This was the most dirty and most disgusting accommodation I have ever seen, it was extremely smelly, with stains and dirt all over the flat and all furniture dirty and old and dented.
I do not recommend this place, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. we decided to cancle and they have denied refunding us, so I am taking legal action against them.

The apartment was okay overall, but it was a bit worn out. The AC was leaking onto the floor and was noisy throughout the night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Check-in was a bit confusing, as I didn’t receive any information by email beforehand. I had to call to request the details, and only then was I given the check-in instructions and access codes.

O apto em frente a rua, primeiro andar, um pouco de ruido do tran, metro e rua.
Poucos travesseiros e louça disponivel com poucos itens. Banheiro com prateleira solta, e sem tapete de banheiro apropriado
Haviamos solicitado que o apto nao fosse no primeiro andar e justamente foi esse o apto atribuído.
Necessita maior cuidado com a limpeza em geral, ambientes e sofás, que estão manchados, bem como a o carpete do andar que leva aos aptos, mto sujos, e dao a impressao ruim ao entrar.
Algo excelente é o dispenser de agua natural e com gás, no hall de entrada do edificio, muito pratico, bem como os mapas da cidade ali disponivel.

A little hard to find but not too bad. Its on one corner, you just have to guess which one. Room itself is fine, the toilet is downstairs and the bathroom and bed upstairs.

Only problem was it was really warm in the room and the temp didnt respond to controls (or maybe I couldnt find the controls) so I just cracked open the balcony doors and slept with the wintry night air breezing in.

Chambre propre, de bon goût et à 1min à pieds du métro ce qui est bien pratique. Pour aller au centre cela ne prendra que 10min de transports. Arrivée et départ en toute autonomie. Le quartier est tranquille et sympa.

Points négatifs : le bruit. Nous étions dans la chambre 1 et nous entendions et sentons lorsque le métro passé en dessous...plus le bruit dans l'entrée comme la chambre est au même niveau.
Donc ne comptez pas à avoir un séjour tranquille à ce niveau là.
Le parking : nous n'avions pas effectué de réservation via l'hôtel car trop cher...nous avions réservé un parking à 9min à pied de l'hôtel pour beaucoup moins cher.

I like that despite there is no reception, the services and client approach is of highest standard.

The property was within walking distance from our meetings. The access instructions were clear and hassle-free once I figured out what needed to be done ahead of time. There are several good dining options in the area.
The entire apt was dated. The toilet is downstairs and the shower is upstairs, not convenient nor safe for folks that get up several times in the night to use the rest room. Going downstairs half asleep can be tricky. There is little counter space in the upstairs bathroom for toiletries. The shower only has one-quarter of a door, so water will cover the floor and makes the tile floor slippery. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We ended up using the one twin comforter available as additional padding. The iron leaks water and I ruined the pants I was trying to steam as a result. Overall, I would not rent one of these rooms again.

The location and principle are very good. I stayed in Aparthotel previously in other Aparthotel in Brussels. I find this one a little too basic. I think that a nighttable would be convenient. Also a sauce pan and a salad dish, coffee machine (as in most hotels) would be convenient. The TV was not connected when I arrived.

Great location but communication needs improvement

Positives: (1) Great location--excellent and clean neighborhood, with access to the Montgomery metro stop right there and some nice restaurants and parks nearby. (2) Parking available on premise (though it location behind the building is not easy to find + the parking spaces are small and awkward). (3) The units are adequately equipped and furnished. (4) The whole building is quiet.

Negatives: (1) The main AC in my unit was not working, which made the whole place very uncomfortable during a heatwave, despite a portable AC unit that the property gave me (too loud, not cold enough, and required that I kept my widow open to evacuate the hot air); (2) very poor and undependable communication from the staff -- such as, insufficient information on how to access the garage (which was behind the property), and having to call repeatedly for getting anything done or resolved; (3) some of the furniture were old and stained.

Good location in a very elegant area of Bruxelles. Easily reach the city center and any other area with metro 1. Large apartment good for a family of 4, with a simple kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast in the morning. The furniture and the room would need some refurbishment but it is acceptable. Definitely to recommend.

Great place to stay near Montgomery station

We love love the location and the views on the fountain . Transportation is super easy . The metro is across the street and the taxi line is a few steps away. The restaurants are amazing and easy to walk to. We don’t mind the limited maid service either . The communication with hotel management is easy and fast. The rooms are very spacious , but outdated. The couch and the mattress were not very comfortable, but doable. We plan to go back.

