A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rooms, staff were attentive. Valerie was great looking after us when we arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight! The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Thanks for a great stay. Just one suggestion, we had a free bottle of wine which was Rose....we don't drink that I asked to change for white and they would not, it would be great if you would allow something like this as not everyone likes rose wine! That's the only thing that I would have improved it for me.

Great hotel near the Old Town for an affordable city break, the hotel is modern and clean with great staff. Location is central with only about a 5-10 minute walk to the city square or castle. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The reception was very elegant each morning a side table with a couple of nibble snacks like pretzels and wafers was a nice touch.
Bar was good, perhaps a little small for the size of the hotel, drinks were nice and standard city pricing. The food was nice, we also used room service on our visit which was nice, affordable and quick.
The room was clean with high ceilings however was quite small, its ok for a single person or a couple visiting for a couple of days but could do with being bigger for any longer stay as storage and space is very limited. The room has aircon/heating adjustable by a digital wall panel. The room is equipped with a small iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, small fridge, pod coffee machine, and kettle but no breakfast tea or milk.
Breakfast was stocked well, mainly had cold breakfast as the hot wasn't really to our taste. Could do with a couple of dairy free options.
Staff in all areas were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, housekeeping come round every 3rd day as a minimum but also any day you use a door hanger.
All in all, a great hotel at a good price in a good location. Whilst there are some improvements possible, that is the case with all hotels so I hope this review can help with making this place even better.

The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two.
The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great.
As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe request a room faced yard side? We would like recommend Hotel to every guest.Thank you

I booked on Hotels.com and requested 2 beds with pull out sofa. When I arrived, they gave me a double bed with sofa. They said they don’t see the bed requests when booking through a third party and no other room was available. Sheets were scratchy but otherwise hotel was clean and breakfast was European with lots of bread and yogurt and sliced cheese and meats. Room was straightened every day but old coffee cups and drink glasses never removed or cleaned

This was my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The property is ideally located 10 mins approx to old square ..
Yhe room was large and very confortable space to mine
.. The bed was very excellent with great quality bedding ., The usual table , fridge were present . Added plus of a netspreso coffee machine .. WiFi very strong ..
Bathroom very modern with strong warm shower.,
Breakfast was very tasty and varied

Bed was good. However the blankets on the bed were too heavy and warm for august and nontop sheet was provided. A light blanket is needed for the summer. I could not get a refund for breakfast purchased when i reported to the server and the front desk that only 3 persons ate yet i paid for 4. I tild them before breakfastt that day but they reported they could not refund me.

Just returned back home after staying at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for a long weekend.

Had a perfect stay. The hotel was vey clean, beds very comfortable, towels changed every day . The staff are lovely and approachable.

At our request the staff also arranged private transfers to and from the airport roughly £30 each way. Just drop the hotel a message if you require this.

The hotel is within roughly 5 minutes walking distance of the Jewish quarter and krakow main square.

Dined in at the hotel on a couple of nights due to late return on day trips booked in the uk prior to arrival. There is not a huge menu but what we had was ok.

Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to krakow and can recommend this hotel if you’re looking to book.

The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet.

Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Easy check in. Location was fabulous! We had a room at the front so could hear the tram which was a bit annoying, glad I had ear plugs. Room clean, decent for a 2 night stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Ania, in particular, went out of her way to help us book train tickets when our personal devices were having issues with the website. The breakfast offers a nice selection of food, teas, juice, & coffee. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, beimg a short walk from the Old Town and Jewish Quarter and a relatively short distance to the main train station. The one negative we had is that there were no handholds in the shower - with a somewhat slippery floor, it was a scary experience for my Dad who has mobility limitations and challenges standing for long.

Very good location. A bit noisy. Too hot in the room and had to open the window but the noise level was really high so couldn’t sleep one night. The aircon had to be reset by the reception the next day.
Coffee machine didn’t work. WC was found dirty below the seat. Wasn’t very pleasant.

I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated.
My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to \"opt-in\" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better.

Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited.
The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options.

Great location, nice staff, rooms were nice. I would stay here again but opt out of paying for breakfast.

Can have room cleaned if you leave card on door. Wasnt keen on breakfast, im literally vegan, fruit had fruit flies on it and looked old eith dried out melon. No toaster just a brevel that did sort of a job, plenty of bread, cereal.

The property is location is good. Rooms are small very basic & noisy. I would describe as the generator kicking in which could be heard in rooms & corridors. Breakfast isn't up to much most of its cold although it should be served warm. I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as stayed in many Leonardo hotels but this did fall short in our opinion.

As per reservation information sheet for Expedia gold members extra wine should be served in the room, it was not fullfiled, what is not right.
Very good breakfast, clean, well equiped room, nice staff. Unfortunately, rooms from street side are very noise due to trams and it's issue.
