To me, the location cannot be beat for this hotel. It was so easily accessible from Brussels Centraal — if the comic museum entrance next door is open, it’s literally a one minute walk. It was right in a town Square with great food options, a lively crowd, and a phenomenal view. The rooms themselves weren’t anything spectacular, but if you just need a place to sleep in a fantastic location, this is more than sufficient. Would absolutely stay here again.

We are a family of four, we arrived Brussels in early morning after a 12 hours flight from Hong Kong Kong , the gentleman who checked us in on the Christmas Day did make a big difference to our experience and stay In Brussels, his warm hospitality indeed touched our family, truly appreciate it.

Excellent location, great size room, we had 2 TVs! The receptionist are very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady made sure we had everything we needed. In general it was a lovely stay.

Hotel nice and in good location, although it can be noisy outside as there is a square with plenty restaurants, it didnt affect my sleep. I had room overlooking the square which was nice atmosphere without being amongst it (especially as a solo traveller)

En el centro y cerca a ala estacion central.

Tuvimos problemas con la habitacion el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y habia un olor no agradable en la habitacion. Carolina nos atendio muy amablemente y nos dio solucion al problema. Desayuno muy bueno con mychas opciones. Puedes ingresar a picos pasos a la estacion de trenes. Volveriamos a este hotel.

The room was great with the exception that we turned on the air conditioner and came back to our room to a puddle of water in the bathroom dripping g from the ceiling. Called the front desk and they brought towels! Told me I had to turn the air off and that was all they could do. No new room no break on the cost of the room nothing! I booked the room because I could get air conditioning! Over paid for the room to have this happen

Hotel en pleno centro, al lado de estación de tren, frente a plaza donde comienza área peatonal de tiendas y restaurantes, aunque esta en pleno espacio turístico, no hubo ruidos molestos al dormir. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con baño con bañadera y ducha y vestidor. Éramos 3 y estábamos muy cómodas. Pudimos dejar el equipaje sin problemas. Volvería sin dudas.

The hotel is a bit dated, it could be a bit more decorated...nothing on the walls. Extreme minimalistic... Coffee machine and water in the room - a positive.
The staff was very helpful. Location is great, very central, tons of things to do around - can be noisy.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's within walkig distance of a lot of attractions and a great part of the city. Rooms itself are small but efficient and clean. Staff unfortunately acts like they don't want to work there.

The best part about this hotel is its location -- it's fantastic! Right in the middle of everything.
My room was a little chilly and I was not able to get it warmer. Perhaps they had turned off the heat for the summer.
But I would definitely book this place again.

Check-in and the entire stay were wonderful! We were asked if we wanted to keep the room we had booked or move to a room with a terrace and a view, and of course we chose the terrace. All four of us (kids included) loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening (live music!) and in the morning. We are a family of four on an extended vacation to several cities, and this is our favorite hotel so far. The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the espresso machine and the refrigerator, as well as the working AC (which has been rare on this trip). It is within a very short walking distance to Grand Place and lots of food and shopping options. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially families!

Location is excellent, extremely close to central station and main square. The only issue the AC in the suite we stayed didn’t work most of the time ( we stayed for 5 nights). That made it very inconvenient, felt very warm and stale.

Good location near central train station and Grand Place (tourist area) but very expensive for average hotel room. Not sure why it is 4 star. Breakfast is not very good and there are many places to eat just steps away. Often music and crowds right outside so can be a bit noisy if you like open window.

A/C would never cool to desired temp. Told staff and they brought 2 noisy fans to room. Staff never inquired the next day to see if A/C was working. Coffee maker didn't work. Never offered to bring a new one up to room when we informed them.

This property is very clean and the family room we rented was very spacious. We had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The hotel is very, very close to the train station which is very convenient, especially when we had a very early morning train to catch. I thought the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Beautiful location, extremely convenient! The view from our room was incredible! The four person option with the pullout bed was a little tight! The room space was amazing, but the bed option for the second bed was just a futon like caught. Luckily, my kids were so jetlagged. It didn’t matter. But probably not the best option for a long-term stay.

Service was ok until checkout when counter staff insisted that I had 2 mornings of breakfast (you can check the CCTV) and not 1.

After informing her of my itinerary where I had no chance of having breakfast except for once, she accepted it . However the charge for 2 breakfast x14.90 still went ahead. Please confirm the refund for euro 14.90.

Hotel is old, outdated and smelled like cleaning products. The towels had stains on them. The room was freezing cold and the heat was barely working (even after I complained to the front desk). Only redeeming qualities to the hotel were its location, room size and hot shower.

I stayed in the Novotel next door and it was much better (room is bit smaller though). Suggest skipping this one and stay in the Novotel since they’re in the same price range.

The property was in a prime location to arrive at the Brussels Centraal Station (5 min walk), the Grand Place (10 min) and to take in the city (15-30 min walk to almost everywhere).

The rooms are as pictured. There are restaurants and shops outside the hotel entrance.

The staff were friendly, accessible and took great care of their guests.

Salad at breakfast was old and vegetables looked perished
The hot water kettle had so much limescale (a customer opens the top to see if there was any water and we saw the inside. Not cool)
The room;
- the shower hose was leaky and needs to be fixed
- the smell of fresh paint on floor 3 and also at the reception was annoying
- the toilet paper role holder was broken (non existent ).
I like the location but wouldn’t stay there unless the hotel would shape up a little

Comfortable hotel right in the centre of Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Great for a weekend break. We had a suite for 3. Sofabed for 3rd traveller which was low down but ok.

The location is perfect. If you dont mind the crowd noise on a busy night, its in a perfect location. If youre a light sleeper, I would recommend one of the rooms towards the back of the hotel. Easy access to the train station. Its a 5 minute walk. Staff was super friendly. Both receptionists were amazing at helping out and recommendations. Great hotel and would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation I have would be for them to make a nice lounge area. It seemed like they are doing some remodeling so maybe thats in the works.

This hotel provided a lovely three day getaway with great amenities. My balcony room overlooked the square and had a great view. I enjoyed having the window open to see the activities outside, but when closed it was quiet enough for my room to be restful. The room and bathroom were immaculate and bed extremely comfortable. It was one of the few hotels I could find that had a bathtub as well. I enjoyed the selection of tea and coffees in the room and the included breakfast each morning was incredible in its vast choices and quality. On a return trip I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location, minutes from Centrale station and many of the major sights. Was safe daytime and evening and quiet overnight despite being in a busy area.

Room was comfortable and hotel was very quiet.

Had some problems on check-in and also check-out. Seems that the digital services were not well aligned with the hotel. All resolved but it caused some needless checks with Reception. Also at check-in was told I couldn’t use my existing points but have previously been told I may do so.

You can walk to everything from there!

2:30am - fountain across the hotel - my fiends and I found ourselves drinking beer and eating chips enjoying the night and people were so friendly!

We opted for a top floor suite and the views were AMAZING!!

If you are not sure about the staying here...just do it! You will love how safe the area is and all that is around you!