Comfy place with edgy administration

Very nice place to stay, you have (almost) all you need there. I stay regularly there and watch how the condition deteriorates slowly. Last time the hair-drier disappeared from the equipment. I keep having endless troubles with the city tax as there is no safe way how to pay (the property asks you to send card details over email). Once I chose the option to leave money in the room and they said I did not pay; it took for ever to get the invoice over email. Another time there was a guy in the 'hallway' and it took 20 minutes to pay the 8 euro.

Spacious apartment, comfy bed, effective heating, close to train/tram station. Shower tepid by late morning, odd mugs/cups, no instructions for microwave or dishwasher - the tablet door didn't close. Toilet seat was broken on arrival and although a replacement arrived outside our room door it wasn't fitted during our stay. Had to ask for the safe to be opened, didn't happen straight away.
Lighting options limited, too few sockets. Renovation work going on, no warning prior to arrival and so had two days of early drilling and noise. Didn't feel issues were emergencies so didn't phone number given and couldn't report them as limited or no reception service.
Overall comment 'shabby but convenient'.

A very good sized room that was spotlessly clean on arrival. Pretty much everything is dated from the peeling wallpaper to the old kitchen units, however it was all clean and the bed and sofa were comfortable. If you want to save some money and don't mind a lack of perfection this place will do you fine.

Entry door pad hard to find for firsttime visitors; maid service is haphazard -- empty tissue box, comp coffee wasn't replaced, not a lot of towels etc. but overall spotless, quiet, roomy, great location - stayed there three times and put friends there as well. highly recommended - just bring your own instant coffee after 1st day. Keep mgmt. tel nbr handy in case of questions. - immediate response.

Terrible hotel - stay away!

One of the worst hotel apartments I've ever stayed in. Curtains don't work properly but that was not the reason I did not sleep well. It was because of the construction happening outside. When I asked the hotel reps (that were very hard to reach btw) if they know how long this is going to take so we can plan my visit accordingly, they responded simply that there will be no refunds and that this is legal according to Belgium laws.

The hotel also was not properly cleaned and when we complained about it, they left us 2 new towels, a chocolate bar, and one beer. Really?! How about cleaning the apartment?!

I don't recommend anyone to stay with this company or hotel! It felt like a cheap motel but the prices were much higher than a motel!

Literally feels like home away from home

The check in experience is different. You are emailed 2 codes to access the building and then your room key.
After that I went upstairs to my room and Wow!. Very spacious, large living/dining area, small but useful kitchen- all the amenities you could could want, even a dishwasher! Small patio. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, yes you read that correctly... . Upstairs! Maybe they provide accommodation for persons with limited mobility, I don't know for sure. You have access to a small laundry room in the basement, which is where underground parking is also available.

Located right across from a metro access and also busstops and tramline stop.

Drawbacks? Toilet is downstairs only, great for when you come in really needing to go, not so great for if you wake up needing to do the same and portable AC was not working.

Comfortable, well designed floorplan & kitchette

It was an excellent stay, except for checking in issues (not the hotel's fault, but a lack of communication from or with Hotels.com).
As there is no reception area or onsite hotel staff, all entry and access is via keycodes. The hotel provides that information to the guests directly prior to check in. However, there was no communication to me (coming in from Canada) and as I did not have a roaming plan, I had to go up the street to a restaurant and request them to call in on my behalf to get the access codes.

This hotel is certainly not a four stars hotel

This condon hotel's location is good, it's in a nice neibour hood. The rooms are big in Europing standard. I don't recommend this apartment hotel to foreign tourists because it's so inconvenient to contact the hotel management. We booked a room and paid for three adults, but the confirmation letter told us the room was for two adults. We had to contact the hotel management by email to sort the room issue out. Again, we asked the hotel about the self parking before we arrived at Brussel since there was no way we could request a parking spot when we booked the hotel through Expedia. We sent three emails to the hotel management, but they didn't reply at all because it's weekends. We spent more than five hours waiting their reply. It's very stressful. We even called their emergency phone line, but the line didn't work at all. Compared with the four stars hotel we lived in Paris before we arrived at Brussel, I gave this condon hotel a 2.5 stars. This hotel certainly is not good for foreign tourists.

Convenient location, kitchenette and room size for people with a lot of luggage. Lack of information upfront: never received entry codes but urgency phone number was available, lift under repair not working difficult when arrive at 11pm with a lot of luggage. Replied efficiently to emails. Easy transport options and lots of restaurants around.

