HORRENDOUS. The entire property smells like Curry, the pictures are NOT of the hotel it’s of the Pakistani restaurant next door. The rooms are super tiny, the carpets are dirty stained and they smelled bad. The sink leaks, there are beams all over the walls and walls slants. If you’re tall you have to bend down to get out of bed. The front desk staff are NEVER there they’re mostly at the restaurant connected to the hotel so you have to wait for them to come back or knock on the door. Also, before I left the front desk rep called me like 3x back to back on WhatsApp super pushy and rudely to remind me the check out is at 11am. Overall it was a TERRIBLE stay and with so many other options in the area I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do NOT stay here. The hotel beds have bed bugs. This was a horrible stay. I have never experienced this type of service before. We all had several bites from the bed bugs and we had to get rid a lot of our belongings. I have emailed the hotel and called numerous times to talk to management but have not received a response. All i get from the phone calls is to email the general information email and someone should get back to me yet no one has. I requested full compensation but have yet to receive any reimbursement. Do NOT stay here.

Not many plug sockets near beds to charge phones. It’s above an Indian restaurant so strong smell but quite a beautiful hotel. One staff member treated us like an inconvenience when we asked to leave our bags at reception until we leave, but the rest were fantastic. She must have been in a bad mood that morning

I loved the location of this hotel as well as the bathroom and shower water pressure. However, the design is something out of a horror film, I get to my room from the lobby I had to go up a flight of stairs, turn a corner, go down a flight of stairs, open the door to my room and go up another flight of stairs. My room was in a loft that had the most dangerous, broken, narrow stairs to the top. The room was insanely hot, despite meeting the temp to 19°C. I woke up every night drenched in sweat, soaked through the bed in the middle of December, the fan didn’t work and there were no windows to open up, just a weird skylight. It was quiet enough despite being able to hear water running through the walls. The bed was okay, pillows were bad. Everything just felt mildly dirty; grease, hair, fingerprints, etc. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Some bolts fell off of the elevator when the doors opened, the door handle to the bathroom fell off and the shower drain was clogged. The front desk attendant was nice enough to fix everything. Location was good and walkable to everything.

Great location but a slightly tired hotel. Be aware that the position right next to the Bourse means that there can be quite a lot of noise outside - not the hotel’s fault but the windows aren’t modern and thick enough to keep it out. The lift was a big plus point!

The room was quite old and looked in worse condition than in the photos online.

The entrance/lobby to the hotel is much smaller and cramped and less luxurious than alluded to in the photos. I don't know what photo was used for this cover photo with the chandelier and staircase as that's definitely not the hotel.

The red carpet in the room had stains on it.

The door handle to the washroom was broken and falls out easily.

The lift doors slam very hard and loud when they close.

Good hotel in a great location. Our main issue was the noise. Unfortunately, there were HUGE and very loud protests going on literally outside of our window every night. It was impossible to sleep even though we were exhausted from exploring the city.

Bathroom was very spacious, but shower door only covered part of the shower so water would splash everywhere. Definitely has potential to be a much nicer hotel! But they definitely did an awesome job with the Staff they hired!

Superb location right in the middle of the centre.
Rooms are nice, big and very comfy. Our room had a balcony with the views of the theatre, cathedral and the market.
The only downside was that our room didn't have a mirror instead there were two big mirrors in the bathroom. Not ideal if one needs to get ready and the bathroom is occupied.
All in all great stay. Looking to book for next year already.

Great central location

Location is incredibly central to everything. Short walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. They share parking with the Marriott close by. If you are going to be parking a car, make sure you let them know in advance so that they can send you directions to get to the Marriott garage which is not easy to find on your own.

Dirty, unsanitary. It is one of the few hotels in my life where I walked out immediately after check-in. The walls were dirty, door frames chipped everywhere, ceramic floor cracked all over in the room, upper window was dirty… It generally just looked decrepit. I saw a rat dead outside the building right around the corner of the building. I lost 2 nights worth of reservation and I don’t regret it. The lobby looks good, the rooms don’t. Make yourself a favour, go elsewhere. The rooms looks much much worse than the pictures indicate.

I could not have asked for a better location. The hotel is near everything. The Beer museum is across from the hotel. The metro station is also near. There are several restaurants within feet of the hotel. The area is quiet, never felt uneasy going outside the hotel. The room was also spacious and clean. The room attendant kept us supplied with clean towels.

