We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not in the heart of the popular tourist center but is a pleasant 30 minute walk away. It is also a short walk to a subway station for trips to airport, rail station or attractions on the outskirst of the city. Particularly appreciated was the good A/C on a 100 Degree day! The breakfast was additional cost but was very good and conventient. Recomend this lodging and would stay again.....

What a Treat!
Made in Louise is an excellent establishment. We stayed in the executive room and it was a beautiful suite that included a large bathtub and plenty of space. The courtyard was a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and conversation in the evening and the neighborhood was walkable. Ciao Bella was one of the fabulous restaurants close by. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

the GOOD: Great breakfast, and hotel staff very helpful. Nice that they offer amenities such as free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, a billards table/ping pong/lifesize chess to play, chocolate caramels at the reception. We had in issue with the air system in our room the first day and the front desk first tried to fix it with us and then she eventually switched us to another room. the BAD: overall the rooms were a bit dated, our bathroom towel hooks were broken and the comfort+ rooms were VERY cosy,...very little room beyond a bed and bathroom. The UGLY: We had a bug in our bed one of the days, so I took a star off for that.

Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood.
The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available from the cafe bar behind reception. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Shampoo and shower gel are provided but not conditioner which seemed a bit odd. The towels were not as luxurious as might have been expected.
There was a good breakfast buffet available each morning and pastries and coffee available all day. Very good quality and served with courtesy and charm.
All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and informative.
I would definitely choose to stay there again if I return to Brussels... it's definitely one to recommend!

Smallish room in a quaint hotel. Doesn't seem to be handicapped accessible. There are stairs to enter the hotel and stairs to get to the elevator.
Staff was helpful at times. Other times they didn't seem to know the area. Hotel is a bit out of the way and a 30 minute walk minimum to any area of interest. Maybe public transportation is available, we just didn't look into it.
Biggest complaint was the shower. No curtain and the glass wall on went across the opening. The back of the shower opening was always open allowing the floor to get wet the whole time you're showering (similar to if you had a curtain but kept it half open the whole time).
Otherwise, nice place. Little dated but that might be by design. As a tourist, I'd likely stay somewhere closer to the city sites next time.

Good little hotel. Clean quiet and comfortable. Close to Louise Street for shopping. We stayed in room 23 which had room darkening shades (one missing) and shutters no AC and no elevator. Got a little sticky one night, but not too bad because we were there in September. Breakfast available but we did not try it. Great staff

When we arrived to the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags before the room was ready for us. They also delivered our bags to our room when it was ready. The staff was kind and helpful for the entirety of our stay.
Unfortunately the property could use some upkeep. Our room was not the cleanest, and the bedding had a few small stains. Also, if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best hotel for you, as the rooms are not soundproofed and every footstep around you can be heard throughout the night.

Strongly recommend to anyone who prefers the boutique experience. What sets this place apart is its proximity to the center of town - close enough to experience it all but distanced just far enough to feel like you still get some small taste of local authenticities. The neighborhood is beautiful - chock full of picturesque streets and townhomes. There is a self-guided neighborhood architecture tour worth checking out if you have time - the reception desk provided us with all the necessary info for that and it turned out to be a highlight of our visit. Amazingly warm, helpful & friendly staff. They were particularly helpful with helping us navigate Belgium’s newly enacted Covid restrictions & their recommendations for restaurants proved to be very good & accurate. We felt very welcomed by every person we dealt with here. As a couple, we were spoiled with a triple room (#6). It was quite large by European standards, clean & comfortable bed/bedding. Blackout shades and quiet. Good water pressure in shower. Access to free water & coffee was a nice perk throughout our stay.

What an incredible stay, location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This hotel is located in a convenient place within Brussels, outside of the noise and chaos of the absolute-centre of the city, but easily accessible there through public transport. The surrounding Louise and Stefania areas have plenty of shops, eateries and convenience stores in themselves. The hotel itself is a clean and well-presented hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My room was a little small, although you will get more out of this hotel by relaxing in the numerous cosy communal areas (which differentiate this hotel from others), rather than your room. I would definitely consider this hotel again.
