I was able to park in Front of Hotel then entered and received the nicest Welcome. The room was in First floor and had an elevator which was Great for my elderly mother. The room which we were in was for 3 as i was travelling also with my aunt. Breakfast was Made and semi buffet. A Girl pressed the fresh o juice and made us eggs. We felt at Home!

It's also in a great location with easy access to the metro and nearby shops and cafes. Since there are so many businesses nearby, it can get quite noisy at night, so that's something to be aware of too. The staff were incredible and always answered any questions we had.

No air conditioning required us to use a noisy fan. Limited hot water was a challenge while showering. Even staff were helpful but day staff seemed to be inconvenienced. Room was clean and efficient with its space.

Quiet, small hotel just off the upscale shopping street in Brussels. Unusual layout with connections to three adjoining buildings. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. We were offered a top floor room which was very beautiful, but extremely hot during the heatwave. There was air conditioning but the hotel didn't provide a remote for controlling it - we asked for this at reception, but were told they would go in the room and set it up themselves. I would expect to have access to the remote 24/7 and be able to change the air conditioning freely, especially during the extreme weather conditions and considering the windows don't open. Additionally, I was travelling with a small baby which the hotel was informed about - I was offered a top floor room which was only accessible through lifts and then some steps. the lift is so small that the pushchair barely fit in. I did ask for a more accessible room, but they didn't have any. Overall, the property is very beautifully decorated and the room was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend it in hot weather and as a family trip, unless they provide fully accessible rooms.

This is a nice hotel in downtown Bruxelles, very convenient for sightseeing downtown. The room is very small but clean and neat. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was quite. No windows to see the city. My only complaint is that it got very hot at night and the air conditioner unit did not work. I even opened the skylights and it was still too hot. I was quite peaved when the air conditioner came on the next morning just as I was getting ready to leave. I would stay there again but I would certainly make sure the that the AC worked in my room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentative.

The reception was exceptionally friendly. The hotel is clean. The room was very small but clean and nice my only complaint was that the air conditioner did not work a couple of nights and the room got very hot and stuffy and it was hard to sleep. I was really irritated when the air conditioner came on just as we were getting up. On the whole I would say it is well worth the cost and a nice place to stay.

We were expecting this hotel to be a happening place (by the reviews) but it turned out to be very quiet and quite boring. The decor was good with its camera film theme however the walls were so thin that everything could be heard between rooms. We were asked to turn the TV off in the room because it was apparently too loud even though it really wasn’t. The day staff were very helpful and friendly but the night staff were miserable and unhelpful. Couldn’t get a decent drink (teeny tiny bottles of beer!) and it took forever to get served. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Posh neighborhood, reasonable boutique hotel
Happy that we got a booking here for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. It’s situated in an apparently posh area surrounded with posh shops. The Metro 2 & 6 lines stop here @ Louis which makes the hotel accessible any time. It’s a short, safe walk from the Metro, which can take you to many points in the city. The hotel ambience is unique, very artsy with numerous photographs framing the interior. Even the room has a gigantic photograph to frame the bed. Needless to say, expect a feeling of being in an artist’s studio—dark walls and painted metal pipes as hardware. We were in one of the rooms on the highest floor so we had to take the elevator to the 4th and climb a flight of stairs to the 5th. No big deal. The only thing was the creaky floor and how it got really warm and incredibly stuffy in our room. We were recommended to turn down our radiators but it just might be all the heat emanating from the lower floors. Nevertheless, beds were comfortable; our family was happy to be safe and sound. Their bathroom was a nice size and more importantly, clean and decent. Housekeeping was also prompt, even showing up on the first day of the year! We didn’t get to try their breakfast but we did purchase beer from their bar!

The building was not designed as a hotel so I woke up when people passed by the room, the design is bare bones, with a cheap bed and a terrible hair dryer.

Elevator broke down, with our kids inside crying
as we were taking the elevator to go to our room on the 5th flr, the elevator broke down and we were stock inside for approx. 12 min. our two small children were terrified and crying. it got so hot inside the elevator and we were all scared. We didn't know if the help/emergency botton worked or not, so was used our cellphone to call the front office. He said we have to wait till he reset it. it was a nightmare, specially with our kids inside. We got out, all sweaty and scared and all the guy offered was if we want water, which we didn't take. He didn't even feel bad a bit about what happened. I was very upset about it. we didn't take the elevator anymore. We got to our room only to find out that even the AC is not working. the room was very dark and everything was just shoved in. Our king size bed was two twin size mattresses put together which was separating annoyingly. the kids sofa bed was so uncomfortable. it felt like he wires were sticking out.The front office was not really knowledgeable either. I am so glad it was any one night that we stayed there. Will not recommend it to any one , specially families.

Fun and funky with a bit of walking
My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here. The place was very cool, comfortable, and friendly. We really loved the decor and our room was great. Breakfast was €15 each (which is a bit pricy) but was much better than we had in Paris a few days before. The neighborhood was quiet but not quite as nice as I was hoping for. It wasn’t bad at all, but we preferred to go walking closer to the city center rather than locally. I liked the quiet area but I do kind of wish I had been a little closer to the center - my poor kid was tired of walking by the time we left! It wasn’t far to the metro though, so our excursions were easy. Overall, we enjoyed it and I would stay there again.

Very cool hotel. I loved the location and general fun vibe. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The one suggestion I would say is the lighting in the room is very dark. Great for a romantic weekend, but tough for working. Also, there are not enough outlets in the right spots. Cool hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Note to future guests: the floors are VERY creaky, but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Overpriced hipster hotel
Although the hotel looks pleasing, it was disappointing, especially when travelling for business. It is in a lovely area which may be one reason it is overpriced. The room is large, which is great, but lacking. There are not enough outlets, which meant I was always having to unplug something in order to even plug in my computer or phone. The room had poor lighting, especially at the desk, with one floppy light sort of attached to a pole. There was no refrigerator in the room.
For the price, I would opt for somewhere else that has those basic amenities and may even have a gym.

Just back from a 3 night stay at Zoom and we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn't really complain, the decor, the furniture, the bathroom and public areas were all lovely...all in a retro industrial style.
We were really impressed with the customer service whilst staying at the hotel. All staff we dealt with were so helpful. We had an issue with broken air conditioning in our room but staff immediately offered us breakfast free of charge and upgraded our room.

Fairly easy to find. Parking right across the street, but 20 euro charge. Really like the decor but would of liked to be able to close the windows (no AC) cause the street noise made it hard to sleep.

The hotel Ian located in the downtown area, close to all stores and restaurant. Very nice area. The room was spacious and it has a tub. No AC but has large windows. Very quiet, neat, clean and the quality of toiletries, linens, bed and pillow are all high standard. I will definitely come back and stay at zoom hotel
