Chambre tres bien et vaste.
Bien équipée. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, et pas de renouvellement de thé et café et sucre. Sans parler de ménage. Pas non plus de petits dejeuner le Week End. On a un peu l impression que c est le service minimum pour un hôtel je trouve.....

I was amazed at how large the room was and had a balcony as well. Almost everything was perfect. The very few things that could be improved were: heated towel rack wasn't working, tile on balcony tipped as was very loose (a bit dangerous), not a fan of the blankets inside duvet covers and would rather have feather duvets, a few more outlets near the bed would be nice, and wifi in lobby was poor. The staff should be aware of the poor lobby wifi as I wasted about 1.5 hrs. thinking it was something wrong with my laptop as my phone connected fine. Once I got to my room, all was well with the wifi.

The room seemed to be of a certain age, but the facilities were adequate and no inconveniences for a family stay. The unmanned check-in was smooth, and the washing machine on the basement floor worked perfectly. If I have the opportunity to sfay in Brussels agaIn, I would definitely use this accommodation.

Excellent staff - who supported me in a tricky situation. They were caring, thoughtful, respectful and I can't rate them highly enough in that regard.
The location is great, quite, bus to from airport is 5 mins walk. The hotel is opposite a pretty park; 20 mins walking you are in the city centre. Several nice pubs and small restaurants are within 5 - 10 mins walk. I felt safe as a single traveler. Thank you!

This apartment did the job for a 3 day stay. We spoke with housekeeping a couple of times and useful in each occasion. Did have to call the emergency number on one occasion due to leaving straighteners on in the room, however they did not answer after multiple calls. They eventually called back and were very good and attended the room to turn the straighteners off. Some marks in the carpet however the general cleanliness of the apartment was good. Next to a bus stop for the apartment and the metro was nearby. The area was quiet and we slept with windows open and no issues with noise.

Great family stay for exploring Belgium

Large, comfy apartments. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good location for getting to train and metro. Only downsides were no A/C in rooms during some hot summer nights (but the staff kindly provided us with fans to help), and that one of our rooms did not have a pull-out sofa as advertised (but we adjusted).

Good location

Great location, good links to the rest of the city through public transport. Needs refurbishing, quite tired and rundown. Minimal gym, but better than none and free laundry facilities which were most welcomed. Make sure you contact them in advance to get check-in instructions. We didn’t get them and it was a nightmare getting in. However, management was responsive to comments and addressed the situation promptly.

The room and bathroom were very clean but the decor and fittings were a little dated.
We had a kitchen area which was well equipped and very clean and had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. The bedroom had a huge bed which was very comfortable. Our teenagers slept on the bed settee which was comfortable too. The rooms were bright and airy and had blackout curtains. All rooms overlooked a beautiful park that we used a lot and it had a little kiosk serving drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the car park which is at the side of the hotel and was very safe and secure. It is underground and was a little challenging with our 7 seater but manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would use the hotel again.

Apartment size was good , but floor carpet was very dirty and smelly , apartment smell was bad. Looks like rooms was not opened for long time.
Kitchen utensils were only 2 . Dish washer was blocked and we could not open to use.

I thought the rooms were very spacious. Quiet.
There was a misunderstanding on my part while checking in, but it was resolved quickly and Expedia support was also very helpful. Check out was super easy. This location is close to EU building sites. The in room amenities made it easy to buy your own groceries and dine in and cook meals as required. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit.

Second room was a bit better but still had to clean thick layer off dirt off heated bathroom rail before I could use it for hanging.

The location is very good but the room was far below our expectations. Stained carpets and wall papers, strong bad smell in the room, the carpet was grassy / dirty, there were lots of bird droppings in the balcony. We didn't feel comfortable in the room, to the point that we anticipated the check out (we would stay 2 nights, but we left early in the morning in the following day).

