Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre which was more suitable for our needs after we contacted them.

Older building near transit and several food options which was very convenient. Odd having a bathroom with glass doors - seriously see though glass next to the bed
Furniture was old, kitchen unit only had 1 pot and the single knife wasn’t sharp enough to cut bread
Also disliked that someone entered our y it twice
The first time right after we arrived and were changing the door opened and when we called out they immediately closed the door
Second time we were out but noticed someone had come in - made us feel somewhat unsafe
Area is loud due to excessive number of sirens from emergency vehicles

good stay but...

no tv channels in spanish. all the special requests must be done by telephone call not in spanish, then be sure to speak english or french, there is not a wassap channel to communicate easily, the room is nice, but the furnitures are not in an excellent conditions, anyway bed and shower very confortable.

Very disappointing.
The photos posted of a light bright apartment do not reflect the reality. The room had black floors and curtains and the seating area dark brown, damaged and torn sofas. Awfully dark and depressing.
TV remote controls were not working, I tried to tell staff on the red phone who just continued to say “I can’t hear you, this is the emergency phone, use your mobile phone to contact us”
My two nights stay was two nights too many, an awful experience, I was pleased to leave.
Chipped glassware and cups without handles in the kitchen.
The Nespresso coffee machine was good to use but if housekeeping doesn’t come daily there should be enough coffee pods left for the guest’s stay.

The studio was comfortable with great window and view. The bathroom needs some repair, more commodity to hang cloths or other. The bed is xl king and wonderful!!!
We felt very comfortable except by the fact that we should be adviced Someone was going to get on the suite when we were out.
The area is good and well connected with any place, Nice restaurants and supermarket very closed to the appartment!!!
Recomendation. Provide a cel phone number (24 hours) for emergen y and for some people who need help with checkin !!!

Was good the only thing is about the self checking in is kinda weird and when you call o e guy is rude. I was asking for a second card key and was a lot of trouble to get it. I dont need to beg for a secondary card key because we were 2 people he says is only one ( the pro lem with the key is ghat if you get out and remkve the key from the room everything turned off including ac and electricity) i want to go out and my husband want to stay and he say well idk how you are going to do..... that is really awkward. He give me a key at the end of the day but that was really unnecessary. The rest of the hotel is ok. I thing they can change it or at least how to handle situations

Dont go for property no sevice

People come to enjoy there holliday and they want to get rid off daily routine but this aparthotel make u work coz no reception, no housekeeping, no service only connectivity to other area is good coz of locat but i highly disappointed about no service at all. Size of apartment is very good but floor looks very old and dirty all the time so i would not recommend this hotel

It is a contactless service therefore communication is done virtually. The apartment decor is dark, the flooring is not level, the internet is very poor, and the layout of the apartment does not serve for privacy whilst using the bathroom. It did not quite meet my expectations but was okay for a one-night stay.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four, travelling with one teenage and one 9 year old boy. We stayed in the B Luxurious suite with two bedrooms and a living room for 3 nights. It was incredibly spacious and the layout of the suite was perfect for us as the kids were in a room on one end and, my husband and I in a room on the other end. We had separate bathrooms as well.

We also used the communal laundry but you need to either buy the laundry washing tablet for €3 each or bring your own.

We also used the small gym facility for our workouts.

The only things to take note is that there is no reception nor staff members around to help, especially on weekends. When we arrived, we were only given one keycard when I had requested and they had confirmed to give us 2 (which is actually needed because the rooms needed 2 keycards to activate electricity in the room). I had paid €3 for the laundry washing tablet which I had to chase again when I arrived by calling them. In general, it wasn’t a bad experience at all but you will need to set the expectation that there help isn’t readily available at reception because it is a self-services Aparthotel. If you have that expectation in mind, then the stay will be a great one! We enjoyed it and recommend it.

The good:
- All you need to live comfortably.
- Perfect location.
- Very good value/money

The not perfect:
- A fresh coat of paint would make it absolutely perfect.
- If you like open windows, forget it. Too close to very busy street, even at night.

Bewaar of Expedia using wrong photos of the rooms at booking. The room I booked because of photos wasn’t the room I got!!! Expedia had me on hold for two hours on phone call and still didn’t answer. Luckily the great staff at B-Aparhotel were able to help me and fix the problem. I’ll book directly with them next time. And save money doing so. Beware of false photos on the website.

Won’t rush back

Wouldn’t rush back in a hurry to be honest.
Check in was a joke to say the least. Stranded outside at 11:30pm with no way in. The hotel didn’t provide me with an email stating passwords I needed to get into the building. Luckily another hotel guest was going in, so we got into the building. But then faced with no reception, so bad to call an out of hours number to obtain access to a safe to finally get our key.
The room was nice, but during the night we got woken up with a loud bang and the clothes rail had fallen down and we then noticed it was held up by cello tape!!
The receptionist on Monday was rude when I was trying to explain that I needed a password for the front door to get access in and out. He huffed and puffed and it seemed like he couldn’t be bothered.
Upon returning home, I noticed an unusual charge on my account. The hotel charged me twice for my stay!! I have since then, contacted the hotel and I have had no response. The amount taken is a lot and unnecessary hassle before Christmas’

Great hotel in a great location!

