The check in process was horrible. It is very inconvenient to check in online so many times and then also have to wait past the check in time to receive keys. This process was alarming and not smooth. The room was very clean though and we had a great stay other than the check in process.

We rented a two bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean. The location was excellent. Two short streets to Grand Place, and a short walking distance to Brussels' Central Station. I have no complaints about the property and its location. HOWEVER, there are several issues that need to be considered. 1) the information provided to check in is INCORRECT. It states that one will be notified 72 hours about the codes to access the property, as there is no one there in the lobby of the building. The CORRECT information which should be displayed is that you will get those codes on the date of your arrival. 2) There is a MAJOR COMMUNICATION issue. It is hard (sometimes impossible) to reach anyone in the phones numbers that are provided. Some direct you to leave a message, but there are no return calls. Others say that they are available between certain hours; however, when one calls during those hours, it is hit or miss. Most of the time is a miss. This was very frustrating, and there is no need for this issue if management addresses it properly. For instance, I had a question regarding whether all of the information that I entered was correct, as there is no message stating that all was correct and accepted OR if there were any issues. There is a statement in the contract that if one does not register properly within the 48 hours prior to arrival, one then only has 1 day of a reservation, even though one has paid for many more days. So, one needs to be sure that the info is correct.

Honest and amazing spot

Spot was amazing. But it wasn't that clean. Sticky stuff, hair from previous guest and some stuff are broken. But overall, was honest for the price paid.

I was thinking that they're would be a desk. My mistake. Since we were travelling, I havn't checked my mail. Had to call after midnight to check-in and have access to the building and received a great service. So check your mails. Instructions in it are clear.

Nice design, size, and layout. Two WCs and AC are nice. Right in the middle of the tourist shopping area if you like that. Weak wifi, streaming failed a couple of times. Minimal kitchen set up, not enough to really cook anything.
Parts of unit were not cleaned properly beyond superficiel.

The aparthotel is okay. It is run down and not in the best area. We stayed one day and left. Unfortunately, the reservation was non-refundable, so we lost the balance of the stay. It was worthwhile to move on to another location. There is no staff, so no one to assist if you are looking for that.

Stay was excellent, only issue was the water temperature control was not working properly- it was burning hot or too cold in both bathrooms and the bathroom sink was draining slowly. AC was excellent. Location was excellent, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed he extra space and free WiFi, laundry and water.

This hotel delivered exactly as described. Well located in central Brussels, so a quick walk to most sights, restaurants and an easy train to Brussels Midi. Bathroom was clean, air condition worked well, and a great cold water cooler in the lobby. Online check in and in-person key retrieval was easy.

Location was amazing - couple of minutes from the grand place and amid all the shops and cobble stone streets.
Very spacious, good well equipped kitchen and very nice to have a roomy sitting area. And super useful to have (free) laundry - two full sized washing machines and dryers.
However i did not like the bed: the mattress was very hard and the sheets super scratchy - had trouble sleeping. The shower was good but turned to scalding hot at times - possibly when someone else flushed a toilet.

The beds were comfy and it was a super location. There was a leak in the bathroom so we all had to use the ensuite bathroom for the first night - we booked a 2 bathroom unit so we would not have to share, especially when one couple get up several times during the night and have to come into your bedroom all night. The hairdryer was broken and never fixed. We had no AC the first day as it was set to 24 degrees and could not be adjusted. This place is old and worn out but it’s such a good location. It should be taken out of commission for a week and fixed up.

Surprisingly good quality stay for the price

Almost my entire family were staying at this hotel for a marriage in Brussels. We found it of excellent standard. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally positioned in Brussels and convenient for many of the services which we wanted, nearby.
Checking in and checking out was hassle-free.

We found this the perfect spot for a 5 night stay in Brussels. There is no staff on site but the responses to emails were quick. It should be noted only emergencies are taken care of over the weekend so you need to be self-sufficient. The location was amazing- very near major sites, the central train station and lots of restaurants just around the corner.

