The staff at reception were welcoming, it was tranquil and beautifully decorated. The spa was open to late over the weekend and breakfast was amazing as always. The shuttle to the airport is a good bonus. I would recommend a stay here.

This is incredible hotel, 10/10 service - 10/10 - staff 10/10 rooms - 10/10 everything. And guys at the bar, Shion, Felix, Felipe and other Simon are amazing but Shimin the dark hear one is probably one of the best bartenders that actually become a friend in my life. Truly truly recommend this hotel you won’t regret it

Hotel is new and clean . Beautiful swimming pool and spa but the only problem was with guests who were swimming in their clothing ( pants, tee shirts etc). We are acostomed to take shower before entering a swimming pool. So the pool staff suppose to keep an eye on the rules.

Really great staff minus the life guard. Our kids jumped in the pool over and over and had fun. He yelled at them after a while and pointed at the sign that stated no diving. When I asked him what the issue with jumping in was, he stated they could not jump in because its dangerous and they could hit their head while pointing at the \"No Diving\" sign. (No diving was being done). He said I was being rude with him for asking him what the issue was.
Food was good, movie theater was great for the kids and rooms were very nice.

The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the concert arena. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast selection was great. I really enjoyed my stay and was especially glad I didn’t have to deal with the crowds trying to catch a ride after the concert.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were really friendly. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. It was only a ten minute walk to the tram stop. We really enjoyed our stay.

-They organized a Wine and some nice refreshments for our honeymoon. I really appreciated that.
-Breakfast was good. They have a live counter for nice omelet.
-2 EV charger on site. That was very convenient.
-Nice jacuzzi and sauna and hammam. We quite enjoyed that.
-Room was nice and very clean.
-Bathroom as also very nice and clean.
-We went to the downtown with Taxi and it costed us 24 PLN. So it is very convenient if you have a car or commute by taxi. We did not check how far was the public transportation so I cant comment on that.

From start to finish our visit was great. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation we have would be for the restaurant. They close at 10 which is great, but they didn’t inform us when we sat down at 9 that you had to order dessert before 10 also. Not huge deal, but something to maybe mention when dining. All in all, we had a great stay!

Excellent value for money. Staff are there to help and any questions relating to the hotel services and touring the city and further were immediately answered. Pool and spa again spotless. Breakfasts usual high standard buffet while one evening we ate in the hotels main restaurant after a busy day, again extremely impressed with the service, value and most importantly the standard and quality of food and presentation. Two things though, the Wi-Fi was always available throughout the hotel but couldn’t connect to my BT home page and my banking app. Easily sorted just used the computer station at the reception area. Then the second thing is the location, you’ll use the taxi service quite a lot to get to the old town and pick up points for tours, so bolt it was.

Big question is would we go back to the hotel, and the answer is definitely a yes, after checking the Expedia site for a deal of course.

Stay was from Monday to Friday and had to request room cleaning. No robes and slippers for swimming pool again had to request. Robes were left in a heap on the small table in the room. Very very disappointed I am. HH member for 10+ years and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in

We loved this hotel! The beds are wonderful, the staff was accommodating and helpful, breakfast was great, and the location was pretty good. By far the best thing was the swimming pool and spa. The spa is the size of a small pool, with multiple different powerful jets to massage you. A much needed way to relax after an emotional and distressing day at Auschwitz.

Amazing top of the world experience

This was definitely an amazing experience. Property is very beautiful and it looks refreshingly new, it was a pleasant experience soon we entered the hotel and checkin experience was quite smooth as compared to what I have experienced so far in hotels I have been in abroad. They sort of pampered us by giving me an upgrade to suite and then their free services like sauna, jacuzzi and pool added to the luxury.
It is located in quite peaceful location so if u want something in centre of city then it may not be very convenient for you though just 10 mins drive to centrum but it was just perfect for me as I was looking for a peaceful location. Overall it was top of the world experience.

Fantastic hotel in Krakow

We enjoyed staying at this hotel for 5 nights very much. Room is spacious, clean, bed is comfortable, shower is fantastic. Just took us 7 mins to walk to tram station then you can arrive the old town in 10 mins. The area of the Hotel is very quiet and safe. So we have a good rest after a long day travelling. Air condition is excellent as the time was around 30C when we were there. It’s a hotel we will come back and highly recommended.

