Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!!
Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally down the street and shops.
If I was to go again I’m not sure I’d stay in this one maybe the sister hotel

Really nice rooms, clean and well kept. Someone came everyday to clean them and top up coffee and tea basket and change the towels. In a really nice area easy to get to the main square and overall really nice.

We have stayed here before and everything was ok this time the noise was bad we didn't sleep and checked out a night early, i know this is not the hotels fault but not having someone on site didn't help, my daughter was in a room and both sides of her were having a party and we were on the third floor and could hear it didn't want another night the same the bathroom wasn't cleaned probably

Cozy place in the heart of Kazimierz

We have stayed in krakow to celebrate friend’s birthday. It was perfectly located hotel in the center of Kazimierz. Free parking available in the front of the building. We have also had a chance to enjoy Great breakfast. Recommended!

Great location in the Jewish quarter

The accommodation is in the centre of the Jewish quarter and less than 5 minutes walk from sights such as the old synagogue. Also about 15 minutes walk from Schindlers factory and the Krakow museum of contemporary arts.
Check in was easy - all we had to do was pick up a phone and the receptionist guided us as to how to retrieve the key from a drop box on the opposite wall.
Lodgings were clean, airconditioned, and plenty of towels. Cleaners were in every day with fresh towels.

Excellent location the Jewish quarter is a great place to stay, easy walking distance to the old town .On arrival keys were in a secured box inside as there is no reception simply ring the bell you are given a code to open it and away you go.All information is in your room which was very clean and comfy, excellent Wi-Fi could not fault anything.

Nice hotel but difficult to find

This is not mentioned in any of the other reviews I have read, but we had trouble finding this hotel because it is behind a bar and the entrance is not on a main road. Additionally, we found out when we got there that there was no elevator, which was a pain with our big suitcases. The room appears bigger in the photos, but was not too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable, hotel looked very new/modern, and the bathroom was nice. Shower leaked water from both sides making bathroom wet, but overall not a big deal. There was wifi, but it cuts out each time your device is turned off, meaning you have to resign in every time you want to use your phone. I would recommend this hotel due to how close it is to the Jewish district and it is not a far walk to the old city either.

Nice hotel close to many nice restaurants

Nice, spacious, clean, modern room on a quiet street. Check-In is a bit unique - no on-site receptionist - BUT IT WORKS. We never met the receptionist - when we arriver we rang a doorbell and someone gave us an entry code, then inside, our key was in a lockbox. It felt a bit odd but the room was great and the location amazing for convenience to some very interesting local attractions (Schindler museum and municipal engineering museum (latter is free and very interesting) and as well there are a couple of dozen nice restaurants within 2 minutes - we tried 3 of them and all were good. On arrival day we arrived a bit early so someone appeared to find a spot to store our luggage so we could wander off - so really, not facing someone just to check in made no ďifference at all to us.
We had an awesome stay and special thanks to the staff we never met for allowing us a late checkout - it really helped our last day along.

Very clean hotel, modern inside. Fab shower. They leave toiletries everyday. Shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, soap, make up pads, body moisturiser. Fantastic. In room safe was a bonus. Bed very comfortable. No reception on duty but didnt bither us. Beware of check out tho, no1 told us about the code box to leave the key and when we were leaving we couldnt get through to any1. So make sure you ask about this at check in. There were people stayin in room 9, we were room 7, and were walkin about all night every night. Could even hear them going to the toilet! Pulling chairs out etc. Dnt no what they were doing all night. But did keep me up a few nights. It is a little far from the square but the area itself is very quiet.

Fantastic place to stay

Clean and tidy place with all modern features. Toiletries and towels replaced daily as the room service with refreshments. Located 8mins walk from the main square, 24 hours reception provided in such a safe and tranquil spot. DEFO will be back soon. Great value too.

Good area to explore! Good, warm, clean rooms

Great hotel in a quiet part of town! No on site staff, but there will be someone there to take payment on the day you check out. Hotel can arrange transfers to and from the airport (90pln each way) but an Uber/taxi may be cheaper. Lovely, small, room which was very clean. Only issues we had was with noise on our last night (Friday night) due to the arrival of weekend guests. It was only then that we noticed that the upper rooms had wooden flooring (could hear the guests walking about) and noticed the lack of on site staff (guests were smoking and the hotel is none-smoking). In a normal hotel I would have rang the reception to let them know, but not possible here.