The outside is beautiful there a park across from the building. It's was very quiet even with my 10 month old granddaughter. The kitchen was stocked enough for small things not a family that actually cooked. We had one small pot and one large pot,the freezer door was broken and its past time for them to change out the shower curtain. I tried calling the emergency number and got no answer. As we were playing a game I looked up at the wall and noticed it was in need of repair also the carpets can definitely stand a deep clean rip out and replace. But for the price for 2 nights it's definitely ok

Stayed for a week in a nice sized room, quiet residential area on park. Convenient to EU and easy to get downtown on Metro. Very friendly staff during workweek. Kitchen area was stocked with service for four with small appliances, minifridge, cooktop. Furniture was well-worn, rug was damaged. Wifi was ok but not strong in room. Still good value and no problems.

Check in was not entirely smooth as access code to key retrieval was given incorrectly and it was clearly indicated that if parking was required specific write in was needed. Then air-conditioned was not working properly such that temperature was not adjustable. Television connecting wire was out of order. Fortunately our stay was just 3 days 2 nights and such inconveniences were bearable.

MY WORST NIGHT EVER!!

It was my most horrible hotel stay ever. I couldn't sleep properly because the air conditioning doesn't work properly. It was warm night.
I booked 4 night non cancellation, so the next morning I ask the reception, can we get better room?
They said all other rooms have same air conditioning. Therefore we asked is it possible to get a refund and move to other hotel? Reception said yes, but we should arrange it through hotels.com. So we move to other hotel.

I called hotels.com, they said they were unable to contact the property. Therefore they couldn't refund the rest of the amount. B-apart even charged me with 4 night city tax.
So I paid 297 euro for my WORST NIGHT EVER!

There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboard, so we had to wash dishes before eating our meal. It was a heat wave and the air conditioner couldn't keep up, so we had to sleep with the sliding doors open. No screens to keep out bugs (seems typical in Belgium), but the more distressing part was that the sliding doors opened to a balcony shared with another apartment. The showerhead is poorly aligned so it sprays against the wall and then runs out onto the bathroom floor. No staff on weekends so we didn't interact with anyone in person, but they were responsive by phone when we needed to check in. Location is pretty good in the European Quarter, and there's a nearby market to get food. Glad it wasn't expensive, but for a next trip to Brussels I'd look for somewhere else.

Perfect place to stay be it for business or pleasure we work from very early in the morning and like to relax in the evening not have to go out looking for something to eat and these apartments provide a comfortable place to cook a simple meal have a glass of wine and chil out in the evening then let the dishwasher do all the hard work
There is a full sized bath and work desk with fax etc and tv in the lounge and bedroom
The staff are brilliant very accommodating and go the extra mile to give us our favourite apartment when possible we once had an upgrade to the penthouse suite which is a fantastic room we wouldn’t stay anywhere else

I was staying for four nights. My first room, on the 9th floor, did not have sufficient water pressure or hot water at 7:45 in the morning for me to shower. More than a bit embarrassing when one has an important meeting after a trans-Atlantic flight. After two days the hotel moved me to an upgraded apartment, which was an improvement, but not enough for me to convince me to use this hotel again. It must be said that the location is superb for anyone who has business with the EU institutions, truly charming with the park occupying the square. There is a supermarket one block away, which is a great benefit. All in all, I would be inclined to give this hotel a very good rating, were it not for the problems that I faced during this stay. If I were to stay again at this hotel, I would want to be absolutely sure about the apartment that I was booking.

A hidden gem in the EU quarter

Spacious apartment more than a hotel but all the creature comforts of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely views from the 9th floor over the park. Very close to the EU quarter so no need for taxi or bus, just a 5-10 mins walk.

It there is zero, i woukd rate zero. They should not accept bookings on weekends if they cannot accomodate guests. We were there and no staff was available. Been calling the number given but no one answers. It was a total disappointment travelling for miles to spend a good weekend but it turned out to be a disaster. They took our money but no service given. We were not able to use our room.

Nice hotel in a calm area, large room

The hotel is well situated in a calm area, near a metro station (a short 3 minutes walk to Schuman metro station, line 1 and 5 connected to downtown). The Apartment is clean and is equipped with a corner kitchenette, and the Apartment I had, had also a balcony. We were a family of four (two kids my wife and I), the one bedroom apartment was adequate, the furniture needed some upgrade as some of the furniture were tired. The sofa bed was not comfortable for the kids, and it was too tired. The staff members were efficient and helpful, the free wireless internet was not good enough, the internet was not up to the expectations,I believe they need to do something about it. The kitchenette is well equipped (stove top, medium size fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, water kettle, utensils...) they do also have a free of charge laundry room). My overall experience with B-Aparthotel was good; and I would recommend it to others. They provide limited room services (no service during weekends and holidays), but it was good enough. The price/quality service is good.

