Upon our arrival on Saturday at 2:30 PM, neither of the two room key cards was functioning. A technician was supposed to intervene within 5 minutes… but never came despite our repeated follow-ups on Saturday afternoon, in the evening, and again on Sunday morning.

The most incomprehensible part is the total lack of follow-up: no one is actually taking ownership of the problem, and it is consistently up to us to chase for updates. Throughout the entire stay, we have been dependent on reception to open our room, repeatedly waiting in front of the door. It has been impossible to move around freely or to properly enjoy the hotel’s facilities.

For an establishment of this standing, this is unacceptable.

The commercial gesture offered (parking OR breakfast) is highly insufficient, especially as we were told this was because we booked via Hotels.com with a discount. A promotion in no way justifies degraded service.

Our weekend has clearly been impacted. We expected a much higher level of service.

It’s quirky, it’s fun, it’s always spotlessly clean, it has a fantastic breakfast, and it’s in a great location.

Far enough to be away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to be easily walkable for drinks and dinner, the hotel is in a perfect location.

In twenty minutes you can walk to Leopold district and be in the EU area with thirty minutes. The botanical gardens are just next door, so you can take your morning coffee there and enjoy some fresh air.

The metro is close by, and there is a Carrefour convenience store opposite that sells nearly everything you might need.

Don’t miss the waffle station, or the secret room with the sweets and selfie chair!

The rooms are a great size and the bed and linen are high quality. Most importantly, the shower is powerful and the water always hot! I love the coffee machine in the room - and I had a handwritten welcome note from Cristina to welcome me.

Don’t change your towels and you get a free drink in the bar! Just don’t forget to leave there’s on your door by midnight!

Brussels Bloom is like being on the film set of Alice in Wonderland, and is my go-to location to stay in the city.

If you want a break from the corporate sterility of the hotels in the city, but still enjoy exceptional service, then this is the hotel for you.

Conveniently-located hotel (less than 20 minutes' walk to downtown Brussels and the Christmas markets) with a hipster-artsy theme. Overall very maintained and with a unique aesthetic. Excellent views of the Brussels skyline in some rooms (we were on the 7th floor).

The hotel was so lovely. We couldn’t fault it, we had a brilliant stay. The staff were amazing - particularly those in the restaurant who took great care of us and our young daughter. We ate there every night and really enjoyed it.
While the hotel was perfect - unfortunately the area it is in, was not. We felt very unsafe at times - throughout the day, not just at night. We saw people taking drugs, urinating (and worse) right beside the hotel. This is not the hotel’s fault, and they can’t change their location, but we wouldn’t stay again due to the area.

I had a lovely experience at nhow in Brussels.
I loved first and foremost how accommodating and attentive they were to me. I really liked the virtual stay assistance. In today’s world where technology is truly taking over a lot of things, it’s great to see an innovative way of communicating with staff. When I first made a request for bathrobes and slippers, I was truly not expecting anyone to see it and was giving time before I would go down there. To my surprise someone appeared at the door with everything I requested in a quick manner. Like I said, a very nice feature with more options than a usual in suite room.
I loved how colorful the room was. Room 607 I believe. I eventually found out that each floor was a different vibe, but the floor we were on was just perfect for our personality. I liked how it was a queen sized bed but made of Individual twins and had separate bedding. I especially loved the robes and the towels. The robes were amazingggg! One food for thought, it would have been lovely if you all had a section on the virtual stay page where I could purchase the bathrobe because I really wanted one of my own. It was so colorful and vivacious. Even the bath towels were great! They were a decent size and of great absorbency. But that robe was lovely. I think I even fell asleep in it one night.

The heater I received could have been better because as I was cold I felt like I could only feel the heat if I was standing right near it. The environmental door tag was a

Not too far from downtown as walling distance however if you really wanted to stay up late to enjoy nightlife it's better to stay right in downtown. Very roomy as family room we stayed as standard of Europeans. Staff are friendly and helpful. House keepers need to be aware the rules of the house service to customers.

I would say it was a short 20 mins to walk to Grand Place and the Central station which was nice but if you centured near the noeth station it wasnt safe and perhaps staff should notify guests of that. Othetwise the complaints are so minor.

We stayed in room 808, it had a movable partition between the bedroom and a small living area so our child could go to bed and we could stay up and enjoy a nice beer. There is an espresso machine and fridge in the room which is good for a short stay. Was reasonably quiet with very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay in this quirky stylish hotel again as it's a 20 minutes walk into the city centre and across the road from an underground station so very easy to get to the main tourist attractions. The bag drop was really useful for the period surrounding th check in/out period.
Only negatives was that breakfast was very expensive (so we skipped this and bought from the supermarket across the road) and there is an eye sore building you walk past to the underground.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time while it was raining, and requested early check-in. As a Gold member through Expedia, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not recognize Expedia status, even though a room was available. I ended up waiting nearly five hours before they finally allowed me to check in after I asked again.

Unfortunately, the staff were quite unfriendly throughout the experience, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Because of this, I won’t be returning on my next visit.