Family stay over the weekend with teenage girls. They gave us two adjoining rooms, which made for one big apartment. Everything was in great shape and the rooms were super. Comfy beds, nice amenities. There was a huge public march that day, which shut down many roads and made the hotel rep late, causing some delay in check-in. She was very professional and friendly, even in the face of jerky customers who had no patience. Kudos to her for handling a tough situation professionally. The only negative we had with the hotel is that they should include the parking instructions in the welcome email - due to the location and the bus/bike lanes, it's really hard to figure out where to park while sitting in heavy traffic. We ended up parking blocks away and walking - not worth moving it to pay the same fees. Would stay there again though!

There is a need for more towels if there is a limited number of service visits. You should replenish the coffee and empty garbage pails daily. It is a hotel as well as an apartment. Emailing is a delay of communication. Maybe something more efficient.

It was a good experience overall. The room was fairly clean, apart from the trash can under the sink which was full when we arrived. The 2pm is not ideal for those who are coming from the airport tired and need a place to crash. The location is very central in 3 min away from Madou subway station.

The hotel was nice and the room was a good size with a huge bed. The bathroom door is made of glass, which could be uncomfortable if you are sharing with someone you don't know very well! One of the downsides for me was that the reception is unmanned over the weekend, so you have to email them your credit card details to pay the city tax. The main sites are approx 15 mins away by foot and Madou station is on the doorstep, which has a direct metro to the Eurostar

The check in was smooth and the staff member was friendly, that was where the good experience ended unfortunately. I had extremely poor internet in my room, the connection was so weak it couldn’t load basic webpages. My bathroom floor was extremely slippery and I had a terrible fall injuring my elbow and shoulder. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, lumpy and uneven.

Some scratches on the flooring and table which were obvious due to room being all white. Room wasn’t cleaned. Other than that the room was very big and spacious. The apartments are excellent!! Very clean, everything you need (kitchen, iron, hairdryer, tv, DVD player, shampoo, shower gel etc). It is also situated in an excellent part of Brussels. 10 minute walk to the Catherdral & only another 3-4 mins to Grand Place. So no noise late at night but safe to walk about. Check in is easy & convenient. Parking if you have a car is safe & secure. Overall this is brilliant for the price especially.

The apartment was not as nice as expected. As it’s all white, it really shows the wear and tear on the space.

The floors were heavily marked as was the sofa with lots of stains.

The bed was large but very low and not comfortable - it was broken at one side which meant you slipped down.

The coffee machine didn’t work properly and when putting the the coffee capsules, it still out put out hot water.

Having no on sight host wasn’t ideal.

The shower was good.

Self check in and check out works well except that if you arrive on the weekend there is nobody to hold your bags before and after the check in or check out. We got there early and were stuck with our backpacks until the check in time. Same thing for checking out. We had to rush back to the hotel to get the bags out of the room by 11. Not very convenient. The WiFi barely worked. I followed the WiFi network and password instructions and kept getting the error message “unable to join network.” The one time I was able to join (after a million tries), it was extremely slow. The WiFi worked a little bit better outside the rooms, near the elevator, but the strong scent of incenses or smelly cleaning products it was just intoxicating. Don’t come to this place if you are sensitive to strong smells or need consistent internet connection.

The citing of the hotel is convenient

The room was not cleaned for the three nights that I stayed. Beds were not made or sheets changed, so I had no choice but to sleep on the same sheets until I left; used face and bath towels were not collected and replaced. I had to buy my own tea bags.
On the evening that I came I had difficulty understanding the system of opening the main door and the room doors. They were explained but I could not remember. That's my fault. The lady concierge I spoke with on the phone was very understanding and helpful. I felt guilty for phoning her twice, although she did not mind. I have never had to do this before because there have always been concierges on site. When I entered the room the toilet was blocked with faeces. It was disgusting. I felt sick but because it was late and I do not like complaining and also because I had already disturbed the lady twice, I closed the toilet lid and put up with it until the morning and then I reported it to the lady concierge. She immediately got two cleaning ladies to come and deal with it which I found they had done when I returned in the evening.
I paid good money for the services but did not receive them.
Regarding taxes, on the form Expedia said ALL taxes are included, yet I was not told that I would have to pay approx. £12 for Citytax and at the airport an extra £70 extra for luggage.
This has been my experience. Sorry.