A good stay in Brussels

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The beds were made up in advance (thank you!). Nice porch in the yard from our first floor (the upper floors of this multi-floor building have balconies).
The only inconvenience was no pillowcase for one child. I gave her my pillow (with the case) and slept on the folded towels. No problem for me, though.

It was very conveniently located in Brussels, and the staff was friendly. However, the room furniture was very old. Some of the towels had stains and holes ( I am sure they are washed and cleaned, but still). The free wi-fi was practically not useful. The only catch was that it was a one bedroom apartment and very accomodating for bigger families.

Well located hotel that met all our needs

Located near the Shuman Metro/Train station in the heart of the European quarter, this hotel was ideal for our family. The staff worked to get us into our room well ahead of the 2pm check in. Some of the rooms have an amazing room of Brussels. We had a bedroom with a bed and a pull out sofa in the main room. The pull out sofa was particularly uncomfortable- but worked fine for our young daughter. Some of the furnishing in the rooms are very tired and require replacing. There isn't an oven but otherwise there is everything else that you need in an apartment. The front desk is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. We were checking in during these times so we didn't experience the off hours check in. They made sure that we had enough towels and toilet paper to last us the weekend- as there isn't room cleaning on weekends.

Feels like a two star hotel

Booked a four day stay, only to find out it doesn't have kitchenette. What's an apartment hotel without kitchenette. Do double check your bookings.
We arrive in Saturday, and it was self check-in. Seems everything was a breeze, only to find out some lamps and lights was not working. Worse thing was t.v didn't work either.
There was no recept on weekends.cannot get any more bad luck was that the following Mon was public holiday.
Imagine stay for three days out of four with all these issues?
What's a four star hotel.The only four star was the bathtub. Small basin with old wooden repainted cupboard and minimal amenities. Had to comment, the shower amenities send to be good grade stuffs. But that was all that is positive.
The room we had was tiny, odd shape and had a sloppy bed which gave us backache a, and a couch which itches...don't need to elaborate.
Security was good, everybody needed their card key to enter into building and lift. That I give them a thumbs up..
We left the bath towels which we used for three days into the bathtub, indicating housekeeping to change.
But they just fold it and hang put back onto the rack. We could tell it was our used ones, as it was crumple,a bit damp, and my long hair strand could still be found on it.

Expensive, one star hotel. We were misled by all the good reviews. Wrong choice.

The check in clerk was amazing. He helped use with town info and various requests. The room was dirty,trash in the trash can. The beds were veey hard or lumpy and slopping. Not a bad location also.

Very convenient for all transport and City centre

As we went just for a short break. Very surprised with the quality of our apartment. One of the nicest and largest one bed roomed flats I have stayed in anywhere in my travels which is worldwide. Our TV which caused minor problems was dealt with promptly by the staff. Weather was a bit wet but did not stop us getting out and seeing the sights (with the appreciation of complimentary brollies ) by the staff.

Nice and convenient place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel on several occasions this year and always enjoyed my stay. Most recently I appreciated complimentary room upgrade as well as early check-in kindly arranged by very helpful staff. Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, just a walking distance to EU headquarters. Several nice restaurants nearby. Easy (bus) transport from/ to the airport.

Weekend away.

Loved the apartment, it was clean & very modern, felt right at home. The only thing that let it down was when we arrived there was no staff to greet us, we had to bang on the door for someone else to let us in & then use our mobile to phone someone to give us the code for our keys. (But nothing major) Loved the area & very friendly people who didn't mind to stop and answer our questions.

Well appointed modern accommodation near metro.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a nice area of Brussels located a few minutes walk from Schuman metro station. Excellent accommodation, but as we stayed 5 nights and ate in a few times we could have done with a wider variety kitchen utensils - though this is a minor complaint.
