Very, clean, command modern with nice amenities. Close to the main railway station and 10 minutes from Old Town. Very convenient. Our one issue was that the apartments are not well ‘signed’ and when we went into the front reception the lady on the desk was utterly unhelpful, if not dismissive!

This property is clean and nice, walkable to city center and Galleria as well as Krakow Glowney. Very convenient. Check in process can be tricky as it’s either through WhatsApp or the office which is off site and down the street at 40 Lubicz. Once you get familiar with the property layout it’s easy to get around. Stayed again after returning from Warsaw. Definitely would recommend!

I booked this location because it said there was a restaurant, bar and washing machine. There was no restaurant or bar. And although there was a washer there was no dryer to not helpful at all. I never received an email with instructions and had to walk an additional 5 mins each way in the dark and cold to retrieve the details for check in - vs someone being at the address location for check in. Just wasn’t impressed at all. Poor communication and details and description was not accurate.

Pros; lots of room 10-15 minute walk to the main square, plus a clothing washer.
Con’s: when we arrived there was nobody there to check us in at around 10 PM. By luck, we were able to figure out that there was another location about 200 yards away where we had to check in. Unfortunately we did not know this before so we were stuck, pulling our luggage through the cobblestone street late at night, and then having to pay for an Uber to go back to the original location where our place was located. Very inconvenient. Additionally, there is no AC which it was pretty hot. We couldn’t even hang out there in the middle of the day. Besides those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay.

Szybkie i bezproblemowe zameldowanie (uwaga - recepcja jest okolo 200-300m od Lubicz 17).

Pomimo odleglosci od glownej recepcji, ktos z oblugi zawsze jest dostepny. Mielismy problem z Internetem - zostal rozwiazany w 5minut. Szybka komunikacja miedzy pracownikami.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta i bardzo blisko dworca.

Property itself was okay however dirty inside. The cleaning needs to be better as there was dust and crumbs under table and in bathroom. Broken mug left inside. The furniture was alright, nothin special but the beds were not very comfortable. Location was great to old city but whoever cleans does a terrible job. Pipe also started leaking in bathroom. Soap dispenser fell off from the tape. Very cheaply made apartment.

Perfect except odor

The apartment was new and well maintained. The room was also well cleaned, however, somewhere from kitchen had an odor...though I couldn't specify the location. The other things were perfect! Also, the person at the reception was kind and gentle, which made a nice atmosphere :)

Well located comfortable apartments

Well located comfortable apartments. Easy check in and check-out, spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. Shopping center (with restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops) and train station 5 minutes walk away. I would stay again.
You can book transfer to the airport with them which is convenient but it will cost you around double taxi/uber fare.

Останавливались в гостинице на 6 ночей двое взрослых и двое детей 2 и 8 лет . Всё очень понравилось, чисто , красиво . Заселялись ночью , вся процедура заняла буквально 5 минут . Расположена близко от центра и старого города (7-10 минут пешком ), 3 минуты до торгового центра . Минусы : 1. Хотя было указано , что персонал русскоговорящие за 6 дней никто на русском так и не заговорил ) 2. При бронировании на фото номера был балкон , но при заселении не было .3. Курение запрещено на всей территории гостиницы и приходилось выходить за ворота .

Amazing stay definitely recommend but airco needed

Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel via email and asked if they could book us a taxi, taxi was waiting on arrival - no messing around! We arrived to the hotel late on Friday evening to be welcomed to a helpful and pleasant member of staff, the grounds were clean and we was shown to our apartment, which was stunning, with amazing facilities, everything you needed such as kettle, cooker, fridge, knifes and forks, iron, hairdryer, even a washing machine, and much more! As we arrived late we thought there would be no shops around, there was a 24hr express shop 5 minutes from were we stayed, so we grabbed a snack which was needed! The beds and the pillows were comfortable, we had a problem with our shower as the dial was not turning and was stuck on very hot were it was burning your skin, it was impossible to get a shower, we let the Reception know and a engineer came to fix the problem which was very quick. The hotel location is excellent and only 10 minute walk to the city with a cafe next door open of a morning to grab cake and coffee, there is a shopping centre nearby which was lovely and a underground that has a Mcdonalds! The only down fall of the apartment was it was VERY hot off an evening and stuffy, there was no air conditioning, I think if we came in the summer it would be too hot to stay in there because it was cool it wasn't too bad, if you opened the window it was VERY noisy with people, I had to wear ear plugs :( I would stay again but hope there is aircon!!

Great little place to stay. Very quiet and close to everything. The only thing was that the mattress was very flat and kind of collapsed in the centre so you took towards your partner in bed when sleeping. It’s work out. The unit was lovely and perfect for what we needed.

