I always enjoy this Element hotel, friendly,bery nice staff, professional, cleanliness is extremely important to me. Even this time I used the laundry room and I was impressed, it also was clean, my only suggestion would be to put better signs so when guest use the dryers they clean the lint traps also the area to add detergent can stand a cleaning but otherwise, all is always awesome!!! Great staff and hotel

This was my and my family's second time staying at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are SO friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and anything that we were lacking, the front desk was more than willing to accommodate. Very pleasant stay and interactions that my family and I are growing accustomed to.

The reason I chose this hotel was to utilize the stay and fly option. Upon checking in, we were told the airport shuttle does not start running until 6am. We had a 7am flight so we could not make it to the airport on time. Also the hotel is a bit dated. The frig had dents all in the front and the shower was in need of replacing. Everything else was OK.

Even staying at the same time as a girls, youtth, hickey team, it was so quiet and peaceful, that i slept wonderfully. Definitely recommend for convenience and peaceful rest when coming through Dallas. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day.
I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews online, because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!

It's a nice hotel, my coworker and i booked because of the 9 of 10 start rating, but I feel that's very old rating. Overall a good start, but the room has wall damage, chipped and damaged furniture, and loose outlets. It's probably time for an update at this property.

Dinner dining was nearby, as was entertainment. Breakfast was incredible, there were so many options to choose from, and it was delicious. I would have liked to have had real oatmeal, instead of instant, but I loved having real plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware. We would definitely stay there again. The highlight for me was the lovely young lady at the front desk, Kiara, she made my day. She was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I wish we could have stayed longer. Awesome experience!

I booked this hotel, literally as a last-minute resort for a family trip for my children and myself, and I'm SO glad I did. The receptionist, Kiara, was so hospitable upon check-in and throughout our stay, as was two other gentlemen that were present at varying intervals.

As far as cleanliness, the hotel, including the lobby and rooms were spotless. We did have a mishap with one of the elevators when we arrived, but opted to use the stairs for a bit, until the lift was serviced.

The shuttle was also a major convenience, offering drop off and pick up service to and from the airport and many locations in the surrounding area.

The rooms were very modern, and the amenities were perfect. The kids and I agree...we would definitely stay here again!

Avoid! No air conditioning and mold

No air conditioning! It's 6 am and 78 degrees in my room! The staff doesn't care. Apparently it's been an issue in a lot of the rooms for over a year, but it hasn't been repaired.

Also there's a constant smell of mold throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways, but also in the room.

Public areas look great and are cool, but not the rooms.

I always stay at this Element when I have to come the DFW area for work. The staff are always nice and the happy hour at the end of the day is alwways great and accommodating. One time, I came back to the hote tired from a long day and I saw that I had just missed happy hour because the bartender was already packing up. But when he saw me, he pulled out two cold beers for me to take up to my room to enjoy.
The location is also great because it's close to the major highways, near good food (and variety of choices) and also close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

Our room was big but gross. We didn't even want to sit on the couch, hair in the shower (not just a little), dirty floors and baseboards, just yuck. The hotel was not full and we had a connecting room. First of all, the lock was not locked and second, they put someone in the room around 11pm that was so loud and obnoxious that we didn't get any sleep, even with the door to bedroom closed. The surrounding around was not walkable and the \"airport\" hotel was not close to the airport. Won't stay again.

The employees were nice and helpful.

First day front desk staff was significantly more friendly than end of our stay staff. The breakfast was good, way better than most hotels, and the staff that supported that we great. They do need do not disturb signs as they started knocking at 9:30 for a total of three times by 11. I understand they want to get at their job as quick as they can but there were no do not disturb signs and checkout was noon

EV Owners BEWARE! NO EV CHARGING HERE!!!

We drive an EV. We paid extra to stay here because they advertise as an accommodation that they have EV Chargers on their website and Hotels.com I even called to confirm that they had EV charging, and they said yes. I drove the whole parking lot...NEVER saw a charging station. I finally asked the front desk clerk to show me where it was...he just kept pointing in a general direction and said unfortunately, there was a car parked in front of it. He didn't say that it hasn't worked in years etc. they just tried to stick with the script that they have EV charging as he began to give me directions to a charging station 10 minutes away. SEE MY PIC. I asked if he could just cancel my reservation so that we could find another hotel with charging and he said...\"Sorry I can't because you pre-paid for the room. I've NEVER seen a \"charging station\" this old. It didn't even have power cables on it. Took us about 2.5 hours going around town, and finding available chargers and get charged up. In the morning, I asked for the manager... conveniently NOT available. The front desk clerk told me that that charging station was about 14 years old and hadn't worked in years! What!?!?
The front desk clerk said she would pass on my complaint to the manager. I asked if there was anything they could do for me because of the situation stating verbally over the phone and on their website...they did not do one thing to make this right. BEWARE! Hotels.com should make them remove EV Charging off website.

We enjoyed our stay, and it was a lovely surprise to have a kitchen with plates and cutlery and everything we needed for dinner-in.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good, and powdered eggs and instant oatmeal was disappointing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Really bad. The positive reviews MUST have been paid for. The area is a lot nicer that this hotel…don’t be fooled as I was. Hair everywhere, front desk sleeping in the back when attempting to checkout, furniture looked thrifted (in a bad way), dirty doors, dirty bathroom floor.

Great Hotel.

Loved it. The hotel was great and central to my trip between Arlington, Dallas, and Grapevine.

The electric charger on the property wasn’t working but there’s a Tesla supercharger close.

Would absolutely stay there again.

For check in, I had to wait about 10 minutes until the front desk staff could find me a room even though I’d booked a week in advance. The room was pretty nice; my only true complaint is that I booked the room for 2 nights, but we only received a total of 2 face towels and 2 large towels. We had to ask the front desk for more towels after first night.

It was right off the highway, clean, nice staff, plenty of room and quiet. It was only for an over night stay to drop a family member off at the airport but I definitely would choose to stay again.