Perfect location and walking distance to everywhere including metro. We had to wait for almost 7hr to check in and was not fun after 11hr in flight, 3hr at airport and 1hr drive from airport. Even though email was sent for early check in but no room was available and had to wait which messed our jet lag and lost one day.

Great position to walk the city

The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance to anywhere. The check-in was not ideal as I stood at the reception desk and there was a man behind the desk but not directly at the desk who saw me but continued eating and didn’t bother to come out and help. It was not something I had experienced before. He eventually checked me in.

Mould all around in the bathroom. Very low water pressure,dificult to flash toilet and waiting for hot water to come at least 5 minutes. Absolutely needs to be renovated .
Very noisy guests,having party in the rooms and we couldn't sleep all 3 nights.

We only stayed one night in Brussels, but this area is party central.
Due to a cancelled train, we arrived at 11:30 pm…nine hours later than expected. Our hotel room was ready for us and check-in went smoothly. The desk worker was very good.
The room was on the top floor and in the back of the building. The skylight was open, but I could not hear the sound from the street in front. With the skylight and the blinds closed, it was DARK in the room, even in the morning.
Decor was fairly dated, and some of the upgraded luxury items, especially in the bathroom, were in need of repair. The twin bed for our daughter was terribly uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fine.
The hotel desk worker in the morning was very helpful and held our bags literally all day while we toured the city. Very thankful for their help.

The room is run down and dirty. The red carpet was filthy i couldn't take my sies off it was disgusting. We paid $165.00 it was way to much for the condition of the room. Location was fantastic though. Check in person was absolutely awful not welcoming or even cared what you thought. We also had urine stains on the comforter.

Excellent location, but the hotel is shoddy. Picture in the listing is not the hotel lobby; it is the upstairs portion of the restaurant next door. Place had a bit of a mildew smell, nasty red carpet, exhausted beds with dirty pillowcases (hair). No AC in room. We left the property immediately after seeing our room. Receptionist told us that she would authorize a refund from Expedia, but when I attempted to get the refund, they refused. Definitely do not recommend this hotel even though it is in a very good location.

Great location. Walking distance to sights, restaurants, and the Central Station. If you have a view of Bourse, it is a great view, although you will hear what is going on in the square. The noise wasn't too bad, but if you are a light sleeper, or business traveller, you may want the other side of the hotel.

We had an Elite room. Bed was upstairs, and bathroom was downstairs, so something to consider if that matters to you.

Road travel is a challenge

Nice hotel once we found it. Nobody at the hotel was able to verbally direct us and it wasn't a language issue. Brussels is a horrible place to try and drive in. Loads of one way street often contradicting an ability to get around. Unless you live there location is crazy. People were very friendly but they are very careless drivers on Bikes, Mopeds, Scooters and cars. No patience at all.

The hotel was going under renovations so wasn't clean or tidy. The room was ok and enough room for 3 persons. The location is ideal as it's right in the heart of the city.
Although the staff in general were friendly, when we asked for extra tea/coffee for the room, they didn't provide any.

I picked this hotel because of mostly good reviews. We have a family of five so we did the family room (two king beds one twin)

I’ll start with the good: the location is fantastic and the beds are fairly comfortable and have what looks like new white comforters (compared to some of the older pictures). But that’s where the positives end.

We arrived in Brussels during a bit of an early April heat wave and this hotel didn’t have air conditioning. Our room seemed to be situated right above the attached restaurant and that seemed to also generate heat - our room was sweltering hot!! There are windows, but they opened to vents from the restaurant and other appliances in a little closed off section and it seemed to just add more heat in the room (as well as a lot of smells). Additionally, with our window open someone could come out from another room and go directly into ours since you could step out onto this roof (and there were fire ladders from other rooms) so it did not feel safe to have the windows open anyway. We all barely slept because we just sweat all night long.

The room itself was large, but absolutely thrashed. The carpet was worn, patched, and cut in places, the staircase going up to the second bed was coming off of the wall and you could see where it had been glued, and the bathroom had a broken mirror that had been “repaired” with a napkin and packing tape. Last there was a mystery door in our room that was locked that made us feel unsafe. Can’t recommend.

This hotel is in a prime location, close to everything. However, it is in need of renovation. The red carpets throughout the hotel appear to be decades old, with visible stains. Additionally, on level 3, there was a loose power point in the hallway, which is unsafe—especially for families. Issues like this should be addressed immediately. I stayed for a week, and I’m sure staff walked past it every day.
That said, the hotel was a pleasant stay for the price paid.
