.de Waterloo was a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. Restaurants were plentiful and varied in the city center area. The hotel has a restaurant, but I did not eat there except for breakfast. The breakfast was adequate but somewhat limited in its variation. There were hot eggs, sausage and bacon as well as cereal, cold cuts and cheeses. The hotel had a small bar with some limits on what cocktails could be prepared. The rooms were large and well decorated. The bathroom was clean with almost instant hot water in the sink and shower. There were good black out drapes. Most travelers would probably have been happy with the central heat but for my wife and I the rooms were too warm. We resorted to turning the system off and opening the windows a bit in the evening to cool the room for a few hours before bed then closing them and leaving the central heat off at night. Outdoor temperatures were 30 - 35F at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk, bar and at breakfast. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This is a beautiful and elegant property with an excellent location—just a short 10-minute walk to all the main sights of Brussels. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, though the train station is also only about a 10-minute walk away. Since our luggage was heavy and it was pouring rain when we arrived, the taxi was well worth it.

We arrived early (before 11 a.m.), and the staff could not have been more welcoming. They invited us to relax in a lovely lounge with complimentary tea, coffee, and water while our room was being prepared, and they kindly stored our luggage so we could head out and explore the city.

We didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed breakfast around the corner at Fred, which we absolutely loved. Our room was charming—cozy and tastefully decorated. It was a little snug for two large suitcases, but we made it work with one on the floor and one on the rack.

Overall, we loved both the property and its location. The staff’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location near (but not on) the Grand Place. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. if someone in your party has scent-sensitivity or asthma, be aware that they might find the common areas difficult because of the aromatherapy. It wasn't an issue in the rooms themselves.

This boutique hotel is beautiful. It is conveniently located to shopping, dining options as well as major tourist attractions if you’re willing to walk. I recommend some sort of transportation from Central Station as walking with luggage can be challenging due to terrain. Also, arrange transport early when leaving the hotel as traffic can hinder your plans easily depending on the day and time. The front desk can store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in. Warre was outstanding and welcoming. Jasmine and Abdullah were also helpful in terms of offering suggestions. There was a handwritten note from hotel manager upon arrival to room. My room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Generally, hotel is very clean, smells nice, great toiletries selection, robes and sandals if you care. Breakfast buffet has fruits, juices, coffee, pastries, cold meats/fish, eggs etc.Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.
