The staff was very nice! I appreciated that I was able to check in early when I asked them to hold my bag when I arrived. The room was lovely and spotless. It’s easy to walk into the tourist areas but also easy to grab a bus or metro to other places like the midi train station, Parliament, Forest National, or the airport. I hope I can visit again soon and stay here.

Love the room with a balcony and the view. Excellent location, but the room had an awful smell coming from the bathroom—old pipes? We complained, they tried to fix it, but it was a bad smell all night. We only stayed for one night

Hotel is in great location and does have nice rooms however there are several things that be done to improve guest experience. Used disposable coffee cups were not replenished and used glasses were not cleaned when rooms were cleaned.

Breakfast has restricted choices and the cook could not even make an over easy fried egg (came out burnt). Breakfast service was erratic. Only two staff but it was not busy at all so they should have been able to cope. Waitress did not explain that the breakfast menu only had set options with the only difference between the 3 options provided was whether you got granola or not and type of bread. Additionally ventilation in the open plan kitchen was non existent resulting in the whole area smelling of fried bacon. We paid extra for breakfast .. would have had better options in cafes outside. I would not recommend paying extra for their breakfast as it is really disappointing and the service is lacking. This experience on its own would prevent me from visiting this hotel again.

Hotel is easily to get to from the Eurostar station via tram to Anneessens or a 15 minutes walk.

In the city centre near all the main attractions, shops and museums.

Thoroughly recommended for a short stay in Brussels.

The hotel is rather run down and, judging from the floor plan on the back of the door, they gave me one of the worst rooms, with a window onto an airshaft. They share the airshaft with a noisy family–a man who argues on the phone and a woman who coughs as though she is deathly ill.

The room has Raw plywood furniture. The mattress and pillows were ok, but in general the place is kind of sad.

We really liked the location and design of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the effort to use quality, local ingredients. Rooms were beautifully presented and the hotel was kept immaculate by a friendly team of cleaning staff. Only issue was with the member of staff who was at reception on the day we arrived and following morning, on the three occasions we spoke with him, we were made to feel very unwelcome and almost disliked, ended up questioning whether it was because we didn't speak the language. His behaviour seemed to be very contrary to the friendly, welcoming vibe from all the email correspondence, bit of a shame.

We loved this charming hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. Overnight stop in journey and it was a great hotel to stay in. Spotless, friendly and helpful staff. Free freshly ground coffee in reception. Free upgrade to great balcony room with lovely views over Brussels. Easy walking distance to Eurostar station and also to museums. Good food available in the hotel and plenty of excellent cafes bakeries and restaurants nearby.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

Stayed for a couple of nights. Check in was quick and easy. Made our way to our room. There were tons of windows that opened which helped with air circulation. We had a nice view over the courtyard in the roundabout. Room was clean and functional. Shower was nice and pressure was good. Bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend a stay here. easily walkable area. Lots to do nearby.

Stayed here as part of a stop over for my onward journey to Germany. Very friendly reception staff and free tea and coffe throughout your stay. Hotel is just a 15min walk from Brussels Midi, a 5min walk to Mannekin Pis and a 10min walk to Brussels city centre.

My double bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. I even had a a view to the bar across the street where they were playing saxophone - all in all, a great one night experience.

My husband and I needed a place to sleep for our last night in Belgium because we had a flight the next morning. I thought I was booking a spot closer to the main square - but it was a little further away than I expected. Thankfully the walk to and from the hotel was safe, and pleasant. The room was nice - and I loved how we could open the window for some fresh air. We were surprised to have air conditioning, which was wonderful! The shower was great - but difficult to figure out which way to turn the knob for hot water - my husband figured it out. The hair dryer worked great, and the bathroom mirror is heated - must be to keep the mirror from fogging up - totally could feel that heat, though. We had a bottle of wine, and the front desk let us borrow a corkscrew so we could open the wine. All the people we encountered were super helpful.
There was about a 17 minute walk to the train station - wish we would have walked to the central station - since you walk through some worrisome areas to the Midi and the North stations.
I'd likely stay here again. :-)

The hotel is very near tourist attractions & also walking distance to Brussels Central train station. Easy to take an Uber infront of the hotel. It is an old building. The room is small but manageable. We got a view of the street. Water supply in the bathroom is good. The only thing is they don’t have a refrigerator in the room which is really needed with the hot summer heat in Europe.

The reception lady is so nice and friendly, allows me to check in at around 2pm.
Booked a single room(shoebox), my room located on the top floor. You have to tap your room card to access the lift and stairs which makes me feeling safe. Lift is a bit small but enough for 2 person with luggage.
After stepped out the lift I saw my room is literally located next to the lift, was a bit worry about the noise from others but I was wrong. Thanks for the design of double door I didn’t even hear ANY noise in my 3 nights stay, either from the window. The room size is fit for single traveler and got everything.
The best point of the room is the DAIKIN AC, that’s my favorite!!! You can use the panel to adjust the room temperature and it really works well!!! Did have a good sleep every night!!!
They are using NUXE product for hand washing and shower, nice one. The water pressure is good and water temperature is stable. Hair dryer’s brand is Babyliss. Check out time is 12noon when is really good!
The only thing is your foot may get wet if you want to access to the little sink after shower because of the design. Bed linen is not very clean. Toilet room is a bit small. Location is a bit far from city centre but it locates in a safe area.
To conclude I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely will come back.
