Nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Good place for kids and quiet neighbors and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Close to Eiffel Tower ( around 10 minutes walk)
If you are public transportation users is not for you. Is far from City center and historical paris

Great hotel very close to Eiffel Tower ideal if you have children as there is free arcade games and pool tables they even give you sweets on check in shaped like the Eiffel Tower which I thought was a nice touch. Room was clean with nice big windows, clean bathroom and plenty of charging stations. WiFi was good too. To make this hotel perfect I would have loved to have had a kettle in my room. They could even charge a bit more to add the kettle or something I wouldn’t mind as the hotel is good value for money in general would say again and recommend.

My kids LOVED the hotel. They were so sad to leave. Bunk beds were a huge plus. There were so many activities for the kids to enjoy. We had game night, the kids made new friends and I was able to relax. I already told all my friends if they’re ever in Paris with kids book this hotel!

Hotel is ideal for families. Rooms have bunk beds for children. Not enough room for suitcases but they have some storage boxes. Good size bathroom. Large lobby with games like pool table etc.
Safe area. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and restaurants.
Close to the river if you are leaving on Viking river cruise.

Amazing stay. Front desk staff really friendly. Bar open till 11 pm which is really convenient offering drinks and food.
Buffet in the morning with an extra charge plenty of delicious croissant yogurt jam cheese. Went with 2 kids and they had a lot of fun. Returning again for my next trip to paris

Great location. Cool hotel. Great for kids. On each floor there is a great room with kitchen microwave and kettle. On here is also a large sink style bath for little ones and a larger shower room. Ideal for families. Downstairs there is also a sauna and gym as well as a larger shower. There is also a washing machine that’s €5 and a tumble drier €3. All in all very clean and functional hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the bunk bed+king room. The room provided great space, especially because the space planning was very well done, little details (like collapsable table, privacy screens on the bunks, luggage storage space under beds) made all the difference. The location is great-- with access to a shopping area with plenty of restaurants and a light walk to the tourist areas around the tower. Fun lobby experiences and amenities like kitchens were fab.

Really cool and trendy setup that worked well for the whole family. We had a room with a queen bed and four bunks. The video games in the PacMan themed lobby were a huge hit. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was easy. Late night pizzas were a hit also after a few long days. Location is walkable to Eiffel Tower and not too far from several train, metro, and bus stops. Staff was helpful. All around great experience.

We stayed in this hotel the night before joining a Viking River Cruise which docks right across the street. The hotel was incredibly convenient for that. Since we were only there one night, we got a small room... And it was very small - it was hard to open two suitcases in there, but since it was only one night, we didn't care. Facility was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality and convenience of the breakfast

Got the room with the double bed and bunk beds for a family of four. Room was incredibly small, had to squeeze around bed and wall small. On one occasion cleaning staff didn’t clean room. Front desk staff were incredibly distracted and uninterested in being helpful or interacting. Biggest complain as the room was cold and when I complained the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to be functioning I was told twice it would be fixed only to find out there was never a request for maintenance placed. When I complained they gave us a space heater for the room which took up more space in an already very small room.

We stayed here for two nights, and overall it was just okay. The room felt cramped, especially considering it was meant to accommodate six people. The bathroom was also quite small, and there wasn’t much space to keep our luggage. Breakfast options were limited. Front desk were friendly and welcoming though. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Ive stayed here before and usually its a great experience. This time around my luggage was broken by housekeeping. We informed the front desk but there was no manager available. We had to depart to not miss our flight. Ive sent two messages to far since then (checked out more than a week ago) and no response. Very upsetting.

The concept of the rooms is centered around ergonomics, aiming to accommodate more people. However, the cleanliness of our room was subpar. The walls were rusty, the sink had a slow-moving water supply, and the bed sheets were in poor condition. Given that the hotel is family-friendly, I expected higher standards of cleanliness. While the common areas were clean, the idea of having families share games onsite was a positive aspect that made our stay tolerable. My pre-teens and teenagers enjoyed playing games after our sightseeing activities. The location was convenient, being less than a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. Will I consider staying at this hotel again in the future, maybe notS some receptions were kind the Spanish speaking girls did not get their name. The male receptionist did not make me feel comfortable or welcome. The neighborhood felt safe

The location was great walk about 20 minutes to Seine River and catch the hop on and hop off boat (Batobus cost 24 euro for 24 hours or 27 for 48 hours). The mall was around the corner and we ate at PanAsia, food was delicious and fresh. The room reading light close to the window doesn’t work. The room ceiling light was not bright at all and I have to use my flashlight to look for my stuff in my luggage.

Our stay at Yooma Urban Lodge Paris was deeply disappointing. The accommodation was cramped for a family of four, with dirty floors and stained curtains that gave the room an unkempt feel. Breakfast options were extremely limited and of poor quality, and several arcade games — one of the advertised attractions — were broken and unusable. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that fell far short of expectations, especially given the glowing reviews on Hotels.com, which did not reflect the reality we encountered.

Nice quirky feel to the hotel, with a pacman theme. Plenty of things for kids to do (arcades and soft play area kept them occupied). Location was 10 mins walk to nearest metro station and 15 mins to Eiffel tower.