While the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a unique, artsy theme, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night.

Nhow hotel 100 of 10. It's a beutiful, clean and unique place for stay. My family and I enjoyed 3 nights. The view of our room was beautiful with the botanic garden. Awesome view. The gym had a complete machines for workout. The breakfast was good. It was a complete buffet and the decoration of the restaurant fun and pretty. The staff was kindly, including the personnel of the restaurant.This place is a few steps of the train station. I would like to return to Brussels and stay at this hotel again.

A good 20 mins walk to grand palace etc but Good access to Brussel Nord station about 10 minute walk (although this is via a red light area) for day trips and a metro right opposite the hotel. Remember you are in a big city so it can be noisy at night with siren's etc

Quirky hotel close to city centre

I was there for a conference so convenient to stay there. Comfortable rooms with unusual design features. Just stays quirky rather than kitsch.
The red light in the bathroom (pretending to be a darkroom) is amusing and useful at night to avoid fully waking up or disturbing any other sleeping occupants. Helpful staff.
I did not eat in the restaurant but the conference catering was good.
Not cheap but reasonable for a city centre hotel.
Next to the Botanical Gardens and short safe walk to the tourist areas. The other direction looked a bit rough but no problems walking in daylight.

I stayed at nhow Brussels Bloom for four days and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the AC worked well which was much appreciated as it was 80 degrees while we were in Brussels. Some toiletries and coffee are provided in room as well. The TV was a very nice size and had a few channels in English. We did not eat at the hotel as we had early tours planned for the time we were in Brussels. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very modern and clean and is based in a vibrant area with lots of transport options. The staff is really helpful and responsive. I liked my room which was clean and tidy and I had everything I needed.

Only two negative instances are the shower drain was blocked ( I am sure they would’ve quickly fixed it if I told them but I was in a rush to go out) and the hotel inside was noisy with neighbours slamming the doors, some noise coming from above floors made it hard to sleep. Otherwise I was happy.

Stayed here with my 12-year-old. I loved this hotel, it's probably the best place I've ever stayed. I loved the art theme. Entering the room for the first time felt like walking into another world. The facilities were all great. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we did order room service one night, which arrived promptly and was delicious. The location is really convenient for the main sites and tram links, we walked most days but the day we did get a tram there were stops very close to the hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. No complaints, I would 100% stay here again.

Fun hotel in a good location

Good: Newer, clean hotel, good location, expensive but convenient parking on the 2nd night when we returned late and couldn’t find street parking. The bartender was especially nice & made us hot cocoa and a Shirley temple drink that was very tasty. There were free croissants, fruit and juice at checkout.
Bad: The bed was too hard, and it took nearly10 min for the shower to get warm enough. The front desk offered to send a technician when I asked why the water was not warm, but after 30 min of him not arriving, I told them to cancel the tech because we were going out. Sadly, the next morning our shower was barely warm again, so we suffered through another uncomfortable shower.
Hard bed and an unexpectedly cold shower were the only negatives.

I was travelling with a friend, and I booked a room with two separate beds, but we got a room with a double bed and only one duvet. I understand that the hotel does not guarantee the room you choose, but if a guest books separate beds, they probably don’t want to sleep under the same blanket.
If the room request is not feasible, could two separate blankets be premade for the bed? That would be a good service.

Bed was really comfortable. Room was a bit cold even with air con at fullest. Floor looked not very clean although believe this was the style being a distressed style. Check in was 3pm although we arrived at around 12 noon. Were told our room was ready but could access with a charge of 59. Euro. Disappointed at this. Think if room is ready it is goodwill to allow access instead of seeing it as a money making effort.

This hotel was located just outside of the popular tourist areas but was walking distance from the Brussels Nord train station. Its definitely a vibe of fun and art. I ate at the hotel for dinner and had the best service from the staff, so friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to several grocery stores and pharmacies. The park was close by. Breakfast is prohibitively expensive and if you venture towards the north station from the hotel (don't) you'll find yourself in a very sketchy area, but overall I really liked the hotel and would recommend it as a place to stay in Brussels.

Funky hotel, but that’s it. We booked the junior suite and although the room is gigantic, there are only two plugs in the whole room - one near the bed and the other in a wall close to the window.
There’s no full size mirror in the room. Bathroom is so dark, it’s difficult to see and put on makeup. Even though the bathroom is also big, there’s no space for your toiletries.

The hotel has a bit unusual cleaning policy: you give up on it for a day and get a drink voucher. However, there is a twist - on my last full day no cleaning was done but no voucher was given. Definitely a small thing but could make difference.

Great hotel

Close to metro direct to Eurostar. 20 min walk to old town. Hotel fun, loved the free drinks if u skip a room clean. Food in restaurant was amazing.

A lovely hotel

Loved the hotel.
Large room, comfy bed, fluffy towels. Great skyline view from the 8th floor

Negatives: only tiny paper cups in the room, not ideal for tea. If your room is facing the same way at the hotel entrance then you will hear lots of noise from the street, especially the trams.
