Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure.
Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small.
Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful

Everything about the hotel was perfect for our stay complimentary upgrade to a terrace suite on arrival. Amenities in the room were great. Location 20minute walk to old town market. Plenty of choice for breakfast and even had a meal in the bar which was good. We visited mak cafe for coffee and cake which is 2 mins from hotel best coffee and cake ever and very reasonably priced.

The room was spotless, the hotel provided an excellent packed breakfast for our trip to Auschwitz at 6.15am even though we requested this late the night before when checking in.

This is the second time I've stayed this year. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are modern, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, but do with being a bit more varied. However, it was tasty and reliable. Overall another pleasant experience and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the INX Design Hotel. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs and a great base to explore all the wonderful spots in Krakow. The surrounding area is filled with great cafes, bars and restaurants and the Old Town is easily walked to about in 20 minutes. Wawel Castle is also around a 10-15 min walk.

We found the hotel to offer great value for money and were not bothered by the passing of trams which although could be heard from our room, did not disturb us at all.

The hotel has good amenities and although we found the gym to be a little small, it was perfectly serviceable. The only downsides of our stay was that the pillows were a little clumpy and the lighting in the room could be slightly better but these are very minor overall.

We will be very happy to stay at the INX next time we visit Krakow.

The hotel is very convenient for all areas of interest. Especially for access to Jewish quarter for restaurants. The old town was also in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel offered a reasonable breakfast and having 12.Oclock check out was very helpful.

DEFINITELY NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL!!! I was given a second floor room to hotel street front area on arrival. As soon as I opened the door, the tram cart went bye rumbling and I knew it would be impossible to get any rest. The room was also small with a slanted beam roof right on top of the bed. I went back to reception was told all they had available at the time was another similar room on the fifth floor. Since I was tired after a very long travel, I took it. Noise from tram cart was still an issue, room was claustrophobic due to slanted roof, rain noise banged on slanted glass windows on top of bed area during entire stay-part of slanted roof. Tiny bathroom shower was also claustrophobic. I lived two years in Europe and visited many hotels during travels; this hotel is not comparable to a normal 4-star facility by any means.. Food at hotel lobby restaurant was horrible-got a barely-warm hamburger with easily two large scoops of mayonnaise, and drink arrived finally half way through meal after repeated request. This is simply a substandard hotel facility and I was deceived by its completily undeserved rating.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the Wawel suite, we stay in a lot of suites and this is one of the best we have experienced so far. Love the jacuzzi, it’s absolutely huge. I asked for them to arrange a heart decoration on the bed for my partner’s birthday and paid for the birthday cake to be delivered on the last morning of our stay at 9am and they were very punctual. The service we received from all the staff was amazing, I’d absolutely stay in this hotel again when visiting Kraków. Also, for some reason we got a free welcome drink due to booking via Expedia which was a nice surprise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given vouchers for 2 complimentary drinks on arrival. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The freely available filtered water on each floor was an unexpected perk. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the city’s attractions. When the power went out in our room on the last night of our stay, desk staff promptly moved us to another room without question. I would highly recommend staying at the INX Design Hotel.

Super hotel, very well situated with bars and food options all around it.
There is tram stops right outside the door of the hotel.
The staff were friendly and I found our room was very cool and comfortable.

Only negative was the shower in the room, it had a lot of limescale build up so it didn't work properly, especially the waterfall head.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location—close to both the Movida and the old town—and the rooms are comfortable, delivering exactly what’s promised on the website. While the cleaning could use some improvement, the overall cleanliness was acceptable.

However, there were several downsides that affected our stay. The room can be quite noisy, as it faces the main street and the tram traffic can significantly impact the quality of sleep. To make things worse, the curtains don’t effectively block out light, so the room doesn’t get very dark at night. The shower also lacked water pressure, and no conditioner was provided among the toiletries.

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel bar as well. While enjoying drinks we had purchased there, we were told off for eating a small Kinder chocolate, as outside food was apparently not allowed. The situation was handled poorly and lacked common sense. The barman closely monitored us for the entire time, which made us uncomfortable. As a result, we chose not to return to the bar or purchase any more food or drinks from the hotel for the remaining three days of our stay.

Additionally, the gym was underwhelming—it includes only a treadmill, a cable machine, a cycle-type machine, and a sauna, which doesn’t meet the expectations of a proper fitness area. There is storage space and towels provided, which is appreciated, but we suggest adding a water dispenser to improve the experience.

I would not return.

Brilliant location, right on the edge of Kazimierz, where there are lots of great places to eat. Good transport links to the Old Town, but only about a 25 minute walk as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast a couple of times and it was great, with lots of variety.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter close by the river Visutla with easy access to the old town with its many restaurants and bars - lovely friendly staff, nice decor and clean and tidy. Coffee and tea making facilities - drinking fountain nearby. Lovely comfy bed - could do with more pillows - quiet location as whilst the trams were running early in the morning and late at night I could not hear them.

