Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed.
Our room had no view at all but was quiet.
Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about

This hotel is in the heart of Brussels, and while it was a bit noisy due to its central location, I didn’t really mind. It added to the city’s lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was spotless and well-kept, making my stay comfortable and pleasant overall. Our room was very quiet despite being in a lively part of the city. We noted a few items of issue to the staff (loose faucet and loose shower head). The room was a bit dingy but I think there are rooms more update than the one we had according to the pictures on the website. We came in late (23:15) and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel as the entry was through the bar/restaurant and all the way through to the back and not well marked. Luckily a gentlemen out for a smoke break and saw that we likely were looking for the hotel and sent us in the right direction. Hotel staff was not on site when we arrived but a nice gentleman from the bar helped us figure out how to access our room. Once we settled in the location was awesome for exploring the city and close to the Grand Place. The Brussels Central station was a 15 minute walk and Brussels Midi station was a 26 minute walk. All-in-all a good value and good location.

Ok so this hotel has the bathtub/shower literally in the small bedroom and we actually got the bed wet when the water hit my shoulder in the wrong direction. And there is no wall so it's a bed and a bathtub/shower in same space. Omg.
And to make matters worse it is on top of a bar that will pound your room till way after midnight. How anyone gives this place more than one star we are amazed. Worst hotel in kastbtheee years in Europe for us. We missed the ball when we reserved for one night luckily

An absolute disaster

If you are thinking of booking this place and the price looks too good, please know that IT IS. You will regret staying here unless you are a 20 something friend of one of the club promoters downstairs. The hotel is a design disaster with walls and carpet in shambles. The worst part is the thumping music and smoke that billows up till 3am from the bar downstairs. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Bel hôtel, lit confortable. Soyez conscient que l'hôtel est situé près de certains bar, les chambres face à la rue (celle que nous avions) beaucoup de bruit/musique/personnes qui chantent/parlent fort. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger je vous conseil de demander des chambres autres que celles à l avant.

Excellent location for a Brussels vacation - literally, steps away from Grand Place!
Safe area and always full of people - if you are a light sleeper you may have issues sleeping because of the noise all night from the bars and cafes. We had no issues but all 4 of us can sleep through anything LOL
Easy to walk to a myriad of options for food, drinks or shopping. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond - and the hotel breakfast is top notch! Would highly recommend.

Perfect location and lovely hotel!

Had a wonderful stay here! Hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was a good size and comfortable. Location was perfect! Only downside was the condition of our room (202) - there were a few plugs not fully in the wall, the shower wouldn’t fix into position so we had to hold the shower head, and the shower blinds wouldn’t work properly. They weren’t bad enough to ruin our stay but we did find the shower annoying to use!

What a find. The staff bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible. Friendly too. My room had a real boutique feel to it with all the mod cons, including aircon (a must in Europe these days in summer). It was centrally located in easy walking distance of many restaurants and public transport was just a few steps away. Fantastic.

Horrible accommodation. The room I was given had a glass door to a courtyard with another room that had the same access to courtyard. So I had to keep my curtains drawn 100% of the time I was there as it felt unsafe. If you don’t want to sleep you can book at this hotel as you are guaranteed NO SLEEP ! The noise level with the loud music that goes on just outside the hotel is until 4am !!!! So that is all night long. The street in front of the property at night is full of drunk clubbing age groups that are loitering around and drinking while the music goes on and on and on . You have no chance of any sleep ! The hotel room itself was and felt dirty. The carpet was so dirty with stains of who knows what all over it and the bathtub shower situation being right in the same room ?!! I mean no privacy and talk about cold showers as the bathtub was just out in the open and showers were an interesting situation trying not to get water out of the tub ! I do not recommend this hotel. Oh and you have to drag your luggage through a restaurant and go up steps just to get to the front desk that is only available until 11pm and probably because they too can’t stand the noise outside of the hotel !

We had issues with the SmartTV not connecting to the internet that were unresolved. The showerhead was unstable making bathing difficult and water got everywhere. It was a pretty space but not particularly functional from that standpoint.

The location is walking distance to Grand Place and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was comfortable but provides zero privacy when traveling with family as the shower is completely open with no walls or doors. Just a partition with slats. The worst thing about this hotel is the noise level. Not only is it loud from the downstairs restaurant but several restaurants together. I couldn't sleep at all due to the noise levels way past 2:00am. Loud talking, clapping, singing and some men screaming and yelling after 2:00am. This would be fine if you are participating but not when traveling with family and having to get up early to catch a train.