The hotel/apartment is well located in Brussels, the area is very nice and lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the city centre.
There is washing machine at the basement.
We arrived to Brussels by car, unfortunately there was no available car space at the apartment. So I have to park the car at the street.
One of the issue with the apartment design is that, the toilet is next to the entrance while the bath is at different level, next the the bed.

Stayed here before - it suits my needs as there is no bar or restaurant and you self cater although there are plenty of food outlets and and bars in the local area The rooms are excellent and the service second to none, a mistake was made with my booking and the duty manager drove over to see me to apologise and give me a bottle of beer and some biscuits as compensation even though I had not complained. That is excellent customer service !!

Completely impractical key delivery!

Very nice apart hotel, but it was a a pain to have to collect the keys at a place over 2 km away. This is something that should be clearly stated before making the reservation, and after confirming it again. Instead, I got a confusing email the night before, whose importance I unfortunately didn't grasp.

The benefits of B-apartments

The apartment was clean, comfortable, good facilities for rustling up a quick evening meal and relaxing with the TV and internet. Excellent for the metro is very important and a plus point because it is only two minutes away. There are good quality restaurant bars nearby and a Carrefour for the essential shopping. I will always book the B-apartments whenever I am in Brussels.

Good value hotel located on a main avenue with easy access to transportation. However, I was not advice neither by the Hotel or the agency (ebook..) that the Hotel has no reception or staff in there. Having tried a few hotels close to my office on the outskirts of Brussels I thought I'd give the B apartment hotel a go. Absolutely great! Thw apartment was a minute's walk from the metro, the room was spacious and had all the basic facilities and the best part was that having the small kitchen I could cook myself supper. The slight fly in the ointment was that there was a heavy snowfall in Brussels so it was difficult to find a neighbourhood food store due to the rather treacherous conditions. The only minor niggle was the shower - the adjustable fitting didn't work properly but apart from that I've already rebooked to stay in the apartment the next 4 times I'm in Brussels.

Early Morning Maintenance Call

I love the Apart-B Hotel and stay there for my business trips to Brussels. It is across the street from the Metro, in a great, upscale neighborhood, and close to parks and amenities.
I had a strange experience during my last stay. At about 8:30 am, I had a knock at the door by a maintenance worker who insisted that he had to check something in the apartment. Despite my protests that he had woken me up, he insisted on doing the maintenance check. It only took a minute, however, I would have appreciated a notice or something from the hotel upon my arrival to avoid the embarrassing surprise.

The location is good for me, it is very near the Metro of Montgomery by walking less than 1 min. But around the hotel is no shop. The service of the staff is nice. Only if you booking the Hotel at Hotel.com, you need to reconfirm by yourself to take the access code because this is a service apartment mode, it has not Rezeption service.

Comfy duplex near city centre

The unique duplex was nice & comfy.
The only hiccup we had was that the safe box with our key was not working & there were no staff present (there's no on-site registration desk). We had to knock on a resident's door and was lucky that he was extremely helpful to call the hotel staff.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. But make sure you phone the office to get access codes to enable you to enter the hotel, if you need parking make sure again you arrange this in advance with the hotel, parking is limited. The apartments were fantastic, and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel for people who want a cheap and good stay in Brusselsl! The metrostation was 20 meters away from the hotel, so easy excess to sighseeing.

B-Aparthotel Brussels - convenience

Excellent location at the Montgomery metro stop, with short walk to restaurants, shops, local parks and cafes, and grocery store. Adequate living bedroom and bathroom space for three even with third bed in living area in our apartment suite. Kitchen supplies were good.

Be warned that the kitchen area is very compact.

Our space was a little jaded. Walls need a new coat of paint, and the furniture is beginning to look worn, and the carpet in the entrance hallway is stained. The rooms needed a spring clean, as the place was a little dusty in the corners but not dirty. The coffee machine was not clean on arrival. Daily cleaning was satisfactory, however the towels and bathroom supplies were not always replenished daily. Access to service personnel was by phone to a remote location, weekdays only, from 8 am to 8 pm. If you arrive back late, you do not have means to fix minor complaints that do not constitute an emergency.

Access to the room is using a swipe card but only one was provided.

This specific ground floor apartment was quite noisy due to the adjacent automatic garage door which woke us repeatedly during the night and early morning.

We would consider staying here again but not in this specific ground floor apartment. If you plan on being out a lot, and dining out, the location is wonderful, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Horrible management. The check in process is absurd. There is no concierge in the building. Someone is supposed to leave you an access code and a key to get in...but they never do so you wait for someone to let you in. You are several Metro stops outside the city. You have to sleep on a convertible couch, not a bed. There was no WiFi as promised. Our minibar was empty. There was no laundry detergent as promised. Oh and the power went out several times during our stay. This shut down the elevator and the electronic access to the floors from the stairwell. Many of us were stuck in the lobby for hours. I repeat DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Read the fine print!!!!

