Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful!

Firstly, first time we walked in the place the staff was very accommodating. Greeted us in French and made effort to speak in English. He explained the necessary things about free breakfast. Place was clean and modern. When we finally got to the room it was super nice! What we expected staying at a European hotel.i can’t say anything negative with our stay there for a week. Wife and I were Very satisfied. The breakfast experience is self serve, but the food was great European experience, must try their croissant. Last, even during the check out someone was still available very early around 3Am I a morning since we had to catch flight early.

The bathroom was very, very large, with a big window. The very large shower doesn’t have a door; despite its size, water got outside the shower.

I loved this hotel, its proximity to the Station (Gare) Centrale was so easy, especially getting in late that last night. And the staff are absolutely SUPERB. Narwen (not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) was outstanding at the front desk on the overnight shift. He was so helpful, professional, and kind, and he guided me on how to order late late-night dinner on my Uber app and have it delivered to the hotel. So great and Rym in the morning at the front desk was also amazing, so kind and helpful, and she stored my bags while I went out and about for a couple of hours to explore before my train to England. I am very pleased with my stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the location and staff can't be beat!!!

Please count all your minibar items when you checked in to the room. We just got charged for some minibar items that we never used a couple hours after checking out.
Hotel facilities is great, but we have some trust issues with this hotel.
When we first checked in, the family room that we booked for has a strong vomit smell, so we asked Kelim from the front desk to help change us to another room. The interaction was not great due to how he made us feel that it was our fault that the room was not in an acceptable state. There was no more family room available so we got put in a room for 2.
The hotel later made adjustment and got us into another room for 4, and the staff who handled this was very courteous with superb service.
We spoke to the manager who is wonderful and she provided us with complimentary breakfast for 2 of our days as an apology.
Throughout the whole stay, I cannot get back the feeling that I am here to relax but constant on edge about having to speak with the hotel about one problem or another.
We finally checked out this morning and things seem to go well but then we received a charge out of nowhere for the minibar items. Make me a bit suspicious if this is a revenge move from the hotel but that would be too petty for an established hotel to act this way.
Although the facilities and location is great, I think there could be an improvement in housekeeping and front desk staff training to avoid a bumpy experience for guest.

He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel itself was wonderful too... excellent location as it's close to SNTB central so perfect for day trips to Bruges and Luxemborg and very walkable to Grand Place where all the restaurants and shops are. It's far enough away from the Place that you don't get the crowds, but close enough to walk within 5-10 minutes. Rooms were spacious and updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. would definitely stay there again. Lived up to its 9.2 rating!!!

Warm welcome from staff on arrival. As we arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in storage so that I could explore the city hassle free. After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future.

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay at Pillows City Hotel. We arrived well before check in but luckily our room was ready. The lovely lady (Rym) at the front desk absolutely MADE our trip special. She was so welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and I can say that her customer service is top-shelf. She is one of the best!
The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The only downside to the room was that we had to lower the shade in the bathroom because it faced a large corporate building (with workers visible from our bathroom). Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning.
The hotel is so convenient to all the sights…and very close to the train station. There was some construction going on during our visit, which confused our Google maps…but it wasn’t a big deal. And we didn’t hear any construction noise during our visit.
We had a drink at the bar and the wonderful bartender recommended a beer and then brought over a book, to explain why that beer was so special.
Brussels was a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to come back. We will stay here again, and again and again!

Great hotel for comfortable stay, offers good amenities, and located in close proximity ( walking distance) to Brussel Central train station as well as city center tourist attractions. Clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff.

Location was great just next to the St Micheal Cathedral and decent walk to the Grand Square. Metro is within 5 min but this time around there some diversion due to road work. Its cobbled streets on incline so be mindful with big bags. Checkin process was slow and checkout was fast and convenient. Room was clean and spacious enough. The toilets were clean. Bed was great too. Was a comfortable stay and looked forward to getting back at end of long tiring day. The cafe is good, did not try the breakfast there are many other options around. Bus stop on same road thats leads to Central stations.