This hotel was in the most ideal location! It felt like it was right in the middle of everything- a short 8 minute walk from the central train, around the corner from delirium village and a ton of bars and restaurants, right beside the shopping arcade and super close to the Christmas market. The hotel also has free laundry which was helpful! Booking through a third party vendor made the city taxes and deposits awkward as I was asked to email my credit card info, but other than that the experience was wonderful

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance.

We had reception come to our hotel door in the morning and tell us check out was at 11. Meanwhile we had another night to stay. She then said to pay city tax, which I had sent to emails with all our details. Maybe not much communication between them. But it was all good in the end.

The amenities didn't work very well. The coffee machine didnt work, the shower head leaked on both sides and the fridge door didnt close properly meaning food wasnt cold. The pillows also seemed like sofa pilloes rather than sleeping pillows. For the price per night we expected better.

Absolutely horrendous - poor hygiene

I requested a refund as I was unable to stay here, as planned, between 4th September 2023- 7th September 2023. No refund has been received and the response from the hotel shows no regard for customers health and safety. I was offered a room but the room wasn’t clean. Furniture was stained, there was some kind of dried human excrement/ fluid on the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair in the bath tub. It was evident that the room wasn’t being cleaned thoroughly / to a high standard, in general, as there was dirt in the corners of the flooring, in the indents of the dining chairs, on top of cupboard doors in the kitchen, the water receptacle of the coffee maker was full of limescale and dusty on top, there were random hairs / bits of dust on the dining table and the console table had water marks on it still as it hadn't been wiped over.

When I brought the state of the room to the attention of a staff member, she was polite and sent a cleaner up straight away who removed the pubic hair, wiped the mirror and then left. No alternative room offered.

I ended up booking another hotel as it was very evident that the hygiene standards here were poor. I raised a complaint when I got back, fully expecting the company to see the pictures and be highly apologetic. However, they responded saying \"the room was fully cleaned before your check in\" - This statement particularly concerns me, when I look at the pictures, and reaffirms my concerns about my health and safety were valid.

The two bed apartment we stayed in (no 53) was a little tired decoratively, but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked effectively. The photos did not accurately reflect the condition of the property, as we expected the apartment to be a little more luxurious. The building itself is in a great area, very close to the Grand Place and numerous restaurants. The female staff member we encountered was very helpful and told us how to re-access the building after check-out to collect our luggage. If the rooms were given a bit of a make-over to freshen them up, I would definitely return and would then be happy to recommend the property to friends and family.

Location of this apartment-hotel is excellent- very convenient to the train station and very convenient to all major attractions. Accommodations were great- two separate rooms with beds allowed us to easily meet everyone's needs. AC worked well and beds are large and comfortable. Free laundry onsite (bring your own detergent) was a plus for us during our lengthy travels. Staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The room was very big and comfortable especially for the price and the location was excellent right in the middle of everything. Really good value for money. I was originally a bit nervous as they ask for a deposit and town tax via email as they have no one at the actual property. They provide you with a check in code. After some back on forth with expedia confirming it was ok to give them my card details, I did. After our stay the money was returned immediately so it was all ok. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The appartment is a good size but it definitely needs redoing, chipped paint, stains and marks everywhere. It was very tatty, but it was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. Had some difficulty getting the key, but a helpful member of the maintenace staff passing, spotted us sitting on the steps, let us in and found our key (it was not in the lockbox as stated). This could have been a brilliant flat, if it was updated but then it wouldn't have been in our budget.

Fantastic location, steps away from amazing restaurants and the grand place. Walking distance to the museums and also the lively district where the European Parliament is located.Check in fine. Apartment a disappointment. No window in the bedroom. Window in lounge area looked out onto other rooms on all sides so absolutely no view of anything plus we had to keep curtains closed for privacy at all times. We had planned to have breakfast in the apartment but didn’t do this due to lack of natural light in the kitchen area. Also no room cleaning/towel exchange during our 3 day stay. Internal walls must be quite thin as you can hear what is going on in the neighbouring apartment, particularly noise from toilet flushing and showering.Other rooms may be better but for me next time I would stay in a hotel (for a similar if not a cheaper price)

