If you're looking to splash out on a nice hotel, I would suggest looking at other places at this price point. Yes, it is decorated beautifully. However, it felt like corners were cut in other places that made it feel less than luxurious,

We requested \"light\" housekeeping; we didn't expect fresh sheets, but we thought it would include making the bed. It didn't, which was pretty disappointing to come back to and wish that was properly explained to us. I'm all for making more sustainable choices but I'd be curious to know how spending 5 - 10 min max making a bed is an environmental choice.

Someone had been in our room and taken the bins out. We had left one of our room keys in the room, which was taken when we returned. Thank god nothing happened, but it made us feel really uneasy not knowing who had taken it and if they'd be back while we were there.

You pick a hotel like this to enjoy the space. However, the TV only has a couple of channels in English which are mostly news and no option to log in to your own Netflix or cast from your phone. This feels like a basic essential for any modern hotel.

There isn't a minibar you can pay for in the room. Room service shuts at 10pm, although they actually stop you from ordering well before that. When we did go down to the bar to take drinks back up, we stood there with no acknowledgement for at least 10 minutes.

Finally, the location isn't ideal. You think trendy hotel, you expect trendy neighbourhood. Quite the opposite.

Mini bar has 2 waters that they didn’t refill. Good luck if you forget toothpaste and theirs is a bar of soap that you have to grind down. TV’s have 3 channels and you cannot stream onto it from a Smart device (it was opened in 2023) even though they have TV’s with said compatibility. If gymming is what you’re after… hope you like running outside as their running and cycling machines don’t work and if there’s more than one person in the with you then good luck in the wrestling match over the 1 single bench you may use.

Quick check in, polite Staff & we appreciated the midday check out time. The Coffee bar is also a nice touch and the coffee is great!

Unfortunately, the fact the air con resets automatically to eco mode even when repeatedly turned down, means the Hotel loses a star. We stayed on the 17th Floor - heat rises, so our room was far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We asked at Reception how to fix this and followed their instructions but the air con still reset every time we manually turned it down. I appreciate that the Hotel is conscious about being as eco friendly as possible but the air con should never be locked at a certain temperature - this isn’t fair for your guests. Also, there were no face cloths provided in the bathroom… something we have never come across before in any other Hotel and this is an inconvenience.

The room was beautifully designed but I am afraid it felt a bit style over substance: there was nowhere to hang your coat or put your bag and extras were sparse - I would have expected a fluffy bathrobe for the price.
Breakfast was ok-ish on both days with both the poached egg and the scrambled eggs clearly pre-cooked as one was cold and the other room temperature.
Overall, disappointing given the room cost and not good value for money.

Amazing view of Brussels City from the 18th floor.
Everyone was very warm and helpful who worked at the hotel.
The breakfast room service wasn’t very nice but aside from that it was a really great stay.
A request would be it would be extra lovely if they provided robes and slippers in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton with our friends while visiting! The rooms were extremely spacious, and the entire hotel has such a beautiful charm. We were on the top floor and the views were fantastic. The location was great, and the staff were absolutely incredible throughout our stay. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar for great food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beautiful in North Bruxelles! The hotel is excellent - amazing room, very comfortable, friendly and very welcoming staff, not to mention very helpful in terms of providing suggestions on what to do in town.
It also has a nice rooftop restaurant \"Tope\", which was equally as amazing.

Only drawback (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is the surrounding area, which can feel rather unsafe to walk around (especially at night), and especially the North Brussels station (which is the closest station to the hotel). Otherwise, the hotel is 10/10.

The room was very comfortable but I struggled to sleep due to constant sirens all night. Hard to do much about that but worth noting if you're a light sleeper like me. I'd thought the area was okay but when going to Nord station early in the morning for work meetings, it was very dirty and I didn't feel particularly safe as a young woman on my own. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast 'bag' could have been explained to me so I knew I could have a cheap breakfast to take on the go. I also paid a steep price per night and the costs of food, coffee etc was quite high at The Hoxton. If that's not a problem for you, it's a trendy and comfortable hotel with hip amenities and helpful staff.

Great few nights in Brussels

Overall a really nice stay with the rooftop bar and restaurant below. The tastiest tacos I have had in a long while and delicious cocktails and breakfast. The one downside is the hotel is not closer to the city centre. It's about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place.

Loved it!

I loved my stay at The Hoxton. The hotels decor and the quirkiness was really nice. It is a little further outside of the city, it will take you 20 mins to walk into the centre but the walk was easy and if your in a hurry you could scooter back which only took less than 10 mins.

The team at The Hoxton were always so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be staying here again and at another Hoxton in the world.

I've stated at The Hoxton before and love it. The vibe when you enter is super chill and makes you feel like you've stepped into a chic hotel in the 1970s. The rooftop bar is great as is the restaurant on the firat floor. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower is weak...not ideal, but not a deal breaker.

Our sincere thanks go to Isabella and the entire reception team, as well as Dimitris, who cultivated an atmosphere that felt just like our own living room. For anyone seeking a classic bohemian vibe infused with international charm, this is the ideal destination in Brussels. We will certainly return, as the terrace and rooftop provide fantastic options for a tranquil and enjoyable experience with family and friends. I also hope they consider adding a spa or similar amenity, as it would greatly enhance the experience. I could have easily spent my entire time at the Hoxton, soaking in the wonderful vibes!