Terrible check in, uncomfy bed, but clean

My stay was great except for the whole check in issue. We couldn’t even get through the main door to and once we did the bag drop code couldn’t be gotten because they didn’t pick up their phone. We wasted an hour messing around with that only to have to uber back to our old hotel where they held our bags. The room was nice, bed was not comfy and sheets were rough as can be. The bathroom was good but if you were with someone you weren’t close with it would be a problem because the door is see through. Clean place overall. Location was okay

We stayed in a studio apartment but it was very spacious. We were 2 adults with a kid and could comfortably sleep on the king size bed. The apartment was clean and had very good quality toiletries, with sufficient kitchen equipments. Location is quite accessible from metro and bus stations while Brussels central station is 15 min walk. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this apartment

Good space and near enough everything you'd want to do in Brussels. Close to metro station which made getting to and from the airport pretty easy. We actually reserved a two bedroom apartment, which was essentially and studio and one bedroom apartment with an adjoining door. Only problem was the adjoining door was never opened despite contact the management company. They insisted that it was open, however upon arrival I immediately went back to reception to find someone to open it and the staff was already gone. I emailed them twice throughout our stay as there is not staff onsite 24/7, but did not hear back from them until after departure. The space in the rooms was more than adequate. There was an express grocery across the street and the main sights were a 10-15 minute walk. I never felt unsafe and the building did have secure access. Its quite near embassies and EU buildings.

Amazing room with a farely good location

We had a very nice stay here! A spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped apartment. The area was fine too, a bit less busier than the center but it was a 10-15 minute walk away from all the restaurants, shops etc. in the center. All in all we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with a kitchen. Conveniently located to shops and dining. There isn't a front desk person. There is only a phone number to call if you have any issues. We arrived in the morning and were not able to check in early but were able to call for the access code to the luggage closet to store our things while we went exploring (there are only 4 luggage closets available). Overall we enjoyed our experience.

Perfect & spacious

Exactly as the photos show, spacious and clean apartment. Beautiful decor, especially the bathroom, however as other reviews state it is a glass door to the bathroom which can be a little inconvenient. The apartment checking in process was fast and efficient with friendly staff, had no issues throughout our stay. Only a 10-15 minute pleasant walk to the centre of Brussels. It had everything we could need for our stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is clean and designed in modern fashion. The bathroom is especially beautiful (providing a both shower cabin and a tub) and the bed is king size and comfortable. The TV set is also suprisingly big with a fine selection of programs in English, French, German, Italian and Arab. The check-in/out procedure is the simplest possible, without unnecessary paperwork. Dirty rooms and no staff for the bank holidays!

On initial thoughts the hotel seemed to be very modern however on entering our room we found a very dirty chair covered in stains, marks all over the walls, curtains and furniture as if the room had been trashed at some point and never really repaired/replaced. The bedding and bathroom were reasonably clean and had these not have been my wife and I would have left immediately. To top it all off was a paper sign in the elevator saying that no staff were in over the bank holiday weekend and no cleaning would be done. This to me seems outrageous being that hotels are in the service industry and should surely have a hotel maid or point of contact over the bank holiday weekend. Very disappointed!

The access was complicated and the fact that rates were not.all in the bill and that there were unexpected issues complicated things. However having laundry and gym facilities were a bonus. So overall happy.

3 issues

3 issues: 1. I was given the wrong code, after struggling with the lock box, I called the emergency number and was given the correct code - very frustrating. 2. Odor in the room. I identified it as coming from the shower. I think it was built without a P trap. The odor was gone after showering but came back. 3. Dirty floor. I dropped some food on the floor and wiped it with some tissue. The tissue was a dirty grey after wiping.

Modern comfort in Brussels

Stay was comfortable. The apartment is clean and spacious and very well-equipped. There are buses and the subway closeby. However, there are limited options for food or snacks in the area after 10pm.

Good bang for the buck...

The patriots was a 15 to 20 minute quick walk to the heart of brussels. Amenities were fine. Room in decent condition, maybe a little dated! Surrounding area was nothing special...but easy to get to the amazing brussels downtown area! Seemed like a safe neighborhood, but we are not exactly the type of people to be harassed in any way! Nice shower...nice bed...one bedroom apartment had a sliding door to the bedroom. But...bathroom was in the bedroom area so if a guest needed to use the bathroom they would have had to slide the door and enter the bedroom. Again...nothing bad here. Just a simple And important note! Check in was really simple. They send you a lock code to get into the building...and a lock code to get your keys from the lock box once inside. Really simple! All good with us! Good price and good value all in all! Thumbs up!

Great for business stay

The hotel is close to the EU quarter and directly near the metro station, so was great for my business trip. The view from the apartment was also enjoyable. Very spacious, has all amenities. Especially liked the Rituals bathroom amenities. The breakfast offered at the restaurant downstairs did not look appealing, but you can certainly buy food from the Carrefour across the road and make your own breakfast (for much cheaper) in the apartment. Also, there was a mess up with the luggage storage lockers on the day of my departure, which was really uncomfortable, but luckily there was a staff who helped me out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will return here next time I am in Brussels.

Worth if you get a very good price.

Very nice aparhotel, but the heating wasn’t working properly, even after one staff went in to try to fix it. Also be aware if you stay at weekends you probably will run out of toilet paper as they only provided one. Also only 2 towels provided for the whole weekend (no staff around at weekends)

Brussels trip

We only stayed in this hotel during the night to catch up with rest and sleep as out in different cities throughout the trip.

Room was spacious and rain shower was excellent. Downside are towels, beddings have not changed during the weekend and compliment coffee/tea were not replaced as no housekeeping during the weekend.

Location is excellent as metro was just round the corner and there was a corner shop.