All in all though, if you want a quiet, warm and clean room for your mid-week, off season stay, in a great location, you cant go wrong!

Nice modern hotel in kazimierz

Really nice hotel in a great location off the square in Kazimierz. It had an apartment feel with little staff around which is great if you like that sort of thing like me - but you can contact them and they were Very helpful. Comfortable bed no noise from outside, breakfast was okay but not worth extra. Definitely will stay again !

Quiet and convenient base

A hidden gem in the heart of the Jewish quarter, located just behind the Old Synagogue in a quiet square. The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. A kettle was provided which was much appreciated for cups of tea after a hard day's sightseeing! Windows looking out onto a small green space which made it feel like an oasis in the centre of the city. Reception was open for our arrival, but was not manned after that but this was not a problem - there is a receptionist at a neighbouring accommodation who is on hand if there is a query. When we did have a problem it was sorted out quickly by the very helpful member of staff via telephone. Breakfast was included and was satisfactory - eg cold meats, cheeses, eggs and toast and very good coffee. Our room was on the third floor with no lift, so bear this in mind if you have trouble with stairs. Accommodation felt secure with a key fob for the external door which was always locked.

Perfect for Travelers on a budget.

I've stayed at this hotel twice so far. The rooms are cozy , it feels your own little apartment. That bathroom was extremely clean and neat. The rooms include a nice bed as well as a couch in front of the tv which includes local channels. The location itself was near plenty of restaurants and is a short walk away from the main square in Krakow.

It was a nice apartment. I arrived there on Saturday. The office was closed. I was unable to use the phone. The next door the friendly bartender helped me out to get a key and access the room. I noticed a opening hole in the ceiling with a wire. It needs to be covered.

This hotel is nicely situated in the Jewish Quarter. It is perhaps 2 blocks from a tram stop with a pastry shop along the way.
While the area can have some major partying going on, the rooms face a calm street.
Some taxis didn't know the hotel so they give you a mini tour along the way.
The room was generous with the normal exception of walkway between the beds.
Stairway was spacious to easily accommodate luggage or child buggies.
The workers were pleasant and helpful. Even saved me some money when extending my stay.

This is a brand new hotel which has been developed inside a very old building. The hotel has been renovated to a lovely standard and everything is new and modern. We stayed in room No9 which is not massive and was on the 3rd floor. There is no lift so this could effect some people. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels changed. The was a fridge in the room with a selection of soft drinks, water and some other bits and pieces. This was free.It could of done with some draw space as it had none. There was a wardrobe and shelving, a flat screen TV and free-wi-fi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continential breakfast was included with our deal and was okay. The bar and restuarant was not fully functional when we stayed as it was still being worked on. The hotel was very quiet day and night. It is situated in the Jewish quarter which is very vibrant and lively and is only a ten minute walk to the Old Town Main Square which is also vibrant and lively. I would defo stay here again.

Hotel in der Nähe der Stadtmitte

Wir haben leider eine unangenehme und schlechte Reisseefahrung mit der Unterkunft in Armon Residence in Krakau gemacht. Unseres Zimmer befand sich direkt über einem örtlichen Lokal, in dem die Musik ab 22.30 Uhr sehr laut zum Spielen begonnen hat.
Unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption ist ohne jeglichen Erfolg geblieben. Die Empfangsdame zeigte weder Interesse, noch Hilfsbereitschaft eine Lösung herbeizuführen. Unseres Verlangen nach einem Ersatzzimmer wurde abgelehnt. Auch der angeblicher Anruf bei der Polizei war nur vorgetäuscht. Unsere mehrfachen Anrufe bei der Rezeption wurden ignoriert. Wir sollten selbst (!) bei der Polizei anrufen. Erst nach persönlicher Vorsprache hat die nicht besonders gastfreundliche Empfangsdame doch die Polizei angerufen. Um 2.30 ist dann endlich mal Nachtruhe eingekehrt. Seitens des Hotels ist kein Wort des Bedauerns oder eine Entschuldigung gekommen.

ruhiges Hotel mitten im Kazimierz \nviertel

Vom Hotel aus konnte das Kazimierz Viertel sowie die Altstadt fußläufig erkundet werden. Eindrucksvoll waren der Ring mit Weihnachtsmarkt und Tuchhallen sowie die Königsburg mit Kathedrale. Viele originelle Restaurants und Cafes luden zum Verweilen ein. Mit einem preiswerten 24 Std Ticket (€ 2,-- für Senioren)
konnte man mit der Straßenbahn beliebige Stadtrundfahrten unternehmen.