Arrived early and managed to check in early which was great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Executive lounge is definitely worth paying the extra for and the staff are attentative. The couple of down sides we had was the surrounding area which wasn’t great and we were actually told not to use the front entrance at night time. The second was the hotel allowing dogs. The hotel does say that pets are allowed but when a dog is barking for what seemed an eternity on more than one occasion (at night also) it gets annoying. We mentioned it to reception as obviously nobody was in the room with the dog but nothing was done about it. Overall though a nice hotel

The bed was missing a sheet. After contacting the front desk and waiting 10 minutes for sheets to be brought, I called the front desk to check on status. The girl said she ordered them and she didn’t know how long it would take. And then hung up on me. After talking with the manager on duty, she fixed everything and said she would speak to her employee on customer interaction.

Great hotel and spacious rooms. Executive lounge drinks do not match the quality one expects. Very ordinary whiskey which was not touched in four days we stayed. Had to ask for olives. Same for red wine- very cheap.

Great venue wrong location!

Cannot fault this excellent Hotel and its staff. However I booked this on the say so of its own promotional info saying it was \"city centre\". It definitely is not! It is at least a half hour tram journey into the city centre which put it out of range of the free hotel pick-up offered by the day trip companies. As I said the Hotel and staff themselves were all excellent. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant ( just to save us the journey into the centre) and we were not disappointed. Krakow is a beautiful, friendly city.

There on a business trip alone. On arrival, my bedsheets and pillowcase had small hair, like someone had a haircut done and the hotel did not change the bedsheets. I asked for clean sheets which arrived promptly. Generally good hotel next to the shopping mall. Able to catch an IMAX film there. There is also a McDonalds next to cinema. The pot to heat water stopped working after the first use. Bathroom could be cleaned better when guest when staying over two nights.

A little way from town, but great facilities

We booked a 4-night stay in October to stay in July in an Executive Room on the top floor, with free breakfast and access to the Executive lounge. It was an absolute bargain and a really good choice, as we were able to eat/drink when we wanted which was all included, as well as use the gym and pool - both being excellent sizes. We found the staff really helpful and approachable.
The tram link was quick and efficient, we were able to buy tickets at the hotel and get directions.
All in all a really good introduction to Poland, and a lovely hotel to enjoy away from the crowds.

I found the hotel to be of top quality, although very concerned that they did not offer an English movie channel, even if you had to pay extra. Especially as the cinema across the road was only in Polish.
No offer of continental breakfast either, therefore very expensive if you only have cereal or toast for breakfast.

An excellent hotel, close to a tram stop

Very friendly and helpful staff. It takes 5 mins to walk through the shopping centre and then you can be in Krakow centre in about 10 mins. The room was lovely and clean with an excellent shower. We ate breakfast there on the Sunday and it was very tasty.

Beautiful hotel with modern decor. We got the king size bed and it was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. We also used the pool area several times - beautiful and so relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful with all our questions and requests. We'll definitely be back!

A very enjoyable stay in the hotel . Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was great and open until late. Reception staff very helpful. A little out of town but easy access into the centre by tram or taxi which was very cheap. A small shopping mall is close by with eating places and bowling. No complaints whatsoever, hope to return.

Arrived at the hotel and unfortunately they did not have the room that we book, no problem we were given an up grade at no extra charge, very helpful staff even loan us an umbrella for a rainy day, used the pool and gym great, bar and restaurant very good, will stop there again.

Almost everything was excellent about the hotel except the fact it is about 10 min train journey outside the city centre. Taxi fares can vary depending on which taxi you get. Expect to pay min 20 plz. Rooms, staff and food excellent. Hotel is quiet especially at evening time. I would recommend.

Great accommodation at a mid-level price. Rooms, restaurant, pool and spa where all very clean, well staffed and provided enjoyable experiences. The hotel is right across from a small shopping complex with a variety of stores. The restaurant is rather good, but a tad pricier than similar quality restaurants in the center of Krakow. It is a good choice when one wants to go to bed earlier and not deal with public transportation after a nice meal or drinks. They provide a nice buffet breakfast at a reasonable price (children below 12 eat for free).
