The heating was not working, it was freezing cold and we arrived soaking wet. Unable to dry our clothes. We reported this and they couldn't fix it, we had to move to a different apartment which was a massive inconvenience to us and much further out of the city centre. There is a sign outside with a phone number to call. Then they send the codes for the front door, elevator and room. We liked it

Generally quiet, except for one night, but we stayed over a holiday weekend and the revelry stopped before midnight, so I cannot complain. Excellent location near shops and restaurants, very close to Wawel Castle and nearly as close to the Rynek Główny/ Main Square, easy to check in, multiple layers of security, excellent view and accomodations on the 4th floor penthouse. All that was missing was a coffeemaker, but a tea kettle was provided. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone with 4 or fewer people in their group.

I absolutely loved the room and the location: very spacious and at an excellent price.

The only things I can warn others reading this review:

1. The wifi was not reliable in my room
2. The luggage storage locker was a distance away from the property and so walking with luggage along cobble stone streets could be a deterrent, unless of course you took a short car ride. (I decided to walk my luggage over.)

Room was excellent! Central location, spotlessly clean, everything you could need. Only thing that let it down and a star taken off was the metal bed. Squeaked and creaked loudly with the slightest of movement, and not very comfortable. Didn't sleep well.

Location was great. We had 2 apartments, in 1 blinds broken, no lock on bathroom door & very bad smell in bathroom. Other apartment not all heating working and bathroom handle/lock broken. Water controlled centrally and was only warm, had to boil water to do dishes which makes me question how clean crockery was. Water pressure not good for people with long hair. Beds were small doubles and duvet barely fitted bed and was not adequate for two adults. Apartments need some general maintenance.

This is a scam, not a hotel even though that's how they advertise it. Don't stay here if you need to be here more than 2 nights. They don't change towels without charging you, even if you stay more than 2 nights. No cleaning in between, without an extra charge. Asked for more toilet paper and was told we would have to wait 24 hours to receive more because no one is onsite. The place was fairly clean, just cheaply designed and decorated.

The overall stay we had at these apartments was great. We stayed in Opal which had one bedroom and a sofa bed. The sofa bed, even though clean, the bedding didn't fit and due to shape of it was difficult for 2 to sleep in! However, seen as though we were only there for 4 nights it wasn't a huge issue. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the main square one way and 5 mins the other way. There are plenty of restaurants and a macdonalds near by which came in handy early morning as a few places didn't open until 10am. Felt extremely safe and all informed of every step along the way from reception. Got all info on how to enter the apartment a few hours earlier and they were extremely straight forward. Upon leaving we were able to store our luggage in a safe locked unit about an 8 min walk away but again, easy access. I would recommend staying at these apartments and will definitely return.

Location and terrace is awesome. The apt is all made of beat up IKEA, all old and half either broken or overused, chairs were ripped, glass wall cracked, sofa and daybed had spots. Shower was not draining, we had to call for service. At the check in they literally wait until the last minute to give you a code, it was freezing and raining, no lobby, I emailed them at 2:39 and check in at 3 and they told me to wait until 3. Shows you how great customer service is. Once we received the code and went to the apt we had to wait as the cleaning lady was still finishing up. During weekend there was a party that drank non stop and was yelling at 4 am and banging on the door but I guess that’s out of their control. There is only so much hot water so if u have 2 people taking shower, second one is out of luck. Also just a suggestion: to leave at least a small sample one time shampoo and trash bag as if u come middle of the night and not bring it with you, it’s very not convenient for guestsLocation ui is very good and overall is very quiet. Not sure that ai would pick it again but location is hard to beat, they only need to update and put some love there and it would be great

Koron Apartments were a perfect part of our Krakow experience. Good communication, easy to walk to the square, food and shops nearby. We had 3 different rooms and each were in excellent condition, clean, comfortable. Coffee and tea available with a water boiler, microwave, fridge, more than we needed. There is a code to get in the main door, elevator, and key box by the room door. Safe, though this area was safe outside anyway. We saved this location to come stay at again. We were happy that there was a luggage storage location available for when you check out - it is by the main office, so just a bit of a walk to it.

However some of the pictures on hotels.com are of another appartment in the same building and not representative. I was therefore disappointed not to have an outdoor area or a washing machine. Would recommend checking with the company for pictures of the appartment you will be renting before booking to avoid disappointment.

Perfect 3 night stay

Just returned from a 3 night stay here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment that was absolutely huge and very clean. The beds were comfy even though it is a duplex and the second bedrooms is on a mezzanine floor with a ladder up.

The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor and had nice views from the windows of wawel castle.

Location is perfect literally a 3 minute walk to the main square.

The codes for the main entry gate and lift code emailed and texted to you once the apartment is ready to check into.

Luggage storage was avaliable in a different building within 5 minutes walking distance again codes were emailed across to me.

