Rooms a big, clean and comfortable. Really nice staff. Breakfast was good. Meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc. Just what id expect.

Late check out option would have been a lifesaver as we had a late flight but unfortunately its not an option. Hence the 4*. If this was available, it would hve been a 5* stay.

Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

My wife has mobility issues and was made to climb 2 flights of stairs to our designated room. Twice we asked for a room accessible by the lift and twice we were refused. The staff were not helpful and seemed very abrupt. Even though the hotel policy is to make all guests comfortable they certainly did not. This hotel is definitely not for disabled people.

This place was great. Only thing I'd say to keep in mind is that you are right above one of the main streets so you will have to use the provided earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel does have a lift and storage area for bags on arrival/pre departure.
Spacious room with a fantastic powerful, instantly hot shower, tea coffee facilities and bottled water.
Good choice at breakfast, setting you up for the day. some hot food as well.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, responded quickly to messages before our visit as well.
I would be disappointed if we could not book the hotel on another visit.
I slept with the windows open and did not find noise from the people walking outside to be a problem. We stayed at the end of October.

The location is perfect, and the room size and free water bottles were a really nice perk. However, the cleanliness of the whole hotel really needs to be addressed. Upon arriving, the counters were covered in dust and these were never cleaned. Other than changing towels and making the bed, nothing else is done by the cleaners (including leaving used mugs). The reception staff aren’t the friendliest either. We were told we could check in early at 1pm, and after checking back, they said we couldn’t very sternly. We also asked to leave bags, which we were told they’d be put in a secure room. However, both times we came back, they were sat in the public seating area in reception. A bit annoying but not a massive issue is that the old hairdryer, lack of milk (but given tea bags and coffee) and lack of TV channels are very poor. Then finally the room had a strong smell of drains in our parents room which we found was coming from the shower and it kept overflowing so we had to clean the clumps of hair out of the shower trap ourselves. Overall, the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade starting with cheap things like replacing the mouldy lampshades

Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away.
Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning.
Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels.
I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a \"pensioners\" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates.

No a hotel I would stay again

Location was great. The stairs to our room was a lot with luggage, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell. Older gentleman at front desk was a little sharp with his presentation (IMO). Glad we only had 1 night there.

Great location. It is an old hotel so you can only do so much with regards to cleanliness. The staff caused us stress as they charged us for services that we have pre-paid and despite all the proof i had, the response was 'what do you expect me to do about it?' Ruined the first 2 days of the trip. Hotel is a brilliant location but would never stay here again as the noise from the square is so loud it sounds like the entertainment is in the room with you. From the reviews i read in advance i was highly disappointed. They provide ear plugs but these did nothing. The room also did not have aircon so sound of old fan was on through night with no fresh air. The rooms are large though.

Ideal location for the main sq - however if your not good with flights of stairs , maybe look elsewhere- I was on Top floor - No A/C again consider that in the summer - Noise also an issue if your room looks directly onto the street - overall happy with the hotel for prices & location

A hotel that is located just off the old town square.
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room.
Just note however that Krakow is a city where the bars and clubs run until the early hours so you will hear people on the street. Ear buds are supplied in the room to combat any noise.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged a trip for myself to go to Auschwitz with a local tour operator.

Great location, hotel suite was very spacious and sunny but a bit noisy above garden restaurant in the courtyard but well-insulated windows did the trick. The only thing we missed was a small fridge to keep cold water and milk during hot summer days, everything else was great and local food in both hotel breakfast and dining was delicious!