Inx Design Hotel: A Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location
Inx Design Hotel offers a convenient base for exploring both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The Standard Room was pleasantly spacious, equipped with the usual tea and coffee facilities. While additional services like dry cleaning came at an extra cost, the daily fresh towels and room service were welcome touches. The water machine near the lift was a thoughtful addition.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, even assisting with airport taxi arrangements, which proved to be a cost-effective solution. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we enjoyed the warm Polish hospitality at each place we visited.
Overall, Inx Design Hotel is a highly recommended choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-located accommodation in Krakow

4 nights at INX Design Hotel Krakow

To summarise. Helpful staff. Not a 4 star hotel in my eyes. Rooms are OK (bathroom is too dark, cannot shave properly or put make up on for women) TV channels are limited. Hotel facilities. While the breakfast buffet was nice, there's no real bar at the hotel or restaurant. Just a tiny little bar. The entrance of the hotel from the street is a bit poor as well. The stay in itself was OK but the facilities in the hotel were a bit disappointing. Having said that the good points. Not far from old town by tram 5mns.Also a big shopping mall within walking distance with nice options for food. Shindler factory also within walking distance.

Great Hotel and can only recommend. The city center and beautiful old town is only a 15min walk which feels like 5mins because there are restaurants and shops all along the way. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious as well as very luxurious modern designed. The breakfast was massive. Everything from good coffee over hot and cold breakfast to cereals and fruits. Room was a little small with not much storage but nicely decorated. Water pressure in shower was on the poor side but bathroom was warm and nicely finished.
Great choice at breakfast although breakfast although you had a wait a long time to get seated as staff were mostly through in the kitchen area.

It’s well located a few minutes walk or tram outside from town, room a good size, breakfast ok. Staff super helpful.

Downsides, house keeping need to sharpen up. 3 night stay, room barely touched. Toothpaste stains in the same place & damp towels tell a tale.

Tours booked via hotel, Saltmines well organised.

The visit to Auschwitz, the provider was terrible. Zero pre booked tickets as promised, just excuses, so let’s spend a couple of hours in a local cafe. I’d recommend taking the train & direct.

Smart public areas. Twin rooms are far too cramped, partly due to clutter, partly the small size. Room design is pretty average, nothing special despite the brand. Reception staff were pretty frosty.

We had problems with car parking. They advertise on-site parking and we chose the hotel for that - but they actually only have 10 spaces (so should read \"Limited on-site parking\").

All spaces were supposedly all reserved from the next day. We were told we'd have to pay the full day price for only 12 hours for the first day, then move to a public car park, which turned out to be full.

Really liked where the hotel was located which is roughly a 20 minute walk away from the old town but it's really good for bars and restaurants which are near the Jewish centre. My main gripe was with the hotel staff as they booked a trip to auschwitz for us only to book it on the wrong day and I'm £120 out of pocket due to their error and they were zero help trying to sort it out.

Hotel was situated in a great location. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only had breakfast in hotel but it was good enough for everyone in our party. Great bar area and lobby thought we didn’t make use of it. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from hotel. Tram track outside hotel which was a little noisy as our room faced the courtyard so heard the noise a little. I never requested a room change as a pair of earplugs sorted that out. Would I stay there again? Most definitely. Loved its location. Excellent choice for us.

Lovely hotel in a convenient area.

Lovely hotel, in good location. Tram stop right at the front of the hotel which was great for transport to the old town. Very central to the Kazimierz district for nice restaurants and bars. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We had a very early start one morning for a tour and were provided with an amazing and generous bag for breakfast on the go as we could not attend the breakfast we had paid for. This was excellent. The room was nice. However, the aircon was pretty loud and we had to stop it during the night. Despite that, there was still a constant ventilation noise which was not great. The shower head was not working but the hotel attended the following morning first thing to fix it, which was great service. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection. We had VIP access and were given a token for 2 free drinks. However, we could not use them as the condition was to have a meal at the same time for a minimum value which we did not have time to book during our stay. A little bit disappointing. However, we would stay here again for the kindness of the staff and the good service provided.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable! They even have a 24 hr sauna. Although it is not near to old town but there is a bus/tram service right in front of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the town. We have a peaceful and lovely stay and the hotel rates were very affordable despite being four stars

We spent four nights at this really nice hotel in the Jewish quarter. It was well placed for seeing the sights and experiencing the culture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices. It could have a little more atmosphere though. The breakfast each day was fab. Not a huge choice but plenty of freshly cooked food to satisfy the hungry tourist. The continental breakfast and pastries were so fresh.
Our room was a little on the small side with very little storage space. The bed was in a very small area so no room for side tables but saying that it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a good shower but again had nowhere to put personal items and no decent mirror for makeup.
A big bonus was a balcony which gave us some lovely outside space which we loved. A fabulous view over the rooftops of Krakow which we made the most of.
All in all we had a great stay despite the little niggles and would definitely return there

Pleasant stay

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was spotless and the cleaner Julia left our room clean & exactly how we entered it on the first day. The location was ideal not too far a walk from old town but not too close either, really enjoyed this location for the eateries you might have missed if you were more central to old town - Taj (Thai restaurant), Judah Food Market etc. We didn’t require any assistance from staff however I did say before our stay it was for a special birthday hoping that i would be given some help to have something set up in the room prior to arrival (not a massive deal but also couldn’t do it in front of my partner as it wouldn’t be a surprise). I’d definitely stay again. We stayed in room 317 which is a standard room, I’ve attached photos.

Very Happy. Move Smokers from your Front Door

Every thing was fantastic. The only suggestion to the hotel would be to stop your guests smoking at the front door. For non smokers, it was terrible returning or arriviing at the hotel and have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke. The smell of smoke also moved into the lounge area which again is not very welcoming.
