Very clean, spacious and airy apartment, friendly and courteous staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent location with all the points of interet in walking distance and plenty of restaurants around. We didn't try the breakfast but seems to be good. However, they have free drinking water available. Please note that although it is advertised as apartment, it doesn't come with any kitchen facilities, only a kettle and and mini fridge. Would surely recommend.

Hotel is neat, clean, fairly quiet, and well-located in the old Jewish Quarter. It is walking distance from Wawel Castle and the Old Town, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Downsides were all in the bathroom, which had a floor that was very slippery when wet, which it will often be because there is no shower door. There was also no soap in the shower, just shampoo. Toilet was noisy but didn't move much water, and towels were thin. Breakfast buffet was OK but there are better options nearby for much less, like Kolanko #6. I would consider staying here again, because the location is so good and it was a generally good.

Great location, 10 mins walk into centre and 2 mins into Jewish quarter. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with air con, mini fridge, hairdryer and iron/ironing board.(comfort room). Staff were great allowing us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Fantastic stay.

Enjoyed our stay at MR67, rooms were spacious and bathroom was nice. Was lovely to have a little balcony to step out on when the weather was nice! Beds and pillows were comfy and the air con was very efficient! The breakfast was nice, didn’t find there was a lot of choice compared to other hotels I’ve been to and thought it was expensive for what was on offer! Plenty of bakeries, cafes and little eateries for you to get breakfast so we did that most mornings instead.
We got the train to and from the airport/hotel and it was a 9 minute walk, really easy. There’s trams and buses not far from the hotel and most things are within walking distance so found the hotel really convenient for what we wanted. Would stay again!

Our stay was good. Hotel is central to main square and Jewish quarter, all within 10-15 minutes walk. Lots of food places with great choices, no need to go hungry. Lots of good cafes and wine bars of main square too and the people are so friendly. Really lots to see and do, you won't be disappointed..😊

I have been a world traveler my entire life. This was one of the worst places I had ever stayed in considering the price and how it was advertised and here is why:
1- The bed was advertised as \"queen bed\" but not only it was two single beds attached to each other but there was two single (very thin and uncomfortable\" mattresses and even two single blankets with a very uncomfortable gap in between. You can imagine how bad this is especially if you are taking a trip to relax and enjoy the time with your partner.
2- The bed sheets were not even big enough to cover a single mattress so they had used two of them for one mattress which again had a gap and was not sanitary
3- There were no windows in the room! just sky lights! so it felt like a prison cell.
4- last but not least the hotel staff were just awful! when I asked for a different room or at least a big mattress they just said \"it is what it is\" and \"guests rarely complain about this!\"

The property was fantastic & a great location. The only thing that wasn't great was the shower tray not draining properly which meant the whole bathroom floor being covered in water each day. The breakfast was quite expensive, but good choices. We also had a packed lunch which was the same. Disappointed they didn't have a full menu throughout the day.

Located in the Jewish quartier and in a main avenue, you can walk to the old town and/or to Wawel castle in 20 minutes. Staff could have more experience in terms of counselling on tourist attractions both in the city and surrounding areas.

Les chambres sont bien décorées, on voit que l’hôtel est récent.
En revanche je ne pense pas que les 4 étoiles sont méritées, le confort est assez sommaire : pas de crème pour le corps, shampoing/après-shampoing, seulement 2 serviettes par personne (une toute petite, l’autre moyenne), rien dans le mini-bar, réception (celle du check-out, une jeune fille) assez froide.
Le petit déjeuner était bien.

En revanche je ne pense pas que les 4 étoiles sont méritées, le confort est assez sommaire : pas de crème pour le corps, shampoing/après-shampoing, seulement 2 serviettes par personne (une toute petite, l’autre moyenne), rien dans le mini-bar, réception (celle du check-out, une jeune fille) assez froide.
Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Vorteile: Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber, groß und mit Klimaanlage. Das Gebäude war alt aber sehr schön restauriert. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist einfach ein Traum. Sehr nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, gleichzeitig aber in einem Viertel, wo es viele Essens- und Trinkmöglichkeiten gibt, die eher durch Locals besucht werden :)
Nachteile: Die Fenster sind nur zweimal verglast und man hört viel von der Straße. Die Türen knallen zu und das hallt durch das ganze Gebäude. Während unseres Besuches wurde die Nachtruhe überhaupt nicht respektiert. Es wurde laut geschrieen im Flur, mehrmals in der Nacht. Es sind zwar die Gäste gewesen, aber das Hotel sollte mehr drauf achten.

Komfortowy hotel, gustownie urządzony, w świetnej lokalizacji. Zaangażowana i pomocna obsługa. Minusem brak części kosmetyków w pokoju (o szampon, odżywkę, balsam etc trzeba osobno prosić w recepcji), nieuzupełniania kawa i woda. Niestety mi trafiła się śmierdząca poduszka poprzednimi gośćmi :( pod prysznicem śliskie płytki jak są mokre, trzeba uważać.
