The location is great, but the property was a tad run down. Sinks did not work properly, got fixed, bathroom is very very small, shower/tube is very high and the bedroom is very tight. Bed was good. So mixed feelings but would stay there again because of the location.

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

This hotel was in a fabulous location. It was very close to the city center, and across the street from a plaza that hosted restaurants and extended outdoor eating. Very cool. It is close to many transit lines. The place is very clean and has a functional kitchenette. Laundry facilities are on site. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available all day. If I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay there again.

Noise level was off the charts within the property, sounded like construction was go on and/or residents above room were out of control. Notified front desk on 3 occasions, didn’t seem to know what was causing the noise. Fire alarm went off 20:00 one night, had to contact front desk to find out what was going on, no notification from front desk what so ever. Cleaned room 1 time only because stay was 9 days.

Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants and just 10 min walking from the main plain. The room needed maintenance. The shower was dirty, in general the carpet was not very clean. They don't have AC and was really hot day over 29C. The staff was fine.

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. Simple but very nice hotel. Very central. Great staff. Currently being renovated but not causing issue. See it from Saint Catherine metro station. Shower was not powerful at all so mentioned it at check-out and they said they would get maintenence to have a look at it which was good as they did not just dismiss it.

Excellent hotel in a great location, you can do everything 100% on foot, they have their own car park. Excellent facilities, room with kitchen, great bed, bathroom, etc. The only bad thing is that they have more than one building, so depending on where your room is, you'll need to go through an uncovered area in case of rain and in my case, I had a pram and I had to carry it down the stairs because there was no access ramp, but in general the hotel is very good and I recommend it.

In the morning which is 9 hours later, the hot water has still not boil to be sufficient for a proper shower - even though the water pressure was very very low. Was told that there is individual water heater tank for each room - but surely a water heater tank that takes 24 hours to boil the water for 3 persons to shower is not acceptable. Avoid staying here at all cost. Cannot believe that this place can still attract customer with such bad plumbing system. A total disgrace!

This hotel was a little disappointing. We were surprised to find out our room had no air conditioning in the middle of August. The room was clean, but had a slight “ Curry “ smell. The young man at the desk also seemed irritated when we couldn’t find our room. Don’t think I will stay here again.

Citadines was a very amazing experience. amazing staff, location,, easy access to grocery stores and good amenities. Issues were when we went to our room on the first day, we found was a broken hanging toilet paper holder. Other than that, I would recommend citadines to another person.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was small but it had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was different, it had half a shower door (perhaps to avoid long showers and save water), the toilet could have been slightly more modern. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet with really nice selection of local foods and eccentric dining area decor, very european. They offered 24 hour coffee and tea service and there was a water dispenser in the lobby. Very walkable and safe area with many choices for local dining. Close to ancient cathedrals and many waterfalls which locals used to hang out and drink wine. It was a very comfortable stay.

Staff were very friendly and as we arrived early they let us leave luggage securely and come back later. The location was good, not too close to the center of the city but not too far either. And the space in the lobby was good. Request a quiet room but had a room next to the street where I can hear the passerby talking. The room was decent size and reasonable, but the floor was dirty. I took a photo and shown it to the staff who said it is the heater blowing dusts out. The heathers were electric heaters, nothing to do with dust and have been never used. It was obvious that the floor was not cleaned before check-in which can happen, but the staff's response was a bit disappointing and strange. Also, if the heaters make the room so dirty, then the hotel has a big problem!!! Had breakfast and the pastries were not fresh, so I mentioned it, just to be told they are \"fresh\" because they are delivered in the morning. Morning delivery does not mean always \"freshly cooked\"! Well, was told again, I am wrong as they are fresh because they are delivered in the morning. Once again, it can happen, but the response was disappointing and strange. For their credit, I noticed that the room was cleaned next day and there was no charge for the breakfast, but I am curious why they have not communicated these with me? Why couldn't they have said, \"sorry it happened, we will have a look and get back to you\". The premises were ok, but I shall look for another next time.....

Was a nice hotel. Conveniently located for the centre of Brussels but quiet at night. There was a battery missing from the remote so we couldn't use the TV without using the buttons on the side. Also the heating was left on and we didn't realise until the morning, so had a boiling night and didn't realise to check as the weather was good so no reason to have it on in the first place. Could have used some decent directions to the parking as had to stop outside and go in and ask where it was and how to access.

Broke my knee on the way to the hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the attentive staff who assisted us during this difficult time. The only little point, unlike similar properties with cooking facilities, there are no coffee pods (there is a coffee machine), tea bags, salt and pepper.

We are very thankful for very kind staff at the property (Nieng and Tristan – Front Office Manager). My son left his buddy (a mall stuffed animal) at the front lobby as we checked out, but they were kind enough to not only find it but also to send it to another hotel where we were staying. My son was successfully reunited with his buddy and we could leave Europe with a very good impression. Thank you so much, and we highly recommend this property for its convenient location as well as ample hotel facilities such as kitchen and laundry facility.
