The pool room was out of towels all the time. It just seemed a little dirty around the pool area and in our room the tub was dirty. A couple towels had stains but all other laundry was clean.

The first picture you see isnof the hot tub pool and sauna. It wasnt disclosed that both the hot tub and sauna were broken. The breakfast was bad both morning. Eggs were cold. My daughters milk and all of the milk when checked was 1 day from expiration date. The ac unit in room didnt work, nor did some of the lights in the room. The fan in nathroom was broken. I wouldn't recommend these accommodations to anyone and feel we should recieve some type of reimbursement.

I’m not sure where the great reviews are coming from. Do not waste money staying here. The hot tub and sauna do not work. Breakfast was cold. Staff not very friendly. The price is exorbitant for what you get here. The rooms need some help. The one thing that kept me from giving one star is the bed was pretty comfortable.

We checked in on New Year's Eve and our card did not work. The nice front desk guy came right away. He told us that this is happening to many guests because the 'card keys' will be changed by tomorrow. We got in but when I came back with our dinner, mine did not. That's strange! He helped me again. The property and our room was very clean. Breakfast could use some upgrades. Maybe oatmeal and real scrambled eggs would be good things to offer? Our bathroom was updated as far as the tub and sink were concerned. The bathroom door was not and was in bad shape, I took pictures. I'm a Choice Privileges member #SMW03133.

Shower did not have very much water pressure and tub drain was super slow. Couch cushions on hide-a-bed were stained with a salty, white substance.

The building is getting worn over time and really needs some updates. For example, the carpet is worn, dirty and stained and needs to be replaced. The luggage carts are dirty and broken and need to be replaced. The door to our room (326) is broken and doesn't open/close easily. The hinges need to be tightened. I had to lift the door in order to close it.

Tile was missing on a baseboard, no towel rack, rust spots on tub bottom, freezer had frozen over, and a door stop protecting a wall was missing. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!! Myself, my mother (who is in her mid 70’s), my husband, and my son all are covered in bedbug bites. So severely we are all getting medical treatment. I requested to cancel my reservation after arriving and finding the room filthy with a horrid stench. Filth and trash under the nightstand. Was told the manager wouldn’t be in til the next day! Nobody addressed my request forcing me to stay the 2nd night in fear of being charged. The evening of our 2nd stay myself and family developed horrible bites covering our bodies! This prompted us to end our trip and leave immediately. Skipped out the last night of our booking to head home to seek medical treatment. We have welt like raised bites on our shoulders, backs, stomachs, waste, groin, upper thighs by our groin area, and buttocks. Still getting the run around about my refund. If I am ignored one more day I will contacting a lawyer! This place is unsafe and unsanitary! The only picture that is being accepted is the one I shared. Most of these bites are in places that are not family friendly! For your safety, do not stay here.

Wonderful suite for the two of us. I appreciated the fridge with freezer, the roominess, the bathroom amenities, and the very comfortable beds. Having an area with a couch separate from the beds was helpful for those wanting to go to sleep earlier. I appreciated the iced lemon water and the breakfast, too. Your price in comparison to other very inflated prices in Manhattan was a plus, too.

I booked through hotels.com and received confirmation emails however when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. This was a stressful way to start my weekend with my family. The room was very comfortable as were the beds. However the floors needed a good cleaning in every corner. The towels, hand towels, and wash clothes were very old and dingy. Housekeeping did not replace the Kleenex during our stay. It was very nice to have housekeeping make our beds every day and change out all of our bath towels.

The infrastructure needs major improvements. The shower bench wasn’t connected to the wall properly the handicap rooms were located on the second floor and when went to leave they were out of order. Nobody was at the desk to call for assistance. There was no ice machine on the second floor and we weren’t told this when we checked in so we had to go searching for another one I would say 90 percent of the time when we had been in the lobby there was no one manning the desk. When elevator services were out no one stepped up to help us to carry out our bags from the second floor.

1st night there, they knocked on our door at midnight because we were not in their system, had to go to front desk, only to find out we were in their system, just showing in a different room.Property needs attention, our room had no major issues, but, closet door handle barely hanging on, curtains were not hanging correctly, phone did not work. We explained they didn’t have to be fixed for us, but they did need attention.Stayed 3 nights, on 3rd night had to have keys reprogrammed to get into room.

Hotel was just a little rough. Shower and sink didn’t drain, ice machines didn’t work, etc. The only front desk staff person running around property helping other guests (she was doing her best) during high traffic time so there was a wait to get checked in.

The dryer almost electrified me. Other than that the front desk was very rude to my guest because she couldn’t find her hotel key fast enough before they told her she should leave because they thought she was a homeless person hanging around. She tried hard to find her room key finding it was a two. Sided color and that was the confusion in her hand bag. She kept telling the guy in the from she was staying as a guest with her sister and I had to go down to help settle the situation. Other than that the pool area was great room was clean and quiet. We slept well. They con improved by better English in front desk for emergency situations but they understand fire and smoke and plug. Just not zapped electrical socket and electrical outlets. Someone did come up to the room to check and that was helpful so the next person don’t get hurt.

We visited Manhattan KS for a wedding. We chose a king room with a couch that pulled out to a bed. It was perfect for a quick trip with my husband and 2 kids, 13 & 9. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt like it was a safe area. It is close to Walmart and several restaurants. Would stay here again.
