I stayed three nights in Brussels and I think this hotel and location is perfect for everyone! The hotel itself is centrally located at walking distance from grand place, central station etc. there is a cool dining place with multiple options called the Wolf food sharing hall, which is literally next door.
My room was clean and spacious enough as a solo traveller. The hotel is really big on energy saving, no plastic, and avoid house cleaning unless you ask for it. I really appreciate and support that.

There is a person at front desk at all times which is so nice in case you need help with anything.
One thing though, the hotel had a strong peculiar smell in the common areas( likely a cleaning supply) which was bothering. It would disappear in the room so it worked for me.

Room was lovely and clean. Spacious enough for a one night stay. Great location for a Christmas market trip and helpful staff gave us an extra pillow on request. Only complaints would be the daft trend of frosted shower doors. What is the purpose? It's ok if you're there with a partner but with a friend or family member it is a bit weird. And also, the lift doors close so quickly and don't always sense a person as they should. It was funnny when it happened to my mum but anyone travelling with little ones needs to be careful and keep that in mind. Overall great value hotel and would stay again.

This was a minimal convenience hotel.. it was inexpensive so I did not expect luxury, but the room was so small you could hardly get around the bed. I would probably not stay in one of this chain again.

Extremely mid tbh. Woke up at 8am by construction. At Check in the guy bragged about how quiet the rooms are.. you can hear everything in the corridor and I was woken up not only by the builders but also in the night by drunk people on the street. Classic cheap external windows. The air conditioning turns off after some time.. it was 33 degrees so I woke up very hot In the night.
The bed is very hard too.
The real clincher is the air con smells like urine.. no joke.

The room we had was so small that besides the bed, there was hardly any space you could move around, even we had to place our luggage on the bed to off load our stuff. I would only rate it an ensuite room hostel. If you don't mind staying in a cage, this one is ok. Very clean and helpful staff though.

The hotel was affordable and worth its price for a short trip. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. It was simple but it had all you need for quick traveling. The location was very convenient and about a 10 minute walk from Brussels Central Station. Additionally, the majority of the main sights (such as the Main Plaza) and many dining options were also within very close walking distance.

As an older traveler, I became a bit wary when, the day before checking in, I received an email disclosing fees for things that I've always taken for granted such as an early check in, if a room is available and/or a way of stowing my large bag (I'm on a two-week trip). My worries were ill founded. The hotel has a storage locker, much as you'll find at any train station, for bags. And the front desk is very friendly.
The facilities are sparkling clean. The room is comfortable, if a bit small by American standards. And the bathroom design accomodates its tight space very comfortably. I am impressed.
The hotel is located near a very large food court that is better than any food court I've ever eaten at; it helps that there's a micro-brewery on site and a wide range of restaurants. A very shrot walk away can be found the full range of stores, crowded pubs andbistros that are typical of \"old\" Brussels. The room is big and new - good shower and air conditioning. But the room was empty- a good bed and tiny desk and a cube ( I used to put my bag on) could there be a 2nd one to sit on? Then they try to tell you can’t have guests (not sure that’s legal…?) Check in at 3 but check out at 10am sorry - that’s not fair when you are just using it to charge more fees. No room cleaning unless you pay more.. ok I don’t really need it but sometimes I want a fresh towel
