Check in time was 3pm. One staff member told us our rooms would be ready by 3pm. When we returned at 3pm another member of staff said our room is not ready and could not give a time when it would be ready. He said it could be as late as 22:00pm. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as the staff member knew we were tired after travelling from London. Please investigate this incident because the inconsistent messaging from your staff and the Checked In time on my booking spoiled my experience at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights.Staff were accomodating.Our room was on the ground floor and it was during our first night we heard so much banging and we dont know where its from.It was annoying because we were so tired from our trip but we were so glad with the quick response from the staff named Christian.Immediately they moved us to the first floor.The hotel was very convenient to everything.It was very close to the train station,the Grand Place,food is just accross the street.And I would say close to everything you need.Would really recommend to friends who will plan to go Brussels.Overall it was a great experience.

The Ibis Brussels off Grand Place was in an ideal location for touring Brussels, just steps from the train station and the Grand Place, near beaucoup restaurants and shopping, it really had pretty much everything going for it! It was a very busy hotel, so obviously others felt the same way! Our room was clean and comfortable, we had a nice bathroom, and we were so pleased with our proximity to everything! We loved that we could pop down into the bar to play cards, have a quick drink, I could work on my podcast, have a quick cappuccino & pan au chocolat in the morning without having to go through the full breakfast rig-a-marole. We also adored the fabulous music that played in the elevator all the time - we called it the Disco Elevator and danced in there whenever no one else was riding with us! It was awesome! We really don't have enough good things to say about our experience - so if you are looking for a great home base in Brussels - stay here! I'm also going to cover this hotel in my podcast - A Lady Well-Travelled! Thank you for a great experience!

This hotel is really great! The staff was so friendly, they have a great system for storing bags before your rooms are ready/for check out. Safe, bustling area, about a 3-4 min walk to the Grand Place (gorgeous), great restaurants, chocolate,pubs & shopping around too! Our group absolutely loved the location & enjoyed being able to walk 3-10 min to delicious local cuisine & bars without paying for Ubers. The room has a blackout curtain that is absolutely wonderful at keeping out light & we wish all hotels had this feature, we could have slept till 10 am except the only “knock” I would give it is the rooms are in-fact not soundproof like they say. Besides being able to hear talking every now and again a lot of the doors around us (including ours) would abruptly slam shut & it is so so SO loud..doors slamming would wake us up at 7 am and seemed to consistently happen every >5 min so we couldn’t ever sleep in.

Overall the staff was incredibly kind & welcoming, atmosphere was great & we would stay here again despite the noise! The location, cleanliness, friendly staff & abundance of restaurant, shopping & bars make this place worth the stay!

Lovely location, right smack in center of local town if you want close to main attractions. Lovely rooms, well kept bathroom. Only downside is since it is fall, it looks like they are only centralized and so only heater air comes out. No option to change to air conditioner, it was warm for those coming from US who is not used to the climate inside the hotel. Windows can open, but since it is in the main street, it is kinda loud at night if we open it to get air in. Othere than that, we do recommend this place!

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a short walk to Grand Place and the subway station. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the single bed was quite noisy whenever I moved, which could be improved.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even better.

Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient. I would recommend it, though the bed noise issue should be addressed.

Great location. Was a little disappointed to find the single bed was a rollaway bed and not a full single as stated. I usually avoid rollaways and would’ve looked elsewhere had I know this. It certainly isn’t what is shown the photographs. We only had one bath towel each which was a bit threadbare. No hand towel. Rooms were clean. Staff were all friendly.

Amazing location, good hotel

The location of this hotel is AMAZING, completely worth it booking the hotel for. 3-minute walk from the Central Station, 4-minute walk of the Grand Place and right besides is the Galeries. However the rooms are not something to cry for, they’re ok, the cleaning is not great but for the price is pretty decent. If you’re willing to sacrifice comfort over location then definitely book this hotel.

Absolutely in the center of everything. Awesome hotel, great staff, didn’t eat breakfast since you had to pay but it looked good. Only disappointed about the cost of a breakfast. But otherwise clean spacious rooms literally close to everything fun to do!

The hotel was great, great location. The only suggestion that I have is to educate your staff on giving directions. There was a flyer on the desk offering tours so I signed up for one. The first employee that I asked for directions to get to the bus, stated she did not know. The next day I asking another employee that sent me in the opposite direction from where the buses were parked and the tour started. I had to walk approximately 30 minutes extra, just to find that the tour buses were actually parked approximately 2 blocks from the hotel. The tour was great, just educate your staff please.

The hotel is conveniently located at the hub of the centre.
If staying here, it is walking distance to main attractions, shopping, dining.
The entrance and staff are welcoming. It has a mix of old and new atmosphere.
We had a 1 queen/1 twin beds room. The room was spacious, bathroom remodeled. Because the room is L-shaped, the aircon did not cool the room equally. The air was blowing well to the twin bed but it did not reach the larger space where the queen bed was located. The curtain in the bathroom was moldy on the top (not easily seen) but I have keen eyes for cleanliness and hygiene. It would help it the conditions of windows/curtains/walls are regularly checked.
The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to have a small fridge.
Overall- we would consider staying at this hotel again and would recommend to others for its location.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It’s close to all the major attractions, the hop on and off bus stops and Brussels central. We were able to take the train from airport to the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful! Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures though and there are no water fountains to fill in a bottle. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
