Very nice room. My only issue: the TV channel lineup does not include BBC News. And the very generous breakfast buffet (€17) offers cold scrambled eggs and mediocre do-it-yourself coffee. Very “sympathique” staff, however.

Very new hotel, and still stone wrinkles to work out. Very modern look and feel. Comfortable bed, big room. The TV in my room and several others, was not connected to antenna, and no SMART apps, only YouTube.

- Location - Property is outside central brussels. 30/40 min travel to grand place.
- Service - More like airb&b with even less accountability. only managed partially with reduced services.
- Parking advised but not available as very limited but can only do once you arrive or on the day. Lots of streets around with different zoning restrictions and tow away signs! residents around not happy with visitors to this place.Parking app not available to UK residents. Even if use property parking, you may find yourself blocked when you try to exit!
- Room - Faulty lights, Broken shower, Broken bed. Double bed option booked for 2 days but provided twin with bad mattresses.
- Entertainment - none for english/other language. No internet on tv so no apps
- WIFI - free but very poor speed.

Asked for change for bed/mattress setting after terrible first night on day 1 and ignored. Raised complaint on day 2 and ignored. Ended up with terrible backpain rather than rest on vacation. Needed to visit doctor to get painkillers during stay + continued problems. Management washed away its hands stating its housekeeping problem. Awaiting expedia response.

Staff were exceedingly helpful and kind.
Unfortunately the lift was out of order so five floors of stairs wasnt fun but staff offered to help with luggage.

Extra unexpected charges

Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me.

There were only three channels on the TV that were in English. None in German either. I wish I could have checked in earlier without fee but I had to wait until 1 pm. This is exactly what the check-in time was, so it's not like I expected earlier. Plus, they gave me free cappuchino.

Needs a thorough clean and refresh. Heating (radiator) not working in the room (ok in the bathroom). Bed was two singles pushed together with a large thin mattress over the two single mattresses. This was uncomfortable as all the mattresses kept sliding around. Location not convenient

The Diamant Suites is not within easy walking distance of downtown. About half a block away there's a below-ground train station (not part of the metro line) with a connection to the North Station. It's on a busy eight-lane highway so in the rooms facing the street you can hear the traffic noise despite the modern windows. There are no tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are large and bright. They include a bathtub, an iron and ironing board, an electric kettle. Buffet breakfast available for 15 euros. Only one hanger in my closet in room 103.

Everything at this hotel was good except...we were told that we could access the buffet breakfast earlier than the scheduled time due to a train we had to catch. We were told to go at 7:00, knock on the door, and we could eat what was available at that time as they were setting up. Based on this agreement, we paid the 15 euros each. Unfortunately, when we went down to breakfast, we heard people, but the door was locked, so we knocked on the door (as did another patron). After a couple tries, and no response, we had to leave without eating. If we hadn't paid for it, then fine, but we did. When I emailed to explain this to the reception desk, they tried to tell me it was unlocked and that I was told to just walk in. IT WAS NOT UNLOCKED. I was basically told I was out of luck and that they could not refund the 30 euros we had paid. I emailed the reception desk back reiterating that the door was not unlocked and that we had tried to knock, but I never heard from them again. To me, that was not good customer service. It was easily verifiable with the workers that we did not come in to eat before the 7:30 am breakfast time!

In quiet residential neighborhood, I stayed in a studio suite for a week doing business in Brussels. Relatively easy to get around with nearby tram/bus stop so a transport ticket is a must. The condition of the room was good but hallway rugs a little dirty. Friendly staff, no problems at all.

Website is misleading, you have to pay to use the \"kitchen\" - Microwave is all we really needed. \"Double\" rooms mean bed plus kitchen, I took it as 2 beds.
The lights don't work in bathroom at the sink. Only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 1/2 days and gave us 1 water bottle. No kleenex or paper towels to use. AC was not working, it blew out some air but did not chill the room down. The water ran out of the bathroom when taking a shower, we had no extra towels to clean it up, we put a dish cloth down so we didn't step in it. Staff was very nice. Garage hallway reeked. For the short time, we made it work as we were not there much.

This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. First thing we see as we go up the elevator to go to our room when the door opens it’s completely dark no lights at all like in a horror movie, as you walk the lights turn barely on and flickering it was insane I never thought a hotel would be like that and I wish we could upload video to show how it looks nothing like the pictures everything is peeling and lots of weird stains on the floor, the bed sheets had crumbs and who knows what else, the bathtub was nasty they could’ve at least removed the mildew from the corners before having guests stay in there. Not to mention an alarm starting ringing in the middle of a the day with no warning or announcements to us when we checked in. At night we kept hearing very weird noises and footsteps at 3am in the morning along with a woman screaming at 12pm. We opened the door at night to get food and it’s pitch black, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. That area of the city is not safe which is my fault I should’ve done more research. They would not give us our money back so we left the next day that’s how bad it was, their post is so deceitful, the hotel looks nothing how it looks and the reviews are fake obviously. The only night I stayed the only thing I can say if you don’t care about the horrible hotel is the bed was very comfortable that’s it.

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!

