The staff was amazing, the were super friendly and willing to help. The coditions of the room needs to improve. The walls super dirty, the washroom dirty. They dont clean the room even if you stay 5 days. All do the midi station it is not safe we Didn't feel unsafe.

This is a good option if you have a late arrival or early departure to/from Bruxelles Midi, as I did; being able to walk to the Eurostar terminal in six minutes is a great advantage.

And the room was very comfortable. But aside from the location I booked here for the kitchenette as I like to self cater. But it’s not properly set up for self catering. I can’t comment on the microwave/grill thing because I didn’t try to use it. The hob was fine once I eventually worked out how to use it - an instruction manual would have been very helpful. But the worst thing was the lack of appropriate kitchen tools: the only sharp knife provided was a serrated bread knife, which is useless for cutting meat or vegetables. And a cooking spoon would have been much appreciated. If you’re marketing self catering facilities you really do need to deliver the tools to do the job.

I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, train station, grocery stores, and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Nice place with everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and smart. Excellent breakfast. Close to Midi station so very handy if you come in on Eurostar.
However that does mean a bit further out of centre that we'd anticipated. Metro connections reasonably close- 5 minute walk, or about 30 minutes brisk walk all the way to Grand Place.
Area a bit run down but does have everything you need close - supermarket etc.
Enjoyed our stay.

Nice size, beds good, location not great. It is close to the train station but did not feel safe and about a 30 min walk to the city centre. We had no TV for our entire 4 night stay after telling them the first night and repeated told them . They did offer another room but had a double bed. No housekeeping. You have to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.

We enjoyed the room as it was very comfortable in terms of the bed, bathroom and air conditioning. It was very small however and we could not open both of our suitcases at the same time and had to access them on the floor. The wardrobes were a nice size but the wardrobe doors would not open fully as the doors hit up against the bed, so we were unable to use them.
The area around the hotel was very dirty and unkept although the hotel itself was clean and lovely.
We found it easy to access the railway syation (Brussels Midi) and it was easy also to walk to all the places we wished to visit.

Nice smaller boutique hotel near the Midi/Zuid train station. My room was very comfortable and security good as a solo female traveller. The breakfast (extra) was delicious with granola, breads and pastries, charcuterie. The tech is nice to as I was able to cast a show I was waiting to see from my phone to the television. The only downside is that it is a 25-30 minute walk through some construction zones to the historic center of town. However, this is probably why it's more affordable. Uber if you dont want to walk.

Lovely stay but interesting location

It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). And as people who didn’t know the language, this was kind of dangerous as in my brothers necklace was almost stolen. BUT I loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

The dishes were dirty and unwashed when we arrived. The bottom of the kettle was peeling off and would contaminate the water when boiled. Some weird exhaust fan in the room is really loud in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. It was honestly better than nothing, but I wouldn't come back here again.

The apartment room that we booked was spacious and affordable, it came with more amenities than we expected such as cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave and own AC control. Overall a VERY nice place to spend several nights, the only concern is that the neighborhood surround the hotel is not very aesthetic or convenient as there are not many places nearby to eat at. Although with its location so close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station it was easy to hop on a train to visit the Brussels city center and find plenty of places to eat.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. Pros- Buffet breakfast was average but good selection. Close walking distance to Gare du Midi station, metro, bus, etc. Room was comfortable and good size. Staff was lovely and welcoming.

Cons- Floor quite dusty, couldn’t turn off air con from the room (although staff did assist when issue raised), burning smell from microwave and neighbourhood not the best.

Overall was value for money and didn’t expect a lot but was a decent stay for the 2 days spent in Brussels.

Very happy with hotel. Everything that I needed. A few niggles, but not enough to put me off returning.

However, half of the TV channels did not work at all.

I can never work out the hi-tech heating/air conditioning control in a hotel room. I opened the window and kept it open all night, which meant a fair bit of noise from the street.

Had breakfast at the weekend. Not a bargain but OK for the amount I ate. However, not a wide range. They ran out of bread and had to thaw it from the freezer. That should never happen. Common problem of things not being topped up in time (e.g. scrambled egg).

The stay was comfortable. It is just five minutes walk from Midi ststion. The property is was comfortable and we enjoyed the luxury of having a fully equipped pantry as we have a two year old. Only short fall was the breakfast which was standard for all days and didn’t have a lot of options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Lights in hallways completely off, so it's pitch black, and take a little too long to detect motion to turn on.
Area around is not comfortable to walk in the evenings as a single woman. Be cautious as was approached by a group of attempted pickpocketers close to hotel.

It was close to train station. We slept well at night.
The kitchenette was good but plates were dirty, found the floor dirty as well.
Very little or no choice for coffee or tea and no cream to go with it, had to buy our own for our three day stay. And had to have a smart phone to use washer and dryer! Was glad tho there was a heated towel rack! 👍
Hotel boasts of being environmentally friendly but not recycling efforts that I could see.

Let’s start with the good, because it’s mostly good: The hotel is very easy to find, and conveniently located near Gare du Midi. It’s such a quick trip that one day I decided to drop my shopping at the hotel and head back out rather than carry things with me. The station nearby is pretty convenient for going to just about anything you want to do in Brussels. The hotel itself was clean and felt pretty safe, with card access to get in and take the elevator. The room had most of the amenities I needed, and I had brought anything else along with me. The room had cookware and dishes, a microwave, range and dishwasher. They provided some decent instant coffee packets as well. There were tons of outlets around the room, which made me wish I’d brought more converters. There were no USB outlets in the room, which would have been more convenient. The bad: When people say the area is sketchy, boy howdy is it sketchy. It took about a minute or two on my first day for two pickpockets to tail me and go for my bag. I was planning to walk to the touristy area since I was told it’s not far from the hotel, but after that I took the train. I never had any issues after that (I don’t normally carry a backpack but did on that day due to rain—every other day I had a smaller bag that was more secure and less of a target), but the area is still pretty run down with unsavory characters lingering about. I was always a bit concerned that someone would piggyback into the hotel with me.

The room was nice but small. Convenient store and butcher right across the street. The neighbourhood is scary. Many homeless people live on the street a few yards away. We would not go out of the room at night. Close to the train station so it was convenient but seems like a seriously bad neighbourhood. You could see many children being walked to school in the morning right out of our window but never a child playing outdoors. When you’ve paid what Expedia says is all of the charges including tax the hotel still charges you more when you check in. They claim it is city tax. The Expedia site is wrong! … or the hotel is maybe cheating it’s guests. They have espresso machines in the room but the front desk says you only get 2 servings when you check in and refused to give me more though they did give me sugar. The little store didn’t have espresso for that machine… Weird.
