Location is good, walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. Convenient walk to Grand Place and the Cathedral.

Airconditioning and/or fans outside were very very noisy.
We had to keep the window shut because of that.
If the noise was not so loud we would have rated the room with a 4.

A very mixed experience.

We arrived at 11am and were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who allowed my brother and his wife to check in early and even gave them complimentary breakfast, which was a great start.

However, when my wife and I returned at the official check-in time of 3pm, we were told by a man on reception that our room wasn’t ready. We weren’t able to check in until after 4pm. When we politely asked for the same complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, he refused and seemed flustered, and his superior had to step in to offer breakfast and two drinks.

Later that evening, the same man was rude and dismissive when we tried to use our drink vouchers. He told us there was no bar, refused to offer alternatives, and reluctantly gave us a single small can of Stella Artois. His attitude was patronising and unwelcoming.

In contrast, the lady from earlier remained kind and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service and rude behaviour left us disappointed overall.

Checking in took ages as my bank card did not work. In the end the staff worked out that I could simply make a bank transfer but I had been in the lobby for an hour by then. The bedroom when I finally got to it was a bit cold. Great breakfast however and I appreciated getting a free drink as a reward for not requesting fresh towels daily.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and the reception area was modern and inviting. However unfortunately the 4 star rating is not reflected in the rooms. The room we had 405 was in need of maintenance . The bathroom tiles and grout had black mould in multiple areas in the bathroom.The sink plughole was rusty .the shower screen left a dirt mark on the bath when moved and showed clearly a lack of cleaning for a while. Toilet tiles were cracked and also had grey mould. Several areas were of the paintwork were dirty and chipped. Seat in the room was stained. In general the room felt grubby. We would have asked to move room but we arrived at midnight on day 1 and were too tired and we were only staying 2 nights so did not want to spend the short break arguing about moving rooms Considering the price we paid during the Christmas market period, it certainly was NOT 4star standard. I would not stay in this chain of hotels again.

For the price the hotel was not up to the standard. The elevator was dirty with dark fingerprints in the wall and the floor of the elevator dirty. The bedroom was nice and clean but the shower was so small that once I manage to slip in between the sink and the wall I could not bend to clean my knees. The soap smell weird. The breakfast was great but it started too late for business. 6:30 would have been more appropriated than 7. Time you need to leave to be on time at the airport or at the business office. The people was very kind and service was nice.

I don't think this hotel is up to the level you would expect for another of this category and price. The room was noisy, the corridors a bit dirty, the breakfast room too small and crowded and the service sub-optimal. I don't think i will go back to this hotel in the future.
On the other hand the location was perfect.

this hotel is ideally located with restaurants and shops close by. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, a very good daily breakfast. The hotel unfortunately is not a 4 star property. It needs lots of TLC in the details to get a higher rating.

Me encantó el hotel. Lo único malo fue que decidieron hacer un simulacro de emergencia y no avisaron antes. Entonces allí nos tuvieron muertos del miedo porque estábamos durmiendo hasta tarde por el cambio de horario y empezó a sonar la alarma. Fue horrible!!! La chica que estaba en el front desk se portó súper mal pues le pregunté que por qué no avisaron y me dijo le estoy avisando ahora….
En fin la experiencia con el hotel la salvó el chico que estaba de guardia por las noches que era súper amable.
Muy bien ubicado el hotel y las instalaciones muy buenas, camas cómodas, sábanas limpias, volvería sin pensarlo mucho pero eso sí preguntaría antes si harán simulacros o no para no pasar el susto de mi vida otra vez

This place is classy. The staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast was great.

I had to bring the ratings down due to the tininess of the rooms and shower. It was difficult to navigate the room with your average luggage. The shower stall was so compact, it was difficult to bend down and.wash your lower body without hitting your head. For the price paid, I expected more space in the room and the bathroom.

The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. We were also not super impressed with the service at the front-desk. A smile goes a long way... It's on a quiet street not far from the center of town but I will be choosing a different hotel next time I'm in Brussels.

The property is very close to the Central Station. There are bus stops nearby. If you are doing city tours, the meeting points for many companies are also around the corner. It is stone throw away from the Saint Michael's carhedral. The Galeries St Hubert is also 2 minutes walk and that will lead you up to the Grand Place, lots of dining and shopping options. We also found this food hall called Wolf maybe 2 minutes away as well just behind the Radisson hotel. Location is just amazing.

The room is clean and decent size. It can get loud though. You can hear the people outside your room so loudly that you will think they are inside your room. You will just have to close the secondary door that divides the bathroom and the entry part of the room to make it a little quieter. The bathroom does have some molds in the corner of the tub and the half door of the tub leaks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We there a little early maybe around 230pm and the room that I booked was not ready and they offered us the same category room just on a different floor so we can check in early. It was on the interior part and we didn't really hear any street noises.