I will definately stay in this complex again when i return to Krakow

We found the apartment to be a lovely clean spacious place. It is in a great location just 5 min from the square. Our first concern though would be that you have to walk down a dark lane to get to the front door entrance. I would not feel safe going out on my own to the shops. It can be difficult sometimes though if you need anything. I was communicating through emails & it sometimes took awhile for a reply. We had booked to go to Auswitch but due to not getting the payment sorted because of lack of response from the Front desk we didn't go thr first time then booked it again & after we came back there was a mix up with payment. The driver thought I was paying her but I had already paid to the front desk through the link the hotel has sent me & it caused embarrassment for me & the driver who was very nice about the issue. I would recommend staying in the apartment it's lovely but sort everything out with the front desk in plenty of time

The apartment was misrepresented in the pictures, which showed a patio belonging to a different flat.The apartment was spacious but dirty with confetti and disgusting cow’s skin on the floor. The sofa was unbelievably uncomfortable to sleep on and, when folded, it would slid open every time one sat on it. There were no toiletries despite of the website saying to the contrary. On the plus side; the aircon was quite good and the windows would block out all the street noise. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The shower worked well. Very central location. So overall, passable if it wasn’t for the attitude of the staff who just couldn’t take the feedback.

Location was mega but I knew that having being told krakow previously. When we rang we were allowed to leave our bags in the room while it was still being cleaned so that was a bonus. They even text me the codes so I can get the keys when I wanted which was great. Only bad thing I can say is the tv didn’t work but who comes away n watches tv? I did bang my head a few times on the roof where the upper bed was as seen in the photo.

The location was really perfect for visiting the Old Town of Krakow. The only drawback was the second room was a loft that you could not stand up in, so it would have been very difficult for anyone older to get up in it (climbing a ladder) and to manage up there. My daughter is only 25 so she did okay. But I did not expect it to be quite like that.

The apartment itself is fine, furnished with rundown Ikea furniture. The location was really good.
It took close to an hour to check in waiting for someone to show up, and then to track down the key.
We came home to no power our last night and were unable to contact the property. Called hotels.com for their help, and they were also unable to reach them. They finally got back to me the following morning. I would not recommend this property. I am mystified by the popularity of these apart-hotels. It seems like an excuse to offer less service for the same price.

Ongoing Construction Noise and Horrible Service

Feel free to book if you want to live in a construction zone and experience horrible customer service. Location is good. I reserved 7 Koron, top floor, elevator. Building next door, 10 feet across the alley, is undergoing major construction, and the noise in the apt even with windows closed was unbearable. Construction just started so it will be there for a while I suspect, into 2020. I understand that construction is not their fault, however, they surely are aware of the unbearable construction noise and not disclosing this and just letting people book their apt is highly questionable. When I asked the lady checking us in about this, she seemed not to care very much. She called the office when I asked for a different room, and they just moved us next door, same problem. Not sure why they did that, other than they just don't care about people enjoying their vacation without living in a construction zone. I asked for a refund, and then they finally decided to try a room without construction noise. They moved me into the Old Town Residence Apartments (same management), next door building but facing the courtyard instead of construction noise. Not nearly as nice, AC in only 1 small room (other rooms hot), 4th floor with no elevator. I and Hotels.com called them and asked for a discount because I booked a much better room, they didn't care and said no. I sent other messages (broken bed, etc.), all but 1 message ignored. Just lousy hospitality/service.

We stayed at 7 Koron Exclusive Apartments in mid-October 2018. The location is in a small alley in the old town, in-netween Wawel Castle and Main Square, 5-minute walk away to each of these sites.
The apartment itself is clean and well furnished, but there is no washing machine. I can’t sleep when it’s too warm, so we tried using the air-conditioning at first, it did not seem to be doing much for us so we opened a window – it was nice and cool outside and noise free.
There is no reception onsite, you must make contact with the property and let them know when you arrive so they can wait for you. Once you check in you can communicate with the staff via telephone or WhatsApp, they are generally quite helpful.
There is a lift in the building.
The Wi-Fi signal in our apartment was very weak, occasionally leading to disconnections.
Quite a nice place to stay, just fix the Wi-Fi coverage.

Location is a plus, especially if you want to explore the old town area. Large apartment, clean, has elevator to 4th floor.
The only drawback is that there are no instructions how to operate heat/ac, skylight blackout, TV.
I have already notified the management about creating instruction booklet. Please check that they follow my advice and request.
Asked for extra pillows twice during my stay, but it was never delivered. Finally picked it up myself from the storage area on the floor.
I would recommend apartment at the end of our hallway, which was second from our place called Opal. It has 1.5 baths, nice layout, great kitchenwith large refrigerator, and extra loft.
Has a nicer furniture and great ambiance.