Everything you need for a mini break

Easy check in, just followed the instructions in the email - entered access code on keypad and accessed key card via safe inside. Excellent location just a short stroll from Grand Place Square, less than 10 min walk from Brussels Central Station, plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés within metres of the apartments. We booked a standard double and were pleasantly surprised at how big the apartment was and it was lovely and clean. Had a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and handsoap. The apartment was quiet at night, you could just hear the rumbling of the trains underground every so often. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We were very disappointed at the quality of the apartment. For this price, one expects to have a decent apartment in good standing. Instead, the apartment is worn out (the floors, walls, the cupboards, the bed, chairs, we’d post pictures if we could but everything in the apartment is worn out, rust in the dishwasher! Tares on the sofas, paint off on most furnitures
…), and the apartment smelled un-fresh, as if it used to be a smoking room.

We wrote to the property owners to complain and asked to be moved to another apartment or get a discount: no response…

It is far from the standard one expects. Not recommended at all.

apartment is getting a little old, floor has water damage evident. Major issue was the windows in the bedroom. They were so badly installed the noise around the casing was as bad as if the window was open! At one point we stuffed the 0.5cm gap with toilet paper to try and quieten it.

I've stayed here twice before and the location is ideal for shopping and dining. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Brussels. It's getting a bit run down and smelled musty. Carpet in the hallway needed cleaning and the counters and tables where chipped. Overall, it's still the BEST location! The Galeries Royal St Hubert is 1 minute walking away. Breakfast pastries and coffee is 1 minute away and Michelin restaurants 1 minute away. Liege Waffles and Belgium Fries only 3 minutes. Zara, Primark all within 6 minutes. Museums and flea markets 15 minutes.

Bathroom door knob was broken and when I closed the door the first time I could not enter it again until maintenance came and fiddled with tools. Based on the discussion they were aware of the issue. If I was running the place, I would have fixed the issue before letting more people in or at the very least had a warning note in the room.

i have stayed a few times now at this hotel and this was the worst.We payed for exsecutive room only to be put in a studio room.Our safe locked us out on the second day having to wait in over an hour for staff to come. Then on the evening the alarm went we all hurried outside to stand waiting in the cold not knowing whats happening as no one came to tell us.The fire brigade turned up 40 minits later .there was no one to speak to asto what was happening very poor.

Very pleasant surprise here. Deep in pedestrian only area (seriously, you're not getting dropped off up front here) very close to Grand Place and close to Central station. Had ground level 1 BR apartment. Very nice bathroom with insane shower water pressure. Big bedroom with decent bed. Kitchen facilities. Nice living room. The biggest shock was the access to a wonderfully placid courtyard, like a quiet oasis in a very active and cramped area of the city.

Not a great place to stay

The location is great. Close to grand place and many many restaurants. No one at hotel on weekends and we came in and key that was left for us did not work. Ended up having to call a fee numbers before we got anyone. Finally got master key for floor and then on Monday got new key. Burner in kitchen did not work, no coffee pot, dishwasher did not work and flooded bathroom everytime we showered.

Nice stay

It was a pleasant stay, had a really good tine visiting Brussels. Location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, living room had really nice view! the only thing was the check in process was quite confusing; the code they sent out to me didn't work. It happened to have someone work for this place came by drop the key otherwise we wouldn't be able get in at all. Also even we came 1 hour after the check-in time, our apartment was still not ready but we were able to put our luggages inside the room so it wasn't a problem. Regardless these issues it was still a nice stay tho.

Easy travel

The apartment was easy to locate, convenient for sightseeing, and it’s a short distance to the train station. Picking up and dropping off the key was set up by lock boxes. We were given just one key which is difficult for us ( two couples) to try to do separate things. The apartment is clean, mostly well provided for, only wished the comforter is a little bigger.

It os so centrally located for tourist. Morte Subite, Delerium Tremors, etc. Know that they will ask for your credit card number via email. Don't give it. Wait until you arrive. There you can give it directly to the attendant.