Bathroom was super small to the point that it is hard to take a shower or use the toilet.
Air conditioning didn’t work so we had to change rooms.
The new room was a little bigger, the bathroom was great size but the AC still didn’t work properly.

In both, the beds felt old and uncomfortable.
But the people at the front desk were very nice, professional and helpful.

This hotel was very dirty, and I have pictures to prove it. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathroom, clearly this room was not previously cleaned. Also, our duvet cover had some brown stuff on it, I don't even want to know what that stain was, so we had to request for a clean one. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Just overall, this hotel is dirty, and gross but the pictures on line doesn't show any of that, of course.

Great location - 5 min walk to Brussels Central Station. Close to Galeries Hubert and grand place. Wolf Street food market also close by.

Junior suite size was very good for 3 people. Massive bed and the extra bed also good. English tv channels BBC1&2 plus ITV1 and news. Tv is old so no Netflix function or casting abilities.

Room was well insulated and could not get the air con to work which meant it was hot at night. Slept with window open and street therefore noisy.

Mini refrigerator, tea, coffee in room with iron and ironing board and safe.

Toilet separate to bathroom. Bathroom had no heat in it. Also no extraction so mirror steamed up very quickly. No taps in bath so had to run the shower for the bath. Shower screen has gaps so water goes all over the floor making a massive slip hazard. Shower pressure was good. Toiletries were poor quality. Hairdrier was good. Towel size average.

Slippers and robes were supposed to be on the bathroom but were not provided. Had to ask. Slippers were then provided but no robes available at any point despite advertised on website.

Did not get breakfast in the hotel as felt it did not represent value for for money and no discount t on breakfast for a child. We went to Arkadi cafe, Le Pain Quotidien and Lloyd Cafe all close by. There is also a carrefour market near the grand place to stock up on snacks, drinks and fruits.

Cleanliness of the room was generally good but furniture stained and hotel is getting tired.

The location was ideal for going to Easter mass at the Cathedral. The shopping and dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and showers were powerful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options to eat. We had a power outage during our stay, and we were not able to take showers, or baths. We climbed the staircase to and from our 5th floor rooms, this was an inconvenience and hope this doesn't happen in the future.

Not the standard I expect at NH Hotels - old rooms, no insulation, old wall heaters and very dated. All the Other NH Hotels I have stayed in have had bars, rooftops, lovely rooms so it was disappointing to say the least. Our room was very noisy so we asked to be moved - which we were immediately, however, as reception stated - it would make no difference as all the rooms are the same - they were correct so avoid this one and stay at the other NH and don't be confused with the Title Grand Place as it is not next to the Grand Place

The location of the hotel is perfect! Its walkable to central station ideal for doing day trips. Its so close to the grand place and all other attractions can be reached using local trams and buses. The rooms are clean and decent. The only issue was the water temperature it was very tempremental.

We had pre booked a room because we wanted bathtub but when we reached there they said that the room was not available as aircon was not working. They gave us another room which did not have a bath tub. When we entered the room we noticed that water was leaking from the air conditioner into the room which after us mentioning they sent a mechanic to fix. The AC was so loud and made it very difficult to sleep at night. The shower area also had issues. The drain was blocked and when we took a shower the water was flooding the shower area.

The wall mounted air conditioner was quite noisy and had limited controls. I found it was usually too cold and the fan speed was too high and couldn’t be adjusted to a low enough setting. This is the type of system I would expect to see in a cheap motel, not a quality hotel chain.
The adjustable “makeup” mirror in the bathroom was mounted too high and someone had tried to adjust it and broke the mount so it was hanging loose.
Light above bathroom sink was too dim. Shower area lights were noticeably brighter.
I couldn’t get one of the wall mounted lamps by the bed to work. Overall the function of all the wall switches was unclear. Took several attempts to find the switch which controlled the light by the bed.

Visited Feb-March 2023. Perfect location to almost everything for walking. Central rail station is right there for getting out of the city for a day or two.
The staff was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and beer selection in the cooler.
Only bad thing was the shower. Had issues with broken head even after replacement, and have always disliked the type of curtain(that’s on me though).

This is a mixed review. We were grateful that we were able to check in early after a very long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance to all major attractions and public transportation.
That said, we had to change rooms because there were some large bedbugs and we were badly bit! Now, it happens, and it is not necessarily a sign of uncleanliness. And we were given a different suite as soon as we alerted the staff (in the middle of the night). However, we did not hear a follow-up about what they did to clean that room or check other rooms for an infestation. We remained vigilant about the possibility of more bugs in the new room. We did not see any but some communication would have been nice.
The property could use some upkeep. The lobby is nice enough but there were cigarette burns on the curtains and furniture, and a generally unkempt look (e.g., chipped wood in the door frames, etc.) on the upper floors and the room.