Koron apartments are in the centre of Kraków, it’s lively enough during the day and evenings but we encountered no problems with noise. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with really good food. Additionally there’s a well stocked Spar just at the corner of the street. Breakfast was included in our booking and you literally walked out the apartment door to a lovely cafe bar across a cobbled street (we were given breakfast tokens at check-in).The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There was a lift and air conditioning with swipe card access to the building and apartment. Our apartment also had a beautiful roof terrace. My only criticism was that our day bed (which converted to a comfortable double) was located in the sun room off the living area. This sun room had a glass roof so you were awakened by the sun from around 5/6am and it got very warm during the day and evening. The apartment management did offer to move us to another apartment on day 2 but we decided to stay put (as we’d excursions planned daily and most evenings) and as a goodwill gesture they provided us with fresh towels daily. This was very much appreciated, so thank you. Apartments do not have a reception onsite but they do stay in touch via mobile with guests and are there to meet you at check in. I’d recommend these apartments, great location, everything you need and air conditioned.

When we arrived we were advised that there was an electrical problem with the apartment we had booked, and as a result stayed in the Wyspianski apartment just around the corner - which was gorgeous!Despite being right on a main street just a few minutes walk from the main square the apartment was quiet. It was spacious and modern (with a beautiful en suite). The only things we could suggest to improve the experience would perhaps be more toiletries available in the apartment (although we appreciate this is an apartment, not a hotel) and the inclusion of an email address on the expedia page to help contact the hosts with an ETA prior to arrival in Poland. But despite us having to phone once we got there, the ladies in charge were extremely helpful and quick to come help us
Overall, the apartment was amazing, the service was exceptional, the location was perfect and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Perfect location in Old Town. Very easy booking and check in/ out. Lovely hostess. Apartment building is very secure with lift to all floors. All very clean. We stayed in the top floor apartment called Szmaragd, which has a conservatory and large balcony. Which had the Sun all day. There was only two of us but we could have sat 12 for dinner ! Well equipped with what is needed to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Very comfortable bed and sofas. We had a problem with the bathroom sink which was sorted out as soon as it was reported. Boiler in bathroom could be regulated to supply plenty of hot water for kitchen and bathroom. Good shower. Hair drier and ironing facilities provided. Can't find fault at all and would definitely return. Krakow is beautiful.

Beautifully presented apartment in great location

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. The apartment was very clean and well presented- and the building has good security measures. The location is a 5 minute walk from the market square which was great for the Christmas markets. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main shopping centre and train station which was also fine. The breakfast that’s included is delicious and there’s a good choice. The staff were incredibly helpful and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Tolles Apartment mit viel Platz. Ich denke für längere Aufenthalte ideal. Leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so gut gepflegt. Aus der Dusche kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch. Grundsätzlich jedoch alles sauber...

Centralt och smidigt!

Mkt trevligt boende som låg väldigt centralt i Old Krakow”. Nära till allt!
Enda minuset var att vi hade bokat för fyra vuxna i en dubbelsäng plus bäddsoffa. När vi skulle sova så fanns endast två täcken. Vid kontakt med boendet så tyckte de att ett täcke i dubbelsängen räcker då de tar för givet att det är ett par, samt en person i bäddsoffan. Trots bokat för fyra.. Efter mkt påtryckning så lovade de att komma med två täcken till dagen efter, och ansåg att vi första natten fick nöja oss med två. Tur det va sommarvärme och att det var mina vuxna barn och min mamma som var med, så vi fick dela så gott det gick på enkeltäckena.
Annars bara bra!

Vert Nice location in the Old Town. Perfect for tourism . The bad point is that there is no reception desk in the building so you can’t Talk with anyone. You receive instruction via text messages . Even if you send questions you don’t get answers. I Only received programmes messages.

Fint værelse, men lidt besværligt at komme til med mange kodede døre.
Vi gik efter et sted med parkering og morgenmad, men der var ingen parkering og man skulle gå 5-10 min for at komme hen til morgenmaden.

Definetly recommend!

It was very clean, they responded very quickly to our questions and were helpfull and kind. The appartment was clean, looked just like the photos. Provided nice with towels and trashbags, and overal we were very content with the appartment. Would easily book it again!

L'appartamento è molto grande e ben distribuito. C'è tutto quello che serve ma soprattutto è ubicato sulla strada principale del centro storico. Semplicemente perfetto. L'appartamento ha una camera matrimoniale ed un divano letto matrimoniale al piano d'ingresso ed in più ha un altro letto matrimoniale soppalcato. Da considerare che per accedere al soppalco tramite scala poi non si può stare eretti perchè il soffitto è basso (circa 120 cm).

Great location. Close proximity to all main attractions and old town Square. Easy check in instructions and check in. Clean and spacious apartment.

No balcony. The only room that has balcony is \"ametyst\". Not a place to stay if you're a light sleeper. Lots of noise from the aircon, heater, electrical cabinet, hallway and the room next door. Luke warm shover. Except for that, we will be back.

Fin, ren og godt utstyrt leilighet midt i byen. Veldig enkel innsjekking og utsjekking. Air conditionen levde litt sitt eget liv, så det er det eneste vi har å utsette. Måtte restarte den noen ganger for dag for at den skulle fungere. Heisen var også noe treg.

Vi vil nok bestille her igjen neste gang vi skal til Krakow.