The aprthotel is very close to the City center (10-15min walk) and close to the main train station.
The apartment looks good but needs some maintenance (Flore tiles sticking out). We ordered an apartment with two double beds and a sofa bed but got one double bed and one sofa bed (we were a couple with 2 adults), one of the adults was cramped of the living room sofa (was not an opening one) reception and house maintenance tried to help and resolve the problem but only option was for one person to stay at a different apartment in the different building…

I would recommend this place for any group stays. The apartment is really nice. The floor layout is great as the bedrooms are on a different side of the living room and kitchen so everyone in our group was comfortable. It’s also close to all tourist attractions and has parking.

This looks like a brand new place, everything is very clean and bright. We stayed at the top floor in the one bedroom suite, we loved the wrap-around deck. There was always someone at the front desk and they were nice and helpful. Also the free parking is a huge plus.
The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main square, which is a good thing, because it is very quiet. We were in the main square at around midnight and it was very loud there (drunk people), so I was glad that we weren’t staying around that.
You do have to walk under this shady-looking bridge thing to get to the hotel but there wasn’t anyone there. We also saw people walking there alone at night so I guess it isn’t too unsafe. Overall great stay.

Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment a short walking distance from the old town.

Nice fitted kitchen with big fridge freezer, dish washer and a Nespresso machine. Dining table for 4. Huge flat screen smart TV in front of the sofa that will let you use your own account for the streaming services.

Loads of hanging space in the bedroom and a small safe for valuables. The bed was really comfortable, on the firmer side as I like it.

Large walk in shower in the bathroom and a washing machine if you need one. I didn't notice if it was a washer-dryer but there's a small balcony where you could dry clothes.

The area has convenience stores and restaurants so you can avoid the pricier places near the main tourist sites if you want.

There's secure underground parking on site although we didn't use it.

The apartment was very warm so we left the windows open constantly. I'd imagine it would be very warm in there during the summer.

The location of the property was excellent for getting around Krakow.

There were a couple of things about the apartment that I didn't like.

Being an apartment that sleeps 6 I felt that one bathroom wasn't adequate, myself and my 18 year old son stayed two nights and it was ok but I can imagine that 4 or more people staying there then it would be a problem.
Apartment was rather dark, mismatched light bulbs in hallway making it difficult to see anything in the mirror, bed in one room badly positioned for plug sockets and no mirror in this room thus having to use the one in the dark hallway to dry my hair as bathroom (other room with mirror) occupied!!!
Ikea furniture/fittings were a little tired and showing their age, bed a little tatty in one room, mirror and bathroom vanity cabinet tatty also.
Sound carried around the apartment as all the floors were tiled, plus noisy occupants in the flat above.

Not what we ordered...

We have ordered a three bedroom apartment, two months prior to our stay. However, they have overbooked these apartments (frankly, if I understood correctly from the lady in the reception desk: they don’t actually have such apartments). Instead they have given us two 1-bedroom apartments that can be joined through a corridor. This means that one of the kids needed to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room and anyway the kids were far away from us (we travel with small kids, 3, 3, and 4 years old). Beside that everything was okay, but given the many options you have in krakow for this type of accommodation (even in the same streets there were similar apartments..) I would choose someone that really give you what you’ve reserved, or at least show some concern about your comfort and well-being, once they have downgraded you (not to mention an email or a phone if it wasn’t intended for in the first place)

All good, just be flexible

We got charged again, despite the information that we already paid. Unfortunately the battery died so we went back to show the confirmation and they apologized. Nevertheless this shouldnt happen as they blocked the money for a few days due to this mistake. Moreover its a bit confusing as we reserved in the „Aparthotel“ and then there was a second reception called „Exclusive Appartments“, which was obviously belonging together but still confusing. The appartment was spacious and clean.

This was a beautiful apartment. Very spacious with modern and high quality fittings. Had everything we needed such as secure car parking, good WiFi, great location, shops and cafes close by and walking distance to main attractions. Staff were efficent and helpful. Enjoyed a meal at the pub restaurant in the complex. Appreciated having a full kitchen and washing machine. Very highly recommended. Probably the best accommodation we've had on our European trip.

Very nice apartment. We were next to the train tracks, but not a big distraction for us. You can probably ask for an apartment away from the tracks, as they seem to have an entire block of apartments. Brovar Lubicz (Brewery) was great for breakfast and dinner...really good beer and food! Excellent location...10 minute walk to old town! We loved our first trip to Krakow!

Great location, lovely apartment with parking

This is a fantastic complex very near the main train station with parking facilities. A 10 minute walk will get you into the main old square which is beautiful, plenty of places to eat, drink and see. The apartments are secure, well fitted out and very comfortable with an onsite micro brewery, what's not to love!!!

Great location clean and new

the location is great 24 hours concierge and the flat is brand new and they have everything you can think of form hair dryer to dish washer.
10 min walk to everywhere and close to the shopping mall as well. I would totally come back

Great Place

Great place. It was a bit hard to find but once there you were very close to everything. Only 10 minute walk to city center. Rooms were very spacious ant had all the stuff you would need. Great pice and location. Parking was very good and secure
