Robert was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and explained anything we needed to know. The apartments are on the main square in a brilliant location. Our apartment (No 4) was enormous with everything that you could possibly need. It was very clean, on the 3rd Floor overlooking an internal courtyard from which there was a lift, so no stairs to climb. The apartment did have 3 steps to the entrance door, but not a problem for us. Would definitely stay at the Rynek Glowny Apartments again.

This apartment is great for a small group or family. Located directly on the main square, there are numerous dining options immediately out your door. It is a major tourist destination so prices are a bit higher unless you venture outside the old town district. Finding the apartment might be a minor challenge as taxis cannot drive into the square, but the host was quickly available to give us directions to the portal leading to the apartment. Comes with spacious kitchen and dining, super large bathroom with both tub and big shower, and air conditioners all around. Large screen TV a bonus! Due to fourth floor location would not recommend for physically challenged even though small elevator gets tenants to/from location with no problem. Extremely clean and well maintained - recommend for any occasion.

It was a comfortable stay but at night you do hear the music from the nearby venues for most of the night and early morning. They did warn us about it when we booked so appreciated the message.

The furnished apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. It was conveniently located and the two bedroom apartment is very comfortable. We were on the third floor and no elevator - so it may be hard for some to carry your luggage. There’s a partial view of the beautiful Rynek Glowny square. Nice to have a powder room plus the full bathroom. The kitchen was decent - I wish they gave more coffee pods and some paper towels.
Water pressure is strong. Plenty of hot water. Nice refrigerator and dishwasher.
My only complains:
There’s a loud music/vibration from speakers late at night that you can hear in one of the two bedrooms.
The host never responded to any of my text after we got the apartment keys.
There’s only one set of keys - so not convenient if there are two or more of you staying. There’s no concierge and you need to use the key to lock the apartment door from the outside and from the inside.
The microwave was confusing on how to operate or simply wasn’t working.

Amazing, spacious apartment which is perfect for a family. You will love the location. It doesn't get any better. The only slight inconvenience is that it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. If you plan on bringing heavy luggage you may want to look elsewhere. All that said, we made it work and would love to stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location and is spacious however it is not in the best condition with broken doors and peeling paint - the sofa bed is very uncomfortable with a cover that doesn’t cover 2 people - the worst part of the whole sty was the noise from the flight simulator company downstairs! Only downside was the A/C units were not functioning properly but the owner did everything he could to resolve problem. One of the BEST accommodations I’ve ever experienced in my over 30 years of travel. Location, service, cleanliness, spaciousness, etc…everything was 20 out of 10! Thank you, Robert, for the exceptional accommodation. I can’t wait to go back there. I just wished for late checkout, due to the popularity of the place, it was not possible, which is totally understandable.

The apartments are in a beautiful building right off the main square and market so it is convenient to everything in Old Town... you cannot beat the location! There is a Michelin Star restaurant at the courtyard entrance, and the Hard Rock Cafe and the cathedral are next door. Monika kindly kept my luggage stored until the room was ready upon which she notified me so that I was able to occupy the room earlier than the checkin time. The studio was large and comfortable with a separate entry hall for the kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and stocked with enough supplies for the duration of my stay. The only cautions are that it is a walk-up with no elevator, and the walls/windows are not soundproof so you can hear the neighbors walking around, the people on the terrace and in the stairwell, and the music and people from the square at night. I also noticed the cigarette smoke from the terrace wafted into the entry hall area where the kitchen and bathroom are so I kept the door to the living/sleeping area closed at all times and had no issues. These did not bother me... I had an excellent stay! I would stay again next time I’m in Kraków!

Fantastic apartment and is accessible through a passage leading off from the beautiful main square of the city and therefore the location is perfect. It's at the top of three flights of stairs though with no lift and I would say that the property could benefit from triple-glazed windows, because the sounds coming from the nearby night life in the early hours could be heard. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend staying here - it was wonderful.

VERY noisy. Overcharged on transfers. Ignored.
It sounded like the roof was being renovated: ongoing stomping noises. One morning at 01:30 people coming upstairs to the apartment nextdoor were very loud&slamming doors. We both woke up. Went back asleep at 03:00. At 03:30 they put on loud music; it continued until 05:19. We got back to sleep after that. At 07:15 the stomping on the roof started&woke us both up. We complained&were ignored. When we were home, we got a response which ignored what we’d said, and indicated the noise was coming from a new bar.
We were quoted 120 Zlotys e/w for transfers. 1st transfer was fine. The transfer back to the airport didn’t show up. We waited 10 minutes. Nothing. We’d left the transfer money in the apartment, and had to get the key back from security to get back in. There was a lot of unnecessary faffing that we didn’t need at 8am starting the journey home. We got a taxi, off the street, for 90 Zlotys. Afterwards, I looked at the small print on Hotels.com-their own information says transfers are 160 Zlotys for a round trip. Not 240.

Robert was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were superbly situated to be a close walking distance to all the ammenities. This apartment is in a Perfect location- right on the Old Town Square - with a bar and a gorgeous restaurant just outside. I didn't expect it to be as big as it was and it is clean, tidy and well presented. The security and staff are lovely too.

The apartment itself is splendid, 5 star. Spacious, well equipped, good wifi, good shower etc.
The problem is that it is above Buddha Bar, a lively bar open until 2am, with clearing up until 4am.
Unless you can sleep through raucous conversation, or are happy to sleep 2am-10am, maybe look at other options. Could the apartments be soundproofed perhaps? Excellent apartments in central square, but too lively for some.

Great property on great location. No elevator, but knew this in advance and packed accordingly. The apartment is right on the main square and we could hear the trumpeter in the church nearby. This was very enjoyable.

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect spot, right on the main city square. There are myriad sights, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything is clean and up to date. We didn't use the cooking amenities, so can't comment on them, but everything else was perfect. For an apartment of this quality the price was very low. My only suggestion to the owners would be to have a double duvet on the bed instead of two single ones, but that's nit-picking.
