Super miejsce, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry serwis, szczególne dzięki dla pana Dariusza. Jedna gwiazdka mniej za dwa problemy. Wi-Fi przez pierwsze dwa dni był praktycznie niedostępny. Drugi problem to parking, żeby wjechać trzeba zadzwonić pod specjalny numer. Niestety numer nie łączy jak się dzwoni nie z polskiego numeru telefonu, więc praktycznie dla osoby tylko z zagranicznym numerem wjazd na parking jest albo niemożliwy albo bardzo trudny.

This is not a 5 star hotel, staff barely speaks English, I was told just to “google it” when asking about things, the breakfast is mediocre, spa pool is poor, needs outdoor pool, the saunas were fairly good but some of them not functioning, the facility looks nice but is inconvenient, long walk to the lobby and dining, the gym was nice but far away and difficult to find, there was a nice bar with pool a d bowling which the kids liked. Overall, not a five star hotel, obviously wants to be with large buildings, good location on the lake with great views but lack better service and better trained staff

Everything about the hotel was first class, with three exceptions. it was disappointing to have to pay for parking. I wish they'd just had a slightly higher room price and included it.
Secondly, we had two dinners in the restaurant on the island. The ambiance was lovely but the food was not very hot on either occasion, on the first night, we were given everything for bread, plate, knife, oils and vinegar before our dinner but forgot the bread. When our starters arrived the items mentioned were hastily whipped away. On the second night, my starter had one of the most important ingredients missing, very disappointing as it was quite expensive.
Thirdly, it was amusing afterwards but there were strong rules about the spa which was a naked area where no children were allowed. Fair enough, being English I just abided by the rules and got on with it. On my way to the steam room from the sauna wearing nothing but my wedding ring and a smile I encountered a clothed lady with her also clothed, no more than 13 year old daughter. I thought the staff could have pointed out the rules more effectively

During 4 days of our stay, the cleaning staff never cleaned the surface of the furniture and the floor carpet, the shower cubicle was not cleaned. Very poor offer of TV channels, pay-TV channels do not accept an order to play a movie, but only collect financial resources. At my request, the fee was canceled by the receptionist. Tasty breakfast, with exclusion the juices available , all of them, barely retain their taste due to excessive dilution with water.

I recommend this hotel for family stays with children. Everything available in one place. The hotel need to have an overlook in breakfast variety. Mud Sauna was not working for which I was interested before coming to hotel.

Wonderful stay
The hotel is right on the lake, and we had a view of the town. Beautiful. Our rooms were elegant, comfortable, huge, and each one had a balcony. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of choices. It was buffet style, but they also had a chef preparing omelets and eggs. It's a short walk to town. It's a resort hotel and they take care of the guests very well. It was a very enjoyable stay.
For people interested in the history of WWII, Hitler's Wolf's Lair is about 45 minutes away by car.

Relaxation! Relaxation! Relaxation!
I had a relaxing stay after a month of traveling around Poland. It's location is perfect, right in the water. The rooms have a fantastic view of the water. The spa facilities (sauna, steam room, pool, relaxation rooms, etc.) are included in the price of the room as well as a very good buffet breakfast. It is a short 10 minute walk into town. The hotel has so much potential, but they need to work out the annoying kinks to cater to international holiday travelers. I would suggest the following: 1) having a concierge to help travelers book sailing excursions, book busses to get to and from the area (very difficult to figure out on your own) and 2) make some changes to their restaurant menus. The main dining area has a nice buffet and the pub is a formal restaurant, but there isn't any place to get a light meal after 9 p.m. I would suggest changing the menu in the pub after 9 p.m. to cater to the after-spa guests and serve light, healthy foods (salads, teas, etc.) so guests could go right from the spa to get a light bite before retiring (they are all in the same building). They have a nice bar with a bowling alley and pool tables but they don't even serve peanuts. Adding snack foods such as a tapas or suchi or pizza would bring more guests into the area. People get hungry when they drink.

I was poisoned by seafood soup in hotel's restauraunt. And staff didn't even have any medicines to help. Thanks to one girl who brought something from home. Next morning, when staff changed - noone knew about the situation so I dind't hear any apologies or something. Not a 5 star level at all

We understand the limitations of COVID-19, but there are certainly some things that need to be improved, such as serving breakfast to the room because the food is cold.
