Our independent hotel is located in the heart of Brussels' European Quarter, just 100 meters from the Schuman metro/train station. Awarded the Bike Friendly and EUQB labels in 2023, we welcome guests to the international atmosphere of the European Village, a friendly and secure area.
Our 133 bright and spacious rooms offer classic comfort and a warm, welcoming ambiance. Enjoy a buffet breakfast featuring Belgian products, including local and homemade specialties, served in our breakfast room overlooking a large garden.
We are conveniently located a 15-minute drive from the Grand Place and the historic city center. Standard rooms measure 32 square meters.

One of the largest hotel rooms you will find in Brussels. Great location. But as already said many times by others here, the rooms, furniture etc is desperate for a refurbishment. Considering lowering the price per night or please renovate in order to justify the high cost of staying here.

This old, 90th-style flat. Everything present from this time, significantly outdated. Stuff not very helpful. I reported that the TV and entrance hallway lights do not work. In 4 days, nobody will come to fix these. The Small fridge did not work at all, and another one, bigger, quickly freezes all your stuff. And no chance to adjust.

Apartment hotel. Close to EU office and at a better price than others nearby. If you’re only looking for a base, somewhere near EU office and to explore the city then this is fine. Metro and bus stop nearby. Pub and some restaurants close by. Otherwise the area is quiet and not many tourists around.

I was bit dissapointed with my stay- there were construction work on the street in front of the hotel, and as they they started very noisy works in the early morning - so there was not possibility to sleap at all. I have not realized any announcement on the hotel premises/webpage that there will be less comfort due to the works.

This hotel is far way to expensive for what you get. Breakfast was at the limit to eat and there was partly a lot of noice of repair work in the building. The garden was not ready and it seems to be a renovation going on in the hotel. WIFI is at a very low speed even if I booked a business room.
I think they shall tell clients this before they book.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I ever slept on, you could feel springs and my back in the morning was sore, nothing firm or comfortable about it. Sheets had small tears in them, pillows were awful, tiles in the bathroom were mouldy, carpets had some weird stains, a nasty smell in the corridor and air conditioning did not work. Internet was possible on the phone but a new laptop could not connect. This hotel looks like it was not updated since I stayed there 15 years ago. Overall I would avoid like the plague.

I stay at this hotel several times a year and the standard is always very good, the staff friendly and helpful. This time I opted for the breakfast which was good and plentiful (although the hot food choice was a little limited and kept running out). The rooms are excellent, clean and very specious. They are well equipped with a small kitchen area, fridge and kettle plus a work table. The revamped bathrooms with a proper shower are excellent.

I'm not sure if my visit was really representative but after having phoned the hotel to say I would be a late check-in and having been assured that was no problem, I arrived tired from a delayed flight to be told by the night porter that there was no reservation in my name. After a while, he found me a room, most definitely in the non-modernised area of the hotel, with shabby and dated décor and furniture and no air-conditioning. The room was too hot and the bed was uncomfortable. The following morning after I explained my predicament to management, they charged me only for a standard room rather than the superior room I had booked but there wasn't even an apology....

It was very hot during this stay however there's no air conditioning in any of the rooms. A portableair conditioner was arranged but did basically nothing and it was so noisy. Dogs are allowed at this hotel. They would be barking sometimes from the other room. There was a strong odor of dog in the corridors. On the plus side the room was large.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful, it was a good location for the tube. For the price we paid you can't really ask for anymore! Free WiFi, my only slight issue is that we didn't have breakfast included, and the price for breakfast if you don't is €17 per person. We just jumped on a tube and went into town and had breakfast for €15 for both of us!
