The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The the room itself was clean. The location is also convenient for getting around. I will say, and we knew this going into it, the street noise of the bars nearby can get loud but I didn't mind it, its typical city noise. As for the noise from within the hotel is a different story...
I am used to thin walls in a hotel, but every noise from every surrounding room sounded like it was coming from inside of our room. Every door somehow closed with such a loud bang it would wake me up. I know the intimate details of the relationship problems with the couple next door. Not to mention the night one of them said they drank too much and then was loudly sick in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, ours did not have a fan (or the fan wasn't working) so you had no privacy in there either. Also, the cleaning staff missed something things when they cleaned up the room but that isn't a huge deal. I'm giving it 4 stars but really the noise issues make it 3.5.

Have always stayed nearer the old town before but this area is better for food and drink. Breakfast too pricey so didn't bother but plenty nearby. Room was modern and clean but if you're there for a weekend try and avoid the ground floor. Taxi rank right outside and, lots of places open until the wee hours and the windows aren't soundproofed. Friday night was our last night and noticed such a difference! Staff were generally great and friendly.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Estera. It was right in the middle of the jews town, so convenient for food shopping, bars, night club, museums, old town (about 20 min walk). Everything looks brand new, fancy bathroom, bed, skylight ceiling, lots of space in the room. they have hot water pot, tea, coffee, etc. they have good food option too. we booked budget room and the rooms are little hard to get, it was 2nd and half floor, we had to ask 2 times how to find the room. staff were helpful, thanks

I would say all of Krakow is unique, so this hotel fits right in. Lots of walkability to things, but you aren't in center town square of action (noise) which is what we wanted. Rooms clean, showers great and easy to figure out. Tip: If you need a cab to the airport when leaving, book the day in advance, not an hour in advance. My planning fail. Got the cab, but it was tense moment.

Staff at check in and reception in general were great. The area as you approach the hotel is crowded with people coming out of bars or dining at restaurants with street tables, but once in the hotel, you entered a place where the noise of the street was replaced by tranquility.

Breakfast each morning was enjoyable with the usual good selection of food and drink to enjoy a continental breakfast.

The room was spacious, very clean and very quiet. Barhroom was clean with an excellent shower and very easily adjusted hot and cold water. The whole hotel looked like it had just opened. Everything was in great condition. The hotel's outside dining area felt very private and was pleasant to sit in to enjoy a meal or drink.

Overall, Hotel Estera impressed from start to finish. Would definitely return there the next time I'm in Krakow.

It was a one night stay before flying back to Chicago. The hotel was great: excellent location close to restaurants, parks and a flea market, modern and clean amenities, helpful service. My room was quite spacious, however the bed was tiny! It was however enough for my small frame. I wish there wasn’t a plastic/ waterproof cover on the mattress and an extra pillow on the bed to make my night more comfortable, but that is the only thing I could say about this hotel, I really enjoyed it.
Special note on taxi service: the hotel can arrange a car service to the airport at 120zloty, the taxis standing right outside the hotel wanted about 100 zloty, but I was able to get an Uber ride in just 2 minutes for 45 zloty.

I just love Hotel Estera.

I am a regular visitor to Krakow and always stay here.

Very friendly front of house and house keeping team, lovely clean and spacious rooms and the location is perfect.

Great art deco style bar at reception and a beautiful patio outside for those warmer summer days.

If you want to avoid the crowds of Stare Miasto, stay here, its right in the heart of Kazimierz

I absolutely love Hotel Estera. Being a veteran tourist of Krakow, I stay away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town and usually settle for the more relaxed environment of Kazimierz.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the team are friendly and always happy to help. I arrived in the early hours of the morning to be told I'd been given a free room upgrade, which is really nice.

There is a lovely little terrace at the back of the hotel which serves meals and some excellent cocktails (try the Vanilla Sky. Big shout out to the lovely Zosia who served my drinks on Sunday.

Hotel Estera is in a perfect locaction, right in the cultrual heart of Kazimierz and a 15 minute walk to Old Town.