Bad experience with this hotel

We were given a handicapped room which we did not asked, 1st min.of using the shower, the BR was flooded reaching the room, so I went to report to front desk ( they don't have a phone in the room so with every issue or need I have to go down)we were transferred to another room with a better BR, but this time the AC is not working. Really hot in the room. One receptionist was rude and said \"its a 3 star hotel dont expect an AC\" which was contradicted by a fellow staff. Their website said they have an AC so thats false advertisement if they don't as claimed by the rude staff. We ended up using 2 rooms, 1 to shower and 1 to sleep. Rooms are not located next to each other so it was really an inconvenience for us. We weren't able to rest properly, our 1st night in Paris was entirely ruined. We opted to just check out the next day and go to another hotel. Martial & Sandra reception crew were very nice who tried their best to help out. They gave me a hard time too contacting their manager, they told me they don't have manager on the weekend, I went back Monday and still they said they don't have a manager to talk to. Finally, I was able to talk to a manager ,Victoria, who listened to all the issues I raised and agreed to give a refund on the remaining 2 nights we are supposed to stay ( still waiting for that) The rooms in this hotel are dark and feels depressing. It is closed to Eiffel Tower. They have a very rude receptionist. No fridge, no microwave,Breakfast average.

We stayed for one night during summer time. One of the things I was looking for is AC when I booked this hotel. You know what, the AC was broken when we checked in. I talked to one guest, who tole me the AC was broken couple of days ago and hotel didn't fix it. It was especially uncomfortable given the room is tiny and the windows couldn't be opened. Place is hard to find if you get outside on a different side. I walked around the building block for 1/2 an hour (had no internet so knew it was there but couldn’t find signs). It was mostly quiet except when hubby got a dog that tried to bite him. The owner was on the top of the building and the dog was off leash.

The hotels ac didnt work everyone had to ask for a fan in their room. And the windows only crack it wasnt pleasant to sleep. The dryer also broke down so i had to dry my clothes after washing them on a heater. Should invest in more than 1 washer and dryer and ac that wprks. Besides that it was walking distance from the eiffel tower, clean, and staff was friendly.

Beds were clean and comfortable, and kids really loved the play room and arcade games in the lobby. The big problem was the air conditioning in our room \"worked\" (it blew some cool air) but did not cool down the room and we sweated all night. The next day someone from the front desk came to the room and checked the a/c and said \"that's just the way it is\", luckily the did give us a fan which was appreciated. Also luckily the weather cooled off a bit for the rest of our trip. Daily temps in Paris during our stay were in the mid-80's (F) ... if there had been a real heat wave going on I think this room would have been unbearably hot. I would not take the risk again for a summer stay here.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time was great so we chose this hotel again. This time the laundry machines were out of service during our entire stay. This was a bit frustrating as I had called ahead before booking to ensure there was laundry on the premises as this was part of a longer trip. When I mentioned this to management they didn’t really seem to care. Other than that this place does still have a lot to offer. My kids loved the free mini arcade in the lobby and the play room. And the staff is friendly. Check-out was a bit slow. There is no iron in the room, but the one in the laundry room is usually available to use. The Eiffel tower is about a 17 minute walk away. And the Monoprix grocery store which is huge is about a 5 minute walk away. Overall I would still recommend this place. Just don’t count on the amenities.

Could be amazing, but let down

Great location and setup. Had all you need for a couple of night stay even though rooms compact. Would have been 9/10 but let down by non existent air-con (which they publicise as a selling point), and dismissive customer service when it was highlighted as not working to reception the morning after, I now know due to the fact she knew the aircon is poor for others aswell. Result was 2 nights unable to sleep properly in a heatwave!
If you can’t offer working air-con, no problem at all, just don’t miss sell to people who book expecting it working!

Entire building’s AC was down. Told the room window will open when checking in only to find out they were fixed windows. Asked to have room changed which they did to a room with window that opens and was also provided with a fan which was ok during the night but staying inside the room during the day was unbearable. They did discount the room rate but still charged over €100 per night.
Restaurant also had no air flow or circulation (no open windows) which made having breakfast quite uncomfortable and was charged €15.

Although the room has ample beds for a family the rooms were run down. Most outlets didn't work and the air conditioning stopped working throughout the entire building for several days. The staff assured everyone that if would be fixed each day but sadly it remained broken for many days. At the cost of the room and lack of necessities, I would avoid this hotel.

Comfortable room with clever layout. Bunk beds did not have fully closing panels all the way around (the foot was open) which we didn’t realize from the photos ahead of time, but was not an issue for our family. Very friendly staff. Great location for visiting Eiffel Tower.

It is accessible to a lot of stuff. The staff is not friendly. The hotel’s air conditioning is not properly working. It is really hot in the lobby. The games machine is not working. I liked nothing about this property. It is way too expensive and not kept clean and not quiet. The front desk reception is not well trained and they are not focused on customer service. Go book a hotel that is a well established chain instead.

When we entered the room the first time, we found hair on the bed and decided to change the sheets ourselves. After reading through the reviews, I realize I am not the first one to report this. The cleaner was nice and did provide all the sheets I requested, but my complaint is that the sheets were not changed in the first place. If you plan to stay, I really recommend checking your sheets when you check in....

The second night we stayed there was fete de la music and there was a band inside the hotel. We didn't mind that as the music stopped sharply at 11pm. It turns out that was not the only band that night. There is a restaurant in the same building as the rooms, and supposedly this is not owned by the hotel. In any case, our room was right above the restaurant and that night they rented this place out to a wedding. At midnight, when the speakers were still blasting, I went down to request the hotel to stop the blaring and instead the front desk receptionist, Martial, was arguing with me why I should not stop a once in a lifetime wedding of someone who happened to rent a restaurant that is right below rooms where families with kids are supposed to sleep!! I had to go another time at 1am to complain again B4 blaring stopped
