Basic but comfortable bar area. Small but well chosen selection of Belgian bottled beers. Good coffee, gratis for guests. Rooms are functional and spotlessly clean. 2 minutes from Brussels Midi station. Very friendly staff. Lots of cheap eats/drinks nearby.

On the whole a nice hotel....centrally located and easy to find. With rooms and area that were clean and tidy.
My only issues were that the room was so hot and when i turned the AC on it blew out hot air!
Breakfast was rather underwhelming sadly.

I mainly picked this location because it is across the street from the Brussels-Midi station. Neighborhood itself wasn't the prettiest but everything we needed was within walking distance. Staff let us check in early and I loved that there was free coffee and tea in the lobby. Rooms were small but did the job. Our group of 8 had a pleasant time.

The hotel is just a stone throw away to the Bruxelles Midi Zuid , literally just in front. We are so happy that we had a great stay— from a welcoming and comforting reception and staff. A 24hour unlimited coffee,tea and choco drinks in the reception area. Breakfast is absolutely filling and has a lot of options. We had a twin room accommodation, though small, it made up with its comfortable bed and functioning facilities. The room was clean and always offered new fresh linen. It has a vegan handsoap, shampoo and bodywash dispenser and a hairdryer. The television offers a variety of channels and option to connect to casttv though we didnt manage to do so as we used apple products. The room was well

Really nice hotel, our beds were made daily and good coffee and water facilities. Only a short walk across the road from the international train station. The only down point was outside the hotel, the area didn’t feel safe at night. A lot of people hanging around and a bit noisy at night, but the hotel can’t control that.

Fabulous friendly staff, thank you! Clean & tidy room, complimentary coffee/tea & water machine in hotel entrance was a very nice touch. Great location as a base to travel around Brussels or Belgium. Just 100mtrs from Gare the Midi Station & only 10/15 mins walk to Grand Place & many attractions. The only very small negative was the immediate surrounding streets were a little run down & untidy, after sundown it could make you feel uncomfortable walking around., but must clarify that we didn’t experience any problems. Overall it’s great!

This ticked the boxes for me after staying in the B and B hotel at Troisdorf, there was as a funfair in the vicinity to walk to and after visiting there found a bar for a couple of drinks and then wander back to hotel and got a coffee which was free to guests, breakfast in the morning was okay but being continental it was sufficient before my journey home to England.
I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was good as it was 5mins from the Eurostar train station.

Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was fast.
We were able to leave our luggage before check in and also after check out which was really helpful.
Sadly the breakfast was really disappointing. No toaster, not alot of choice for vegetarians.
Room and bathroom was small.

Located across street from train station so was convenient for walking on arrival but VERY noisy. Accommodations were not satisfactory. AC didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep with window open due to noise and no screen on windows. Elevator was out of service one day and no hot water in the mornings for a shower. Area overall was rough and wasn’t the safest.

Love the B&B hotel itself, it is within easy walking to the metro station, very convenient for people with luggages. There is a supermarket right across the street. The hotel is modern and compact, there are self-serve coffee machines with free flow drinks at the lobby. Breakfast is decent and filling. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

We needed a room near Midi station for an early train the next morning. This hotel served us well in that. It was clean, modern and very near the station. The room and bathroom were quite small though, so we wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. The area around Midi station isn’t great.

Hotel was fairly new, near the Brussels Zuid station. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Hotel has coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours for the guests. The only downside is that the breakfast area is very small and it can be chaotic at peak times. Also, breakfast options are very small and limited for what you pay.

Extremely convenient for Brussels Midi railway station - literally 2 minute walk from the station.
Unfortunately the surrounding area didnt seem very desirable and we were conscious of groups of males congregating on the street corners.
Fine for the one night stay we had but i wouldnt recommend basing yourself here if your trip is for general sight-seeing for more than a day or 2.

The room was quite spartan but functional and a little cramped for two people, but to be expected considering the price. It was surprisingly quiet and very clean. The drinks counter downstairs was well stocked and easy to use, but something to be aware of if you prefer to have the ease of having it in your room. Most of the facilities were self-service (luggage storage, drinks, etc) but the staff at the reception were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is extremely handy if you’re travelling by train or getting public transport, but not much else to recommend it in the immediate vicinity, and unfortunately the ongoing construction works make the walk into the city centre not particularly pleasant.

Definitely the \"WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS\" Very bad location. - just residential ( lower income) and filthy streets, sidewalks , and businesses. - none of the corporate businesses even take care of their facads or sidewalk areas.
- the small shop owners try- but too much is city or corporate owned .better to pay a little more to stay on the other side of the midi station.

The hotel is a basic and good value option for Brussels. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a basic but decent bathroom. Comfortable bed & free tea/coffee.

The area around Gare du Midi is very edgy and not recommended for solo women travellers especially. However, the restaurants by the hotel are safe and very welcoming - just be careful & aware of your surroundings. I did not have any issues.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located close to the train station. The front desk was very nice and helpful. They even store your luggage for you at no cost, which was very nice! The room was clean and comfy. The only concern we had was the air conditioner didn't seem to cool very much leaving us having to leave the windows open which was loud and noisy for the night. However we didn't mention it to the front desk because we were exhausted and didn't want to pack up to change rooms. So I am sure they would have addressed it if we would have brought it to their attention.

The hotel feels cheap. Facilities not working, bathroom poorly laid out, loud maintenance happening before 9am. The rooms are locked using a key code. No security stopping people entering lift, stairwell etc.

The room was pretty small and cramped but adequate for a short stay. The evening staff was very nice at check in and helpful. Biggest complain about the room was the thermostat did not work properly. It was very hot in the room and when we would try to turn it down it would start to move down and then glitch and max out the heat. We eventually gave up and tried to get it to a neutral setting and just kept our window open to let in some cool air. That made resting difficult though as the streets were noisy all night with people yelling and constant sirens. Morning staff were also not as friendly. Would not recommend unless you’re in a pinch as the upside was it’s proximity to the train station.