Apparently, I had not ordered a room with a kitchen but there were also no cups available at all, so I asked to have some. Instead, I was given access to the whole kitchen which was great. The only downside was that the microwave wasn't working. As it was generous to give me the kitchen at all, I couldn't complain, though. But cups certainly should be provided even if the kitchen wasn't ordered.

Starting with the good; big spacious rooms, amenities nearby and generally modern. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The not so good; no kettle in the room. I had teabags and sugar sachets and mugs but no kettle.
Bathroom was tiny. Very tight space for toilet area. Shower was a dribble that was luke warm at best. If you're on a quick stop in Brussels, this does the job but not for a getaway or pleasure.

The property is perfectly placed for the metro and the schaerbeek area. We had a good sized room and the bed was really comfy. But the property could do with a good clean. Nobody replenished the tea/coffee sachets and when we asked we were given coffee creamers as they had nothing else. We should have had a kitchenette but we only had a fridge. And the bathroom sink leaked which again, nobody remedied. Despite this, considering the price, we would stop again so it's a solid 7/10.

The staff were great. Good location for public transport. Stylish and comfortable. Very clean. Only drawback was the very limited kitchen equipment - 1 very small saucepan, no corkscrew, no washing up liquid to clean items between filling the dishwasher - a problem as only one large plate. Great price for a spacious room

The room was very spacious. Everything worked fine. I found the pillows a bit too large but OK. There was traffic noise with the windows open. I was very happy overall for the price and convenience. I had to wait a bit to check in because no one was at reception when it was supposed to be open, but not bad. The person at reception was very friendly and made me a coffee. Internet was excellent. I was able to work in a great large common room after I checked out, which was wonderful. It was nice having a microwave, fridge, and other amenities of a kitchen.

This is for long and short term living facility, therefore, they offer everything in terms of cooking simple meals to full faction bathroom. We had a great time live there. And the owner (manager) even offered us much earlier check in as 10:30 in the morning; however, please remember this is not a normal hotel and there is no front desk 7/24. Needless to say, we were so luck for waiting only less than half hour. The place is really close to Metro and bus, which we heavily depended on during our stay. there are also supermarket and small shop to get by daily. It is very quiet and nice area to live. A beautiful apartment with stunning views from the balcony! We had the Deluxe Studio Suite that was equipped with everything we needed, it had self catering facilities however we did not use them as we spent most of our time in the city. Excellent location for using public transport, only a few minutes away from the station and then a 15 min journey to Grand Place. I would definitely stay again! The only issue was had was on arrival there was no one at reception and we could not get a hold of the hotel owner to get the code to get in but a lovely woman helped and got in touch with the owner and we got our code. Overall, a very good stay!

This place used to be great and exceptional when it was called Premier Suites. I always enjoyed staying there... Now, the place is very dirty and disorganized. Poor service, poor communication with customers... Air-condition not working in my initial room, under the hot season in Brussels!! Two hellish nights before we were moved to another room... The bathroom in poor state. Water not running properly. We did not bother to complain again. Some work being done in some rooms. I hope it's a whole renovation of the building!!!
Stone put to block doors!!! Dirty lifts... Carpets in the corridors very dirty!!!
I hope this was the last time we were staying at the place. Shame!!!

It was very difficult to contact staff over the phone or in person to get the basic information regarding the parking.
The quality of the bedding wad very poor as two single beds were put together as so called King size bed.
On the morning we checked out the cleaner lady entered our room without knocking while I was half naked. When told off she did not even have the decency to apologise.

We stayed for 11 days in Diamant Suits Brussels - Studio with kitchenette. It was very good, the room is specious, has a little kitchen with all needed equipment, bathroom has a bath and a shower. Bed is big and quite comfortable, but consists of 2 separate mattresses, which I didn't really like. The situation of the hotel is convenient, there are busses to city center and trams. Overall the room completely fulfilled our expectations and we are very glad we booked it.

The first thing to remember is that this is not a hotel but a service apartment. Rooms are large, well furnished, hob, microwave, dishwasher, basic supply of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Clean toilet. Could do with more coffee pods, shower gels etc.

The break fast is a massive let down. No water, no bread. A tray of cold cuts, a tray of cheese slices, some cereal boxes, some juices, coffee.

Rooms have number locks, which could be a security risk.

Located in the business district. Several restaurants close by. 20 minutes from the airport.

All in all, good value for money and convenient if you know what to expect.

This was our second time staying at Diamant Suites, and we were very pleased again with our stay. The staff here is so nice and helpful. The included breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. Overall, it's a great value for the price.

Very good place to stay

Overall everything was good, nice room, helpful staff and good location with easy acess to city center via metro....The only thing that bothered was that there was construction work going on in nearby area that therefore the bus stop near appartment was closed temporarily and one has to use either metro or the next bus stop which was at 12-15 minutes of walk.

Spacious place; secure underground parking; clean. Great value for the price! I really didn’t see anyone; but in the end everything moved smoothly. I kind of liked it. It feels futuristic.

Quiet, even with being on main road. Everything is in apartment what you need. Good bed. Felt safe as you can only get into building and room with a code.
We did not try the breakfast.