Krakau ist eine Reise wert. Das Einchecken im Hotel wäre ohne fremde Hilfe nicht möglich gewesen. Sprache nur Polnisch oder schlechtes Englisch.

Mooie ligging in joodse wijk

Mooie kamers, fijne douche en het ontbijtbuffet in het zusterhotel is top!
Je moet dit zusterhotel wel even zoeken. Het geleverde kaartje voldeed voor ons niet, maar google maps hielp ons.
Vlakbij een leuk plein, met joodse en poolse restaurants met ook de steaks voor de minder avontuurlijke eter. Goede verwarmde terrassen.
Minpunt vond ik het ontbreken van een receptie waar je nog even tips kunt krijgen voor bijvooorbeeld dat ene restaurantje of die leukr straat etc. Toen we aankwamen ging de ontvangst via de intercom , kregen we de toegangscode van de deur en de code van het kastje waar de kamersleutel in zat. Er was aangegeven dat er iemand van het zusterhotel zou langskomen, maar dat was dus niet zo.
Groot pluspunt vonden wij dat je kon ontbijten tot 12.00 uur !

Near to city was the important thing for us.

We was abit supriced when we arrived and there was no hotell staff there, this we had not understod from the advertice of the hotel. But when we have checked in and got our rooms we were more than satisfied. Most tell you that the gentlemen that was in charge of the bar and breakfast was one of the most kind and service minded person we have meet. Would like to ask you to say thanks from us the Swedish gang as we missed him our last day.

kleines sauberes Hotel in spannender Umgebung

wunderbares kleines Hotel im historischen Viertel Kaziemierz gelegen. ab ca 24 Uhr absolut ruhig,allerdings hört man das Wasserrauschen, wenn jemand früh morgnes im Nachbarzimmer duscht. Sehr persönliche Atmosphäre beim Frühstück und man kann sehr leicht andere Gäste kennenlernen

Cómo, amplio y limpio, aunque sin recepción física

El hotel es cómodo, las habitaciones son limpias y amplias. Tiene un bar al lado con una excelente variedad de cervezas y un dueño muy amable y dispuesto a resolver dudas. El único problema es que no tiene recepción, y la comunicación es de manera remota con otro hotel, por lo que puede ser un poco engorroso intentar resolver dudas acerca de la estadía. Lo demás impecable.

Very nice hotel in the old Jewish part of Krakow.

The stay was very nice. There was friendly staff, nice room. We were even able to go into the room 4 hours before checkin. It is a very well organized place. The breakfast might be a very little overprized, but it was still quite good, this is critizising on a very high level.

Bra hotell i interessant del av Krakow

Dette er et enkelt, men veldig bra hotell. Sentralt i det jødiske området av Krakow,og kort vei til Krakow sentrum. Rolige omgivelser. Fint rom med dusj og tilgang til wi-fi. Frokosten var noe spartansk og jeg hadde ønsket service i resepsjonen i noe mer enn kun vel 1 time. Men helhetsinntrykket er bra. Vil nok velge dette hotellet på nytt.

Hôtel très confortable

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel qui ne nous a pourtant pas coûté cher. Tout d'abord il bénéficie d'une très bonne situation: dans l'ancien Ghetto juif de Cracovie. Les chambres sont très chaleureuses, confortables, modernes et neuves. Le frigo est chargé en boissons gratuites (rien à payer en fin de séjour). Le seul souci que nous avons eu à l'arrivée c'est qu'on est arrivé le soir vers 21h30 et la réception était fermée, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons dû \"nous débrouiller\" le numéro du responsable en passant par différentes personnes qui travaillent dans le bar d'à côté... Sinon nous aurions pu passer la soirée dehors... En effet le numéro qui était affiché à l'entrée de l'hôtel ne répondait pas. Bref, si vous prévoyez d'arriver tôt, ou bien si vous prévenez l'hôtel de votre arrivée tardive, vous passerez un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel!
