Yes and no, three days in a row had to ask for towels and water, and when I went to the front desk the person made excuses. Room seemed cold, and when you followed the instructions to raise the temp by 3* it did nothing. Allowed were not advices that the hotel had construction going on until a few days before arrival, and could not cancel at that time. Also when calling the # to get assistance for transportation it did not go thru. But when we got assistance from Viking tours we spoke to a person who said they were with the hotel, they could not transfer me to a person who could and gave me the same number Oi was on to call back. Then it would not go thru once again. However the staff at the Concierge desk once we got there were very informative and helpful with out side assistance

It’s a very nice hotel.The room is clean and it is much bigger than other hotel. Addtionally, the location is not far away from the metro and RER. It is very convenient to take a public transportation. It is closed to McDonald as well.

The location was within walking distance to the metro and underground which made it easy to access food, shopping and the attractions. The reason I am not giving a five star rating is for two reasons, the first is I booked this hotel in April 2025 and they waited a day before check-in to advise that they would be performing construction activities during the day from May 2025 - July 2026 and I had booked the stay from July 6 - 9, 2025 and the second is I sent a message to the hotel on July 9th, 2025 as my daughter thought she left something in the hotel room and we were still in Paris at that point and I am still waiting for a response from the hotel.

We reserved a room for a couple with a child and added a clear remark requesting an extra bed. However, when we arrived at 22:30 the room was set for one person. The sofa bed was broken and without a mattress. After an hour, it was set, and our child could go to sleep.
The next morning, we found out the coffee machine was broken. We asked at the reception for a change. When we returned to the room in the afternoon the broken one was still there and we had to call again.
And then the drilling started. While our child tried to sleep, a loud noise started, just above us. A day before our arrival, we received an email stating there would be renovation work at the hotel. This was not stated while we reserved the room. When we called the hotel, we were told the renovations would take place on the 7th and 8th floors. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When we called the reception, they completely denied the noise. When we let them listen to it, all we were told was, \"we understand your frustration.\" This catchy phrase returned throughout our stay, as well as the recurring noise, missing items, and lack of cleanliness.
To sum it up, we do not recommend staying at this hotel. The level of cleanliness is low as well as the attention to details (a change of one towel for a room of three, disregard of the reservation, etc.).

Front desk staffs and concierge were very nice, but the clean crews are horrible. Bathroom’s ceiling was full of dripping yellow spots. Took them 2 days to clean up after complaints and complaints. They cleaned the room only when they want to at their convenience time. Otherwise they would not bother to clean my room. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in Europe. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. They have a serious problem with the cleaning crews.