Paid £150 a night for this room (breakfast not included). Has to be one of the poorest rooms I've stayed in (I travel 5 times a year plus more on business). It was a combination of lots of small things that led to such a poor rating. Things didn't start well, took around 20 minutes to check in with just 2 couples in front of us. No idea why it took so long. The room itself (double room) was pretty small, not itself a deal-breaker. The biggest issue was the shower in the main room by the window. I couldn't quite believe the setup. There were blinds and a window on one side which had obviously begun to rust. The blinds couldn't be adjusted and I could see into the room adjacent above so clearly they could see into the shower. The wall had also paint flaking off. The wooden floor was obviously getting soaked too and showing signs of wear. The toilet was tiny, good luck sitting down if you're over 6 foot. The room must have been above the bins as we were woken up each night with the sound of crashing bottles. Because the blinds can't be adjusted the room is also quite light at night and early morning. To top it off we asked about breakfast in the morning and were told we should have booked the previous day which wasn't mentioned when we checked it. The TV was also very small and old. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and pillows actually good quality for a hotel. The WiFi was also very fast. It is well located for visiting the main sites in Brussels, transport and food.

Small interesting rooms and clean. Great reception people. Great spot. Unfortunately lots of cigarette smoke wafted into our room from the ductwork probably from below near the restaurant. If we opened the window for air we got more smoke too. Not a good place to stay if you are allergic or sensitive to smoke. The shower is in the same room as the bedroom. Interesting set up. I had to face the wall while lying in bed to let my daughter have showering privacy and vice versa. Very clean and nice decor and comfortable beds.

The room was really nice and the location is perfect. The staff was very helpful as well. Ammenities were servicable. It's walkable to just about everything and next to some great beer spots. My only real complaint was having to enter through the restaurant downstairs which seemed to be the hottest spot in town. When the restaurant was closed there was another door but it was always blocked by tables and didn't open with the key so you had to get someone's attention to get in.

I had a single room with one twin bed and it was little! That didn't bother me at all but just be aware. Location was very convenient to attractions/ train station/ many many restaurants. Enrich was an amazing host. Lots of knowledge about the area. Recommended a fabulous dining experience. The room itself was very spacious. the bed was super comfortable. Pros: great location, very nice front desk staff. Cons: almost no exterior signage (enter via Cafe Dandy), bizarre labyrinthian internal layout with lots of inconvenient wee staircases, rooms almost as compact as a capsule hotel — well organized and efficient if you’re alone, otherwise not so great. Shower is in the room and even with door securely shut, water…goes…EVERYWHERE.

The hotel consists of 2 floors in an apartment building. The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast was not worth it. The staff was very nice and friendly. The shower was badly designed and water would come out

The only thing if you have a room on the 4th floor and it is over 80 degrees you may find the room a little bit warm even though you can open the windows. There is air condition and a fan.

Folks at reception and in dinining(breakfast) room were great.

Everything else was rather terrible:
- shower/bath tub did not have a screen/wall, was completely open to the bed and living room. It might be fine for some folks, but since we travelled with our teenager son, that was unacceptable.
- We were on the fourth floor, with windows fully shut and still the noise from the parties in bars and clubs below that lasted until 2-3am prevented having any reasonable sleep. The fact you can't think of opening the windows for some fresh night air because then you will drown in the street noise was terrible as well.
- Several things in the room were broken and were not fixed: we stayed 6 nights, reported broken bathroom light on the first night, yet it was never fixed or replaced during our stay. The showerhead could not be properly secured in the holder without spraying water outside of the bathtub on the floor, so you had to hold it with your hand. The fridge was frozen over, barely produced enough cold to keep chocolate from melting.
- Room cleaning service was rather poor, only thing was done consistently was towels and beds. But the coffee pods were not refilled, the area around coffee maker was left untidy, one night the coffee maker was left taken apart for some reason.

Excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and toiletries restocked daily. I arrived early to check in. The check in staff stored my luggage until my room was ready. So it gave me time to walk around the city. After my strall I still came back a bit too early and room wasn't ready, so they offered me a coffee in the restaurant. Excellent service, very polite. I loved my experience ♥️ I felt very well taken care of.

Great experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in the middle down downtown, so you could walk to anywhere, plus the metro line was 2 minutes away.

The room was also very clean, nicely decorated, had a safe, fridge, complimentary cofee, and water with free refills from the restaurant downstairs.