The Hoxton is next to the Botanic Gardens, with a 20 minute walk into central Brussels and the tourist areas. Just scored down slightly for the lack of storage space for a stay of a few nights, but the roomy rooms are roomy! If the weather is good, make sure you book the roof terrace bar a few days in advance.

The area around the property is not the best, no easy access via car, a bit dirty, and the service was slow and confused, additionally, never before I was asked at check in whether I wanted my room cleaned. No toiletries other than soap and shampoo. Otherwise nice building and nice looking rooms, nice rooftop. Style over substance.

I always try in Hoxton hotels, cause they're always beautifully styled and the service is great. The Hoxton Brussels was just as we expected, and probably the best priced Hoxton we'd been too. We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were wonderful and the rooms have the best views. Highly recommend.

We Loved This Gem Of A Hotel in Brussels.

Wonderful welcome by the reception team. We had a corner room on the 14th floor which had large windows with magnificent views over the city.

We had lunch at a private function in the top floor restaurant. Again, excellent views and great service.

We loved this hotel and will use again.

If you don’t mind paying for a taxi or an uber do that to get there. It’s not easy to get to with luggage etc google maps will take you though a park you can’t get through. Also the WiFi in the rooms isn’t great. You can’t find where you are when planning using google maps as far as your location. The WiFi in the lobby and restaurants is better.
That being said the hotel is amazing. Beautifully designed. Great food and super friendly staff. Just a bit challenging to and from so if you want chill days in a hotel this is the place.

The hoxton has a unique aesthetic that I really applaud. From the details of the door knob design to the colors of the walls and tires, I loved the attention to detail with the interior. There are two dining options that unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to try. Every time I went to the roof top to eat food the kitchen was closed and the serving staff was not responsive to me. At any rate, I would definitely go back to the Hoxton just for the architectural design alone.

The Hoxton Brussels was truly amazing. From when we arrived, the staff were super friendly. We arrived a few hours early hoping to leave our luggage & turned out our room was ready for check-in!

Reception staff (tall man with the glasses & brown hair) kindly gave us 5 recommendations for brunch! Which one of them was delicious (Chicago).

The room was clean & beautiful! Amenities stocked up! Though no slippers/robe/bathroom bits but I think available on request.
Food and drinks at the hotel were nice too, a great space to eat, chat, chill and/or work!

Location is right by a major and minor station but still quiet. Right next to a small-ish park though some questionable looking people seemed to hang about the park. Felt safe nonetheless.
Also not far from the centre & sites! About 15-20mins walk to get into the centre part of Brussels.

Generally really loved my stay here, would recommend & would come back!

This modern hotel has everything you need for a great stay. It features two restaurants, one Peruvian and one Mexican, both with a varied menu. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped.
One important thing to note, especially for first-time visitors like us, is that the hotel is located on the northern edge of the city, which, according to the taxi drivers we spoke to and even some hotel staff, is not considered a very safe area and caution is advised. If I were to return to Brussels, I might choose to stay somewhere more central, perhaps near the Grand Place. That said, it’s still possible to walk comfortably from the hotel to the city center.
The hotel itself is modern and excellent, with top-notch service. However, at times, when we were outside the hotel, we felt a bit uneasy due to local comments about the neighborhood. This is something to keep in mind, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the city and those traveling with children like us.
Aside from that, everything was perfect — I repeat, it’s an excellent option.

The lobby, cafe and dining areas are really nice, hip and trendy. The staff are helpful and pleasant. It's a lovely hotel, but the surrounding areas are terrible. The area approaching the train station has a lot of unsavoury characters hanging around and an overwhelming stench of urine along the street.There was a shooting one of the evenings I returned from a day in Bruges, meaning I had to take a detour to exit the station. The graffiti and general cleanliness of the surrounding areas is terrible. It's a bit of a walk in to town, I had no problems with this but wouldn't be suitable for someone perhaps less fit. It's a shame because it's a lovely hotel, the location is just not ideal.

The hotel boasts impeccable aesthetics—stylish and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was exactly as pictured: cozy, comfortable, and the bathroom was a standout, featuring an epic shower for a hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Tope, was a highlight—both the food and the service were fantastic.

However, the main restaurant, bar, and café located on the ground floor were a letdown—overpriced and fairly average. On the bright side, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is great—an easy walk to Brussels’ main tourist spots and right next to a beautiful botanical garden, which was perfect for slower-paced mornings.

This was my first stay with The Hoxton, and I’m genuinely impressed. The design and comfort of the rooms alone have made me a fan of the brand.

The hotel itself has great vibes, great menus, great cocktails, very comfortable and modern rooms, and the staff could not be more helpful! If you are familiar with the Hoxton brand, everything in this hotel fits right in. This property would be perfect if it wasn't for the area around the location. There are multiple exits from the Metro (Botanique). In theory, you should walk through the park, but it is not signposted at all, and the park can be confusing. The path and steps are steep in places, so it's not convenient if you're carrying luggage. The park also closes at night. If you walk around the park it can be sketchy, especially at night.
