Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow.

We had a room for 3. It was very spacious. We asked for 3 single beds, and received it. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well.
The breakfast was very good!
The water pressure in the shower was rather low. So if it is important to someone- the weak current may be a problem.
Also, our room was on the 2nd floor, and you could really hear the public transportation on the street. They put ear plugs near the bed and I really needed them!

Excellent choice for Krakow

Excellent choice for our four night stay in Krakow. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom modern though shower a bit small. Location is near lots of restaurants and several convenience stores. Tram stop is close. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they even made a call to trip advisor for us to sort out an issue with a tour we had booked. Breakfast was excellent. The ONLY improvement might have been a mirror in the bedroom (in addition to the one in the bathroom). Highly recommended!

Nice enough hotel and location, but be careful

The hotel was clean enough and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, the hotel isn't much of a walk from any of the main sights either.

Unfortunately the serving staff at breakfast were great one day and then not very polite the next.

Also during one of our days out, housekeeping had made up our room and had a rummage through my partners things, helping themselves to one or two items.

We were only to stay at this hotel for 12 hours & had to leave at 4am due to flight times.
Check in went smoothly. The room was nice, comfortable bed & tea & coffee were available.
The only thing that stopped me giving it a higher rating was that there appeared to be a dog in the next room & was barking- not good when you need to sleep, also there was also some banging coming from their room 🙄

I can not comment on breakfast as we had left.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location. Easy walk to old town for sightseeing and right by the Jewish quarter for great bars, cafes and restaurants. Well kept hotel, great facilities, good breakfast and really helpful staff. We’ll be recommending to anyone visiting.

We found the room too hot and the bed too hard but this is entirely subjective. Likewise the staff seemed to have been instructed to stand up whenever we walked through reception, personally we found this a little uncomfortable.

We visited Queen Boutique for three night and can’t fault this hotel. The view of the castle from our deluxe room was amazing . The location was perfect , sandwiched between the old town and the Jewish quarter. The best part of our stay were the staff, who were exceptional. We booked transfers to and from the airport, via the hotel reception and their level of efficiency and professionalism was perfect. They also arranged transport for our Auschwitz tour and reminded us of the need to take ID , which I hadn’t realised was essential... in all a perfect stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely go again.

Truly excellent stay, top notch hotel but also the staff make it all worthwhile. And any requests are granted with a smile and without any hassle. We stayed 3 years ago and my wife totally loved it...we also loved Krakow and vowed to return. So when we were able to return this year it had to be Queen Boutique! Plus it is perfectly situated within easy walking distance for all the best bits of the city. Our second stay was every bit as good as our first and any future visits to Krakow we will only stay at Queen Boutique.

Location is great :) town centre very close to Kazimierz (Old Jewish quarter). Reception staff over the top. They are attentive, helpful and good looking ;P on arrival we had 2 quilts- asked to have one big one - done without problems. Bed is massive. Finally no fight for save as my hubby is on a big side and I’m not small either. There is a kettle and basic coffee and tea. We needed ask for more coffee as I’m addicted - again no problem.
Breakfast - and that’s the tricky one; as we traveled during zombie apocalypse. Staff will ask you what you want and plate it for you. Same with hot food - they will order from the kitchen. Only one issue we had on a second day waiter didn’t even offer hot food. Was looking that he wanted to have breakfast finished ASAP. Little let down.
Cleaning- overall good standard of cleaning. Nothing visible on a first sight. When I accidentally moved toilet brush spotted old dirt just around it. Again nothing major.
Overall good hotel. 24hrs reception is a bonus. Definitely will stay again when in Cracow.