We arrived at 6:00pm on a saturday, only to find that the hotel does not have a front desk or any kind of reception. The door was locked and no one was around to let us in. Went to the hotel across the street and called hotels dot com and they said it wasn't there problem that it was between us and the hotel.

Finally found emergency contact info for B-apart and called, the person (who barley spoke english)then gave us a code to get in and another code for a lock box with our key card.

The room was nice but the shower was super small and didnt work very well. The bed was a fold out couch that was extremely uncomfortable. Forget about ordering extra pillows because there is no front desk; in fact, forget about any assistance at all.

If your new to Brussels and only staying a few days I would definately NOT recomend this hotel!

The internet was 9.50 euro a night and only worked the first night. The phone didn't have any dial tone so I couldn't have called the front desk even if they had one.

If you check the fine print at the bottom of the hotel info page you will note that it does mention that the hotel doesn't have reception and that you have to contact the hotel to get the codes. This was not expressed in any emails we received from Hotels dot com. Had I known there was no front desk, I would never have stayed at this hotel.

There is no onsite staff. Lost electrical power in the 3rd floor lobby and the elevator. Didn’t get any help from the on call agent, had to maneuver through complete darkness to get down via stairs. Very unhelpful staff..

The Perfect Stay

It was a great apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. You could stay here happily for a prolonged stay. The location was also great. Very close to the metro and tourist sites.

strange change

Strange change that added taxi cost a less options at buffet breakfast. Montogomery hotel called the same day to notify change due to repairs to other similar, a distant B Apart hotel that had a very simple cold breakfast and had to take a taxi to my business.

Spent over half an hour just to

Spent over half an hour just to get the room door opened, as the keycard did not work. As there is no staff on-site, problems need to be handled over telephone hotline, at client's cost of course.

Aparthotel Montgomery - not impressed

Very unsatisfactory overnight stay - lock on door to apartment not good for security especially for a woman on her own in Brussels. Rang to ask to be moved to another room which then didnt have a chain across the door only a lock which wasnt very secure either. Will not be staying in those apartments again and would not recommend it to other travellers.

Good, but could do better.

I think this hotel could have been very good as it was in a good location and was generally very clean. Unfortunately, as there was no reception, we found entry instructions unclear and our room was difficult to access. Our room was not serviced on Saturday and Sunday and the shower was broken. En-suite facilities lacked privacy.

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIMPLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ROOM I.E THE PLUG IN OUTLET IN THE BATHROOM DOESEN'T WORK MAYBE A SPEED DIAL ON THE PHONE WOULD BE BETTER THAN TRYING TO DIAL A PHONE THAT IS COMPLICATED AT BEST.

La localización de los apartamentos es buena y la organización de entrada y salida es muy cómoda. Sin embargo aunque estaba limpio necesita una renovación importante. Había azulejos rotos, la ducha no va muy bien, las almohadas son incómodas y el mobiliario está un poco reventado

Beau duplex bien placé mais .......

Les flacons de savon, gel douche étaient vides à l'arrivée. J'ai demandé aux femmes de ménage mais en 4 jours, 3 nuits, malgré de multiples relances, je n'ai rien eu !! Réponse \"oui, oui\" avec un ton désagréable mais je n'ai jamais vu la couleur des produits ! Par contre, au check out, elles étaient à l'heure devant la porte (faire vite pour repartit tôt..?).
Le chauffage n'est pas réglable malgré la présence de la télécommande. C'est l'établissement qui décide de l'allumer et/ou d'éteindre quand cela l'arrange (Un four à l'arrivée vers 18h00 et ca gèle pendant la nuit).
Les tapis des couloirs sont arrachés à plusieurs endroits et n'ont jamais été remplacés ou réparés.
Les doubles rideaux et les rideaux voiles (blancs au départ, je suppose et sont devenus gris avec un dégradé \"artistique\") ne sont pas lavés depuis très très longtemps.
Malgré tout, c'est un très beau duplex et très bien situé mais qui nécessite un rafraîchissement intérieur.

Appartement propre mais pas de balai ni aspirateur pour le menage quotidien. Pas de patere ni support serviettes dans la salle de bain.poele et casseroles bien usées. Frigo en mauvais etat.sinon lexreste tres bien et l emplacement bien.
